鮟鱇魚肝係佢時令推介,我之前都有買嚟食,我多數好似佢切到咁ge厚度,之後輕輕煎香。可能呢度係冷盤食法,浸住個凍ge汁,少少酸美美係可以減去魚肝油膩,但亦正正無煎過,所以迫唔到魚油香味出來,我自己prefer煎香嚟食多D。

今日約個同事食午飯,因為呢個同事比較多主意,所以地點食物由佢決定!行行吓去到尖沙咀東,喺鐵牛差唔多地方嘅樓上一樓就係依間花月居酒屋。入到去見到得兩個客,本身有少少擔心, 因為始終未食過。之後叫咗個鰻魚飯,味道都OK喎,不過份量就真係少咗啲!最後仲陸陸續續坐滿九成客添!

昨晚,我們一行五人為友人慶生,見這裡食評很好,便選擇了這裡。我們點了一個特盛刺身,一客卷物,患燒和一些飯麵的主吃。先説食物,我只可以用不過不失來形容,一個480元的刺身拼盤,份量很少,而質素大約和元氣差不多😭。卷物還可以,其他也是不過不失。我只可以説同一價錢比之好的,實在多的是。但最令人失望的,是那位侍應嬸嬸和上菜速度!問那個侍應一些有關食物的問題,一概不知或之悟以對。溜單!就那樣兩台客人,一個麵也等了30分鐘!難怪晚飯也沒有客!

黑松露松葉蟹蓋($90)是餐廳招牌菜之一,教人滿心期待。吃時首先將蟹肉等餸料輕輕撈勻,然後舀在鱈魚片上。一試,爽滑的鮮菇片脆卜卜的蟹籽陣陣的黑松露香傳遍口腔可惜松葉蟹肉份量不多較難發現其蹤影似乎略有所失鱈魚片經過烤製,煙煙韌韌又脆口,頗為特別。

個人推介指數分7(10分為滿分)- 店內有不少日本來的客人, 通常他們也會點一些佐酒小吃, 然後把酒言歡, 或許給他們一份親切的感受吧. 筆者很少光顧居酒屋, 感覺有點新鮮, 好像至身日劇裡. 食物方面, 確是和一般和食有點分別, 好像每款食物也造得精細一點, 份量雖不多, 但頗有水準. 又是和太太拍拖的時間, 很想和太太坐在悠閒優靜的地方, 好好享受時光, 今晚我便精選了間位置便利(回家), 環境說不錯的居酒屋, 希望太太會滿意我的小安排. 店內空間寛闊, 佈置清雅, 最重要是那時人流不太多, 十分優靜.時令食物, 老闆娘(應是日本人, 但會說流利廣東話), 會寫在白板上以供客人參考老闆娘今晚十分好客, 先為我兩送來一個凍蕃茄, 蕃茄肉身比較爽, 味道清甜, 十分醒胃, 筆者認為盡量不沾旁邊的岩SALT更好. 先來一個鱈場蟹肉沙律, 老實說, 蟹肉份量不會太多, 但比例上剛剛好, 以胡麻醬加木魚絲混和, 又是一道清涼的餐前小食. 再來已是今晚的主角, 新魚的精選什綿壽司. 恕筆者不材, 有不少食材我也不太懂, 這裡有拖羅, 三文魚, 帶子, 海膽, 甜蝦, 深海沲魚, 金線調, 眼仁

再來已是今晚的主角, 新魚的精選什綿壽司. 恕筆者不材, 有不少食材我也不太懂, 這裡有拖羅, 三文魚, 帶子, 海膽, 甜蝦, 深海沲魚, 金線調, 眼仁奈, 魷魚和鱈場蟹魚子加洲卷.  老闆娘說, 通常會用上最時令的食材來, 保証食客能品嚐最新魚最地道的壽司. 筆者最有印象的就是那拖羅, 真的入口即溶化, 魚味香濃. 還有, 壽司飯不論在調味和手工, 也造得相當有水準, 食客只要在魚生面輕點醬油, 就是最佳的品嚐方法.

接着我們點了三個香口的小食
炸雞軟- 炸得很香脆, 感覺油份不太多, 是佐酒欣物.
炸吉列薯餅-有趣的是以紫薯來做餡料, 沒有一般番薯的甜, 但香薯味特別濃, 質感也較結實.
黑松露醬墨魚棒- 手打的墨魚膠相當彈牙, 表面封煎着, 煎成微焦, 加上黑松露滲入其中, 十分配合, 是我是日最愛.

最後來一個熱盤牛肉雜菜鍋, 牛肉也萛細嫩, 大量雜菜正好平衡了今日吃了那麼多肉類和炸物, 感覺很是完滿.

還有別錯過這裡的梳打飲料, 價錢合理份量也不少, 最岩吃完飯繼續談情吹水之用.
(可惜年紀太大, 現在飲酒就頭痛, 不然來柸清酒, 妙極.

整体來說, 食物水準有着日本人要求的嚴謹, 地方舒適, 才能吸引那麼多異鄉的日本人到來光顧

好耐都未嚟過尖東呢一邊,估唔到尖東多咗好多遊客,開左好多藥房,小食店都不小。但今日就係想同朋友坐低喺度慢慢食吓野,所以就揀咗一間日式嘅居酒屋。唔好以為日式居酒屋要夜晚先至適合食,其實午餐佢亦都有好多唔同嘅選擇,今日又唔算係好肚餓,所以我哋就散叫。先來一個池魚嘅刺身,平時其實好少食池魚,通常就係食三文魚又或者係吞拿魚比較多。今日食左呢個真係另有一番味道,原條的刺身大概有20件,份量大。魚味好濃,肉彈牙,亮點係點豉油加薑,非常夾,比起芥末來得好。豬頸肉串燒,望落好似好瘦咁樣,但係咬落去好軟熟,油脂分泌剛好。鰻魚串燒,用左白鱔,無乜骨。個皮燒得不錯。價錢來講雖然略為貴左d,但係環境寧靜舒適,不錯。

今日約了一個朋友去尖沙咀傾訴心事,朋友介紹這間位於尖東的居酒屋,就在4D奇幻館對面。餐廳人流不算多,適合聊天。我點了一碗三文魚茶漬飯,紫菜切得很細,三文魚份量不多,但價錢只是50左右,抵食。飲品方面,我選了巨峰提子乳酸飲品。提子味道濃,飲品不太甜。天婦羅及酸八爪魚味道都不錯,酸八爪魚味道較濃,適合一邊喝飲品,一邊吃。不過,其實醉翁之意不在酒,我們到這裏的主要目的是傾計,環境舒適,對我們而言才是最重要!
