今次應該如何下筆呢…漢斯係間唔中,可能一個月食一次之選啦,我會跟同事間唔中食下,以往我會咖哩雞飯呀,焗飯咁啦,味道方面係理想既,價錢合理啦,但今天叫了一個午餐 -「椰汁咖哩豬軟骨飯」,就唔太理想啦,我會比喻為…食魚柳包但配豉油,即係唔夾囉。我覺得佢地係用鹵水煮豬軟骨既,如果講豬軟骨呢…係淋既,成塊軟骨都食得既。科學D 講,唔用一D酸性既湯汁係唔會煮得淋D豬軟骨既,但…後果係咖哩汁又如何呢? 試想想,椰香 + 咖哩 + 少少酸,夾唔埋架!我之前食過佢地既「日本燒汁豬軟骨飯」係冇問題既,因為日本燒汁係酸酸地,開開胃咁架啦。麥記係唔會出豉油味既魚柳包架!推介一下,跟同事一起食,佢地會叫「松子仁蔬菜豆腐飯」。係清D既,齋黎既,我係食肉獸,唔會揀。但同事話味道唔錯,加上松子仁有益健康。

最後一日紅日長假梗係要好好利用下啦!今日一於一早就出門周圍行下街先。一個明朗的早晨就一定要配返個唔錯嘅早餐。其實有間茶餐廳我想去試下好耐了,每次落北角我都會經過呢間次次都話食最後都冇…今次終於有機會啦:漢斯茶餐廳入面裝潢幾有清新嘅風味,色調都係以淺色系為主。叫咗個沙嗲牛肉雞湯通粉,跟餐配咗炒蛋+厚多士,熱奶茶。通粉用咗勁大個碗裝住,而且試咗個湯都幾有雞湯味,通粉都係比較長條啲嘅,又有啲蘿蔔粒、粟米、青豆,牛肉都好大塊,不過就唔多,好似得3,4塊。炒蛋同厚多士~

叫咗個沙嗲牛肉雞湯通粉,跟餐配咗炒蛋+厚多士,熱奶茶。通粉用咗勁大個碗裝住,而且試咗個湯都幾有雞湯味,通粉都係比較長條啲嘅,又有啲蘿蔔粒、粟米、青豆,牛肉都好大塊,不過就唔多,好似得3,4塊。

Boyfriend and I were in Quarry Bay to view performance art at Artistree near by. When it was completed, it was the middle of lunch hour. A very busy weekday lunch hour!  Hungry, we just decided to randomly choose one place where we really didn't have to wait in line for very long but still had a good number of customers inside.Hans (漢斯) fit the bill. I had the baked pork chop with rice ($54). Originally, I wanted spaghetti but they said they ran out of all the pasta. So fast!? It was only 1 PM! Anyways, this came out really fast! Usually when I order this, I have a long wait time and boyfriend starts eating his meal first. But not this time! Literally 5 minutes later, my order came. It was not piping hot. Just warm. I think they must pre-made everything and kept it warm in an oven.

Portion may look big, but actually the plate is very shallow. It wasn't very big at all. The pork chop was thin but at least not chewy. The rice was soggy.  The sauce was a basic tomato sauce. Nothing else was added to enhance it. There was no cheese.

Boyfriend had the curry beef cartilage ($73). Originally, he wanted the baked pork chop rice but they said it was the last one left so he offered it to me as I didn't like anything else on the menu and my original choice of pasta was not available. The rice here was soggy as well.  There wasn't a lot beef but at least it was soft. The curry sauce was spicy but had no real depth to it. It looked like they just poured the sauce on top of the beef as it wasn't coated evenly.

I want to make a note on the ice lemon tea I ordered. I usually don't say much about that unless it's spectacular or it's really not. This was really not that good. It was warm and utterly unsatisfying. Service was not that good, too. They seemed rushed to change over as many customers as possible. They didn't even clean the table when we sat down and only did so when we mentioned it. One girl tried to order and they flung a piece of paper at her and told her to write it down herself. Um .. ok? Won't be back.

Went for dinner on a Sunday for 3 pax. For a restaurant that only had 3 tables, they managed to get the orders wrong. I was informed that the dish I ordered was sold out after waiting 20 minutes. Food is terrible. I wouldn't even serve the food to my dog. DO NOT EVEN TRY THE FOOD. I am guessing the people who gave high ratings were paid to do so.

今朝又係晨咁早要返到公司幫手set會,等到啲高層入哂嚟、papers又派哂... 我嘅任務就已經完成😃 見時間尙早,梗係去整個大早餐先開工啦😝附近嘅餐差唔多比我試勻,行落兩條街見到「漢斯」,大大個牌擺喺門口「$34優質早餐」🤨講到咁優質,就去睇吓咩料... 我見口淡淡,今日就叫個肉丁通粉開吓個胃🤣 將早餐原有嘅炒蛋改煎蛋,可惜「漢斯」係用蛋模嚟煎蛋嘅,無咗茶餐廳燶邊蛋嘅風味,有啲失色🤨 不過個肉丁通粉同個湯底真係唔錯嘅,肉丁無果陣臭豬味、唔似萬年肉,湯底都唔會太重味精;不過杯「茶走」唔夠滑,整體都係爭少少啦!

