九龍城俾人既感覺仲係舊區,但其實近幾年已經開左好多唔同既餐廳。今次就去左【浜滝】食日本菜。燒牛舌芯:厚切牛舌芯口感滑嫩而且有嚼勁。燒過之後,牛舌既油脂融化左,增添左肉汁,搭配埋海鹽同黑胡椒、令牛舌風味更加突出。燒肥豚肉串:豚肉既脂肪同肉質搭配,每一口都充滿肉汁,口感豐富。燒烤過程中,肉既油脂會減少、口感唔會太過油膩,再加上鹽同胡椒味道更加層次分明。龍蝦湯:叫左一隻龍蝦,可以做龍蝦兩味、分別係龍蝦粥同湯。龍蝦本身肉質鮮嫩,湯頭味道醇厚帶有淡淡的甜味、透過慢煮和濃縮,湯既口感會變得非常濃郁。龍蝦粥:係龍蝦湯既基礎上做成既龍蝦粥,粥入面加上菜同菇、增添香氣令到整體更加濃郁同有口感。

《浜滝 (九龍城)》九龍城福佬村道59號地下A舖用心誠意之小店,強推。唔起眼之小店,外門裝潢充滿日本feel,很常門外都有個靚仔店員企係門口迎接,非常有日本既感覺。一入店內,下層是高枱,上層未有上過去,但聽其他客人談論上層有椅背的凳哈哈,天花連住一條日本字旗仔的裝飾,左右兩邊有日本poster,非常日式。串燒雞腎 豆腐豆腐淋,啱啱好一口size,厲害。雞軟骨是骨部帶少少肉,簡單的調味都已經好好食。螺肉中間位帶少少凍,所以肉質非常之鮮嫩,中間帶點冰冰的,唔會係全熟好硬嘅感覺。

豆腐淋,啱啱好一口size,厲害。雞軟骨是骨部帶少少肉,簡單的調味都已經好好食。

螺肉
中間位帶少少凍,所以肉質非常之鮮嫩,中間帶點冰冰的,唔會係全熟好硬嘅感覺。
