今日嚟到一間隱世嘅日本嘢,入邊嘅員工好有禮貌,食物質素,唔單只係味道,佢嘅賣相都100分。色香味俱全,所以係隱世美食我覺得呢個名都係好襯得起佢。我哋食咗唔少嘢,雞泡魚魚乾,成為我最鍾意食嘅其中一個日本食物。雖然有啲肥,但係真係太香太好味啦!壽司方面,左口魚邊一直係我嘅至愛,呢度同出邊比較,係好有質素嘅一間日本嘢!個人最鍾意嘅係最後嘅三文魚膠同埋魚頭,佢賣相已經令我垂涎欲滴,食落口甘香鬆脆,魚肉鮮甜,唔會太乾,我覺得係今晚嘅焦點!價錢方面,我可以話日本嘢嚟講,佢都唔係平嘢,但係咁嘅質素,佢嘅價錢係完全可以接受嘅。

最近日本雖然通關,但是並沒有開放自由行的限額,因此去日本的時間,仍然遙遙無期,但是掛住日本的美食,於是今日經朋友介紹之下,來到了這間日式居酒屋嘗試一下.這個魷魚十分之爽口,配上廚師自家製的日式芥末,簡直是最美好的配搭,也令我對魷魚也有另一番的感受了,原來魷魚也能夠這樣好食.這個蟹子沙律十分之爽口開胃,簡直是餐前最佳選擇.這個吉列蠔十分之香脆可口.至於刺身,中拖羅入口即溶,加上火炙的金目魚簡直是最佳的鮮味.這個燒雞翼,十分之香脆充滿肉汁.最後這一個甜品為這一餐畫上完美的句號.

今日想去居酒屋食下串燒同壽司,約朋友去花宵,點了薯仔沙律$48 ,沙律味好香甜,有爽口的薯仔,同生菜。小食點了枝豆$38,壽司叫了幾款,有較少有的火炙銀鱈魚,燒過帶微微焦香,好味。吞拿魚壽司,魚鮮味香;仲有白魚油甘魚,好鮮味;伴菜還有酸蘿蔔,更醒胃。最喜愛的火炙左口魚邊壽司,配了紫菜一齊食,中和膩口感。磯燒鮑魚,有特色,肉質彈牙,鮮甜。牆上見到有小食,櫻花蝦多士,果然冇叫錯,酥脆,蝦肉彈牙。這餐廳的串燒也好出名,點了一口牛串、豚肉車厘茄、青椒仔,餸啤酒一大享受。甜品點了紅豆綠茶厥餅,煙煙韌韌。