係附近返工 梗係要支持下附近既餐廳喇今晚OT放工搵間舒舒服服既餐廳食下朋友同我不約而同想食勁辣拉麵。。。難得搵到知音就一口答應左。。。一見到成碗好紅好濃既湯底呀 (利申: 食開譚仔食3小辣) 食左一啖。。。眼淚鼻水都出來了。。。不停飲凍檸茶。。。之後遂條遂條食。。食左一半之後唔怕辣了。。喉嚨適應哂要到個胃適應了。。。辣得好味之外, 仲有雜菜同豬肉。。豬肉好滑仲叫左叉燒豆腐飯。。我地叫左最後一碗。。之後有3,4個人想叫都叫唔到。。手快有手慢冇。。食白飯可以解辣。。。叉燒勁多塊。。好正。。侍應話可以叫少d辣既。。不過唔叫勁辣又點過癮呢跟餐有雜菜湯同蒜蓉包。。。蒜蓉包好香好正。。凍奶茶

鰂魚涌又有新餐廳進駐,這個星期天與兩老試一試在家附近新開張的茶餐廳! 對於這間餐廳有興趣,是因為看到其食物款式很多,而且比起一般的茶餐廳似乎更寬敞,坐得較舒服,較滿足到媽子需要的舒適環境。假日有全日早餐,但款式不多;另也有週末午餐和下午茶,同樣選擇不多。我們1點半來到,不能選擇下午茶,故可選的更少。愛吃鰻魚的爸爸本身想點鰻魚飯,但飯竟然剛好賣光了,需要等半小時有,故最後把飯改成拉麵,店員也願意做給我們。浦燒鰻魚飯 ($68) 轉拉麵算是第一次嘗試xp 有足半塊的鰻魚,燒得頗香。鰻魚不算厚身,頗有韌度彈性,加上甜甜的燒汁很香口,。麵用上韓國拉麵,麵質Q彈,頗有嚼頭。不過個人認為鰻魚還是配飯較好吃!自家製叉燒(薯仔)拉麵 配炒滑蛋,鮮牛油厚多士($45),這個組合就是港人至愛的常餐! 炒蛋頗為嫰滑多汁,質素不錯;多士不夠厚身,稍為欠缺脆口度。叉燒拉麵用上韓國薯仔拉麵,頗有咬口,口感不錯,而有湯底帶微辣,香口惹味! 叉燒肥瘦度適中,但色澤稍為欠奉,燒得亦不夠香口,然而肉質頗鬆軟,甜甜的醬汁亦入味,以茶餐廳質素來說也過得去!最後來多一份五香肉丁,生菜,花生醬三文治($32) 烘底+$1。甜甜辣

最後來多一份五香肉丁,生菜,花生醬三文治($32) 烘底+$1。甜甜辣辣的五香肉丁,加上濃郁的粗粒花生,味道很合襯! 健康又爽脆的生菜平衡口感,如果再多一點更好! 稍嫌麵包太薄身,口感差一點,如用較厚身的麵包烘得再香脆一點就更正了!

飲品方面點了檸檬茶,奶茶和柚子蜜。奶茶茶香亦夠,味道不過不失;柚子蜜的柚子香十足,味道偏甜,味道亦不錯!

在鲗魚涌探完親戚一家都1:30了,很肚餓呢~~所以就去了附近的餐廳覓食,第一次光顧漢斯,是一間普通的餐廳,但勝在乾淨企理,坐得也舒服,又近馬路和地鐵。打開餐牌,奇怪呢,午餐好似只有2款選擇: 自家製叉燒豆腐飯同浦燒鰻魚飯。職員見我哋充滿問號,都過來解釋星期日晚市才有較多飯類。不過早餐全日提供不要緊啦,少選擇有少選擇的好,唔會有選擇困難症。我哋點晒2款週日午飯精選:自製叉燒豆腐飯同浦燒鰻魚飯,同埋職員推介的英式全餐(至尊版)自家製叉燒豆腐飯:叉燒是自家製的,並不會肥膩,也沒有燶,,豆腐嫩滑,蔬菜新鮮爽口,很是健康浦燒鰻魚飯: 鰻魚的份量都多,很淋身,配埋燒汁,好好食,仲有D紫菜條,正!!英式全餐(至尊版):果然是至尊版,種類多,蛋嫩滑,薯餅夠熱夠脆,多士烘到金黃色呢~~食完都好飽這一餐,不錯不錯!!

有時我都需要去鰂魚涌幫朋友拎d文件,今次咁啱lunch time 我就同朋友去食過快飯,因為我知道鰂魚涌office都有好多,費時等位同埋同附近返工嘅人士爭位😟😟,所以快快走到餐廳食lunch。我哋走到一間叫“漢斯”的餐廳,朋友同我講呢間餐廳係最近新開業沒久的, 佢哋標榜食物係不加味精,不添色素,絕對是健康食品😁😁😁。我哋就叫了午餐,我哋都點了廚師精選朋友食椰汁咖哩牛助條飯($78),而我呢就食烤焗雞椰汁咖哩雞飯($73)。點完餐不出5分鐘就上枱,份量仲好大份,而且椰香味都很濃,食物質素都不錯。叫餐時可要求飯及麵,可增多或減份量,呢種服務很好,不用浪費。
