走入餐廳,◻️◻️的環境俾人一種賓至如歸嘅感覺,海景正,氣氛悠閒得令。沙律新鮮爽口,配上啲麵包脆到不得了,真係開胃。前菜龍蝦湯味美物廣,但正如港人講,"濃過頭",多喝兩口可能會覺得"喉乾"。不過呢,芝士焗蠔就冇得頂!芝士香口溶牙,蠔肉鮮美肥美,我食得心花怒放,啱晒啲愛食肉嘅食神。主菜嘅龍蝦拼牛扒,簡直係一場味覺嘅饗宴!龍蝦咬落去彈牙又甜,牛扒熟度恰到好處,啖啖肉汁,摻上餐廳秘製嘅醬料,唔多唔少,正好!配菜,薯仔彈牙又富層次,炒菇亦係惹味。來到甜品,火焰雪山配上拉長過程嘅小火焰,場面震撼!可惜就係燒得有啲燶頂,雪糕都似乎有啲"濕咗頭",不過,俾客人一份驚喜嘅小煙花蠟燭,又點亮晚餐嘅氣氛。總括來講,體驗整體算係稱心滿意,畀人一個味覺同視覺上嘅double享受!🍽️🎉👏🏻 continue reading

Harbour Grill at @harbourgrandkowloon impressed us with their restaurant week menu🥩 The bread was homemade, oysters were fresh, scallops were delicious, lobster soup was creamy and flavorful. 這是我們三月去慶祝生日的餐廳。廣闊的海景,落地大玻璃,簡直狠狠刺中我們的小心臟🫀(唔使諗,即刻book)!職員更為我們提供Happy Birthday 生日字母燈,把整個氛圍感拉滿🥰。✨套餐包括:沙律、前菜、主菜及甜品(一款2人共享)🥗沙律(4/5)味道不錯,配上香脆麵包。前菜部份🦞龍蝦湯(3.5/5)龍蝦湯味道太濃郁了,如果喜歡較濃郁龍蝦味的朋友就適合了。但是我們多喝幾口便覺得有點鹹,想不斷喝水😂🦪芝士焗蠔(5/5)分量十足,有半打。他們應該是預計一個人的份量,但是吃了四隻之後也忍不住把剩餘的讓給Melody😂!不會太鹹或焗得太乾。而且芝士味濃郁,簡直回味無窮。可以的話真想encore!推介推介!😋🦞龍蝦拼牛扒🥩(4/5)我們點了五成熟的牛扒,牛扒和龍蝦也是放在鐵板上,保持食物的溫度。龍蝦10分鮮甜,肉又多又厚。牛扒不會太乾,而且肉汁多,配上特製醬汁,更突顯牛扒的味道。配菜:薯仔及炒菇(4/5)分量十足,薯仔的口感特別,入口成絲一般散開!火焰雪山(4/5)甜品寫上我們的名字,職員亦幫我們點上小火焰。可是……好像火勢過猛😂把火焰雪山燒燶了!但是不得不稱讚,他們提供的小煙花蠟燭,再次把生日的儀式感拉滿🤍火焰雪山的味道也不錯👍🏻但……經歷一番打卡之後,入面的雪糕也溶化了🥲😂🌿舒適度:5/5 continue reading
