今天星期五下班,跟老婆來到銅鑼灣Happy Friday休閒一番。店鋪的裝修參照韓式設計,餐具用了韓國的不鏽鋼餐具。別有一番韓式風味。我們兩個人點了一份醬油白貝,白貝冷吃,輕輕一燙,火候剛好嗎,肉不會掉出,而且配以醬油,甜甜的醬油帶點白貝的鮮甜味道,齒頰留香。來一個烤肉拼盤,有五花腩肉和豬頸肉,烤的金黃色,鹹鹹的肉味,不會那麼寡淡,十分香口,加以生菜和大蒜包來吃,可以減去油膩的感覺。老婆突然想喝湯,店員推薦了雪濃湯,用蘿蔔和牛肉熬製而成,沒有放味精,牛肉入口嫩滑,富有牛肉汁,牛肉和白蘿蔔味道完美配合,味道有不同層次感。燒汁牛肉粉絲,甜甜的燒汁,肉還很嫩滑,粉絲份量很多,拌以蔥花和芝麻,更具層次感。最後,我們點了一客草莓牛奶清一下口氣,端上來的賣相十分吸引,草莓牛奶味道香濃,杯底下放著蜂巢,這是我第一次吃蜂巢,輕輕一咬,蜂蜜緩緩流出,極為清甜。
