🍢串燒拼盤定食(午餐定食7折連加一後約$126.4,原價$158+10%)定食除左主食外,仲配有沙律、蒸蛋、味噌湯同熱飲。沙律既配搭幾特別,除左有常見既沙律菜,仲有一球薯仔沙律同紫洋蔥,薯仔沙律調味有啲重手,而紫洋蔥因為係全生所以辣味幾重,係屬於較重口味既沙律,但係味道都唔錯既。而蒸蛋都幾滑,入面有冬菇同小貝柱等等,味道溫和幾好食。至於味噌湯同熱柚子蜜就中規中矩,冇咩特別。主菜既串燒拼盤寫明製作需時,由落單起計大概等左20分鐘左右,不過一送上嚟就知道好值得等待,因為真係好吸引呀😍串燒總共有6串,包括:青椒仔:本身唔鐘意食青椒所以不予置評🍠小甜薯:連皮食有外脆內軟感覺,內裡軟糯帶微甜,唔錯🐥雞皮:外側燒得好脆口,內裡好彈牙🐤雞翼:雞皮依然好脆,肉既部份燒得啱啱好🐷五花肉:脂肪部份爽口得嚟仲有豐富油脂香,食落唔會好heavy🐮厚切牛舌:肉質爽脆燒得好香,仲要有3大塊,好好食💕平時食呢啲高質日式串燒平均都要20~30一串,但呢個定食只需要平民價錢就食到,CP值真係非常高!而且每串都燒得啱啱好,調味適中,可以食到食材既原味,全部都好好食好回味🤤服務亦都幾好,店員好友善,趁佢地做緊7折要多啲去試下先得👍🏻 continue reading

同朋友去開銅鑼灣食嘢,聽講呢度有間幾好食嘅日本餐廳,決定黎試試。叫咗個紅酒醋凍蕃茄開開腸胃,酸酸甜甜,而且蕃茄營養豐富,作為starter唔錯。跟住叫咗個芝麻雞翼,鬆脆鹹香足夠, 熱辣辣, 唔錯! 配啤酒一流。叫咗個鮑魚配有甜甜嘅燒汁,欣賞佢將鮑魚切片方便同朋友分享。鮑魚夠彈牙,色澤亦都靚。食完鮑魚,終於上我哋嘅主菜,壽司拼盤。總共有12舊共六款。用料高質,擺盤精緻。 分別有拖羅, 深海池魚,油甘魚腩,炙燒左口魚,三文魚子赤蝦同帶子。 所有壽司都非常推介。,魚油味重,壽司飯拿捏得恰到好處,唔會太酸,而且飯粒粒粒分明,但係又唔會太夠。好似食緊日式omakase 咁。呢個壽司令到我回味無窮。食完壽司叫咗度炸物,炸池魚仔調味啱啱好,識落口感香脆,但係又唔會過分油膩。最後叫咗個焦糖菠蘿作為甜品。菠蘿香甜多汁為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號。 continue reading

銅鑼灣呢個鬧市淨係樓上居酒屋都多不勝數,今日同同事去左登龍街永光中心樓上既花宵日本料理,旺中帶靜既日式居酒屋,坐低飲下野傾下計就最適合不過櫻花蝦多士 ($58)餐廳將人氣推介既餐牌貼左係牆上任君選擇,我地見到呢個櫻花蝦多士就即刻話要試下,每一片都舖滿櫻花蝦,入面仲有蝦膠,炸到金黃色夠香脆,果然係人氣推介酒煮鮑魚 ($88)鮑魚則用酒煮方法處理,爽囗彈牙,而且好入味鹽燒油甘魚鮫 ($168)油甘魚鮫油份豐富,燒過的魚鮫外皮香脆,魚肉甘香嫩滑焦糖菠蘿 ($58)菠蘿上面有層香脆既焦糖,菠蘿香甜多汁,同焦糖好夾好好食花宵刺身拼盤 ($368)刺身拼盤精選左五款時令刺身,有鰤魚、真鯛、甜蝦、帆立貝同炙燒拖羅,鰤魚質感滑嫩又有油香,真鯛肉質細膩,質感軟滑,帆立貝同甜蝦都好新鮮,食得出其鮮甜既味道,拖羅刺身用火槍輕燒過,魚油甘香,入口即溶但又唔會太漏野菜𩶘魚稻庭烏冬 ($88)訂位個陣店員問我地要唔要預訂埋個𩶘魚稻庭烏冬,預訂得應該都係正野啦,梗係要試下,點知一試難忘,用左好多魚骨同魚頭熬製而成既湯底,無添加既魚湯呈奶白色,吃落係濃濃的魚香味,配上滑嫩的烏冬,超正 continue reading
