心目中的隱世酒樓——千禧年代舊裝修小型屋苑商場內,可幸有升降機有扶手電梯,比附近大酒樓要硬撐樓梯相對友善。同樣有提供麻雀耍樂,枱與枱間空間充足,而且隔音可以,不吵耳。職員態度沒同類酒樓的粗聲粗氣,相對友善寬容,而且要俾讚的是家人早到下午5:30抵達,也不會像某些酒樓堅持未人齊、未夠6點員工開工時間就拒諸客門外,而是招呼入場選位坐。三次中兩次午茶,最近來試晚飯。冬瓜盅明顯比般酒樓的要大三分一至一倍,吃了一半才醒起拍照,好吃到忘了。啫啫雞蝦煲夠鑊氣夠入味;避風塘軟殼蟹三大隻絕對高性價比,唯獨咬到一半發現居然有幾瓣蟹肺未清理好就扣了點分。 continue reading

最近去密咗,可能有人話我打手,但係呢間酒樓價錢、出品真係唔錯,性價比好高星期一至五 $1 乳豬🐷 5-7位有半隻片脆肉嫩,雖然係細隻,但係肉唔少,佢切咗16件,連半個頭上枱呢位姐姐雖然感覺黑面,但係有禮貌、服務做足,食物跟足螺頭海皇冬瓜盅 $ 138啱啱開始發售,一個開到12碗,而且冇味精、唔重鹽份,湯係清淡但甜茶皇雞🐔 $ 88呢個係任點優惠,試問仲有幾間酒樓做到$88一隻雞?我未見到!呢隻雞實情都係豉油雞一隻,但係肉質嫩滑,胸位都唔乾,茶味就冇架喇😅西蘭花炒鮮魷 $ 118呢個份量足,質素唔錯,調味清淡,跟左碟蠔油比客人蘸醬,證明佢真係好輕手秘製海鮮酸辣龍躉斑 $ 128湯底乳白色,微微酸辣,又冇辣椒嘅味道,龍躉走油再入湯浸熟,肉質實淨 海鮮仲有幾隻蝦同埋沙白蜆沙嗲金菇肥牛煲 $ 98好多好滿足,沙嗲味唔出,但係夠濕潤多汁,餸飯一流有粉絲同芽菜都好多,但係肥牛都唔少架!仲有少少菠蘿粒吊味酒鬼勝地,免開瓶費👍 環境乾淨企理,食物平靚正,仲可以自己帶酒,成為咗我嘅飯堂 continue reading

哇,今次嘅食驗真係開心到彈起!搞到我真係要寫低同大家分享下。第一道來就係啲滑溜溜嘅蒸餃子,皮嘅Q度同埋啲蝦仁嘅鮮甜,正到喊出嚟!口感一流嗰種,啱晒我嘅胃口。跟住係土炒蜆,啖啖肉,辣得嚟惹味,啖啖都係開心嘅味道。撈埋啲葱花同蒜蓉,簡直係無得輸!轉個口味,來啲烤鴨,皮脆肉嫩,啲醬汁香滑得滑溢出嚟,啲鴨肉嘅味道,真係得嚟夠晒彈牙,食落絕對滿足!而件招牌嘅豉油王炒麵,經典得嚟又唔會鹹哋,每條麵條都吸晒汁,過癮🤤!終於到甜品時間,啲椰汁西米露甜甜地、滑溜至極,呢啲食物真係解鎖咗我嘅快樂感官!總結落嚟,就係食得開心、食得滿足,心情都靚晒😄!下次記得帶埋全家大細嚟,溝埋朋友一齊鬧爆佢!😋👌🏻 continue reading

由於是土瓜灣附近居民,方便而惠顧,以往曾試過下單多次漏入,今天9/6/2023 同家中長輩飲早餐,長輩先落單交侍應生,我隨後到達酒楼,等了约40分鈡粟米餅仍沒上,附近又冇侍應生,於是走到收銀處向部長查詢是否入了單,要求查原單弄清楚,部長卻黑口黑面不耐煩,好似漏單是客人錯,部長態度恶劣!,叫客人拿拿声,全冇笑容,全冇歉意,基本禮貌態度也沒有,本人受恶言对待,當然冇胃口再点食物! continue reading

太極團體三十多人為師傅慶生,識食的師兄選擇了位於馬頭圍道的囍宴。大部分港島的同們就跟大隊啦,需然遍遠但師兄話同啲天光道波友賽後常來光顧此酒樓嘅晚飯酒席係抵食嘅。所以今次特別推介俾大家,先飲茶再雀局及晚宴。聽聞飲茶點心至貴價錢約18.5,師姐話下次再來必叫的就係豉油皇炒麵。全晚的飯席可用色香味俱全來形容, 就頭一碟乳豬都連豬頭斬件食埋,另外回味的是班頭腩非常鮮味蒸嘅時間又控制得準確,我食咗三大件。燒鵝是自家製的,肉質及味道好OK,難得莧菜也非常幼嫩,咕嚕肉多肉及汁底酸甜適中,西芹炒帶子花枝片上枱時賣相光亮但不過油,拉尾油十分精準。到壽包出場已飽到只能三人分一小口也不放這樣靚又加似自家制兼大碼的包包,散席時當然大家又食又拎都只係每位260元。步出門外右邊已有多條過海隊巴直達港島,大家半小時已各自開心返到屋企咯!可過時過節推介俾住係九龍的親友來哩度共聚。 continue reading
