今次應該如何下筆呢…漢斯係間唔中,可能一個月食一次之選啦,我會跟同事間唔中食下,以往我會咖哩雞飯呀,焗飯咁啦,味道方面係理想既,價錢合理啦,但今天叫了一個午餐 -「椰汁咖哩豬軟骨飯」,就唔太理想啦,我會比喻為…食魚柳包但配豉油,即係唔夾囉。我覺得佢地係用鹵水煮豬軟骨既,如果講豬軟骨呢…係淋既,成塊軟骨都食得既。科學D 講,唔用一D酸性既湯汁係唔會煮得淋D豬軟骨既,但…後果係咖哩汁又如何呢? 試想想,椰香 + 咖哩 + 少少酸,夾唔埋架!我之前食過佢地既「日本燒汁豬軟骨飯」係冇問題既,因為日本燒汁係酸酸地,開開胃咁架啦。麥記係唔會出豉油味既魚柳包架!推介一下,跟同事一起食,佢地會叫「松子仁蔬菜豆腐飯」。係清D既,齋黎既,我係食肉獸,唔會揀。但同事話味道唔錯,加上松子仁有益健康。

最後一日紅日長假梗係要好好利用下啦!今日一於一早就出門周圍行下街先。一個明朗的早晨就一定要配返個唔錯嘅早餐。其實有間茶餐廳我想去試下好耐了,每次落北角我都會經過呢間次次都話食最後都冇…今次終於有機會啦:漢斯茶餐廳入面裝潢幾有清新嘅風味,色調都係以淺色系為主。叫咗個沙嗲牛肉雞湯通粉,跟餐配咗炒蛋+厚多士,熱奶茶。通粉用咗勁大個碗裝住,而且試咗個湯都幾有雞湯味,通粉都係比較長條啲嘅,又有啲蘿蔔粒、粟米、青豆,牛肉都好大塊,不過就唔多,好似得3,4塊。炒蛋同厚多士~

Boyfriend and I were in Quarry Bay to view performance art at Artistree near by. When it was completed, it was the middle of lunch hour. A very busy weekday lunch hour! Hungry, we just decided to randomly choose one place where we really didn't have to wait in line for very long but still had a good number of customers inside.Hans (漢斯) fit the bill. We stood in line and after a bit of confusion, we were given a table.It was a typical cha chan teng but it appeared everyone ordered from the lunch sets. Lunch time they have a lunch menu only. It's in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. All sets come with a drink.I had the baked pork chop with rice ($54). Originally, I wanted spaghetti but they said they ran out of all the pasta. So fast!? It was only 1 PM! Anyways, this came out really fast! Usually when I order this, I have a long wait time and boyfriend starts eating his meal first. But not this time! Literally 5 minutes later, my order came. It was not piping hot. Just warm. I think they must pre-made everything and kept it warm in an oven.Portion may look big, but actually the plate is very shallow. It wasn't very big at all. The pork chop was thin but at least not chewy. The rice was soggy. The sauce was a basic tomato sauce. Nothing else was added to enhance it. There was no cheese.Boyfriend had the curry beef cartilage ($73). Originally, he wanted the baked pork chop rice but they said it was the last one left so he offered it to me as I didn't like anything else on the menu and my original choice of pasta was not available. The rice here was soggy as well. There wasn't a lot beef but at least it was soft. The curry sauce was spicy but had no real depth to it. It looked like they just poured the sauce on top of the beef as it wasn't coated evenly.I want to make a note on the ice lemon tea I ordered. I usually don't say much about that unless it's spectacular or it's really not. This was really not that good. It was warm and utterly unsatisfying. Service was not that good, too. They seemed rushed to change over as many customers as possible. They didn't even clean the table when we sat down and only did so when we mentioned it. One girl tried to order and they flung a piece of paper at her and told her to write it down herself. Um .. ok? Won't be back.

全間嘢得兩枱食緊嘢嘅客,落單叫個湯粉都要20分鐘,落單後女侍應掛住傾計,唔叫都唔攞d order過嚟叫凍擰茶係無冰嘅叫通粉嚟意粉仲有如果你唔自己主動問,係唔會有人話俾你知有tea set

Went for dinner on a Sunday for 3 pax. For a restaurant that only had 3 tables, they managed to get the orders wrong. I was informed that the dish I ordered was sold out after waiting 20 minutes. Food is terrible. I wouldn't even serve the food to my dog. DO NOT EVEN TRY THE FOOD. I am guessing the people who gave high ratings were paid to do so.
