I would definitely come back again.  Friendly staff and romantic ambience.

今次staycation 貴賓海景客房有$1200 dinning credit. 部分用嚟食扒房嘅平日set lunch. 價錢可以接受唔算貴,我哋叫咗主菜羊扒唔使加錢,個羊扒肉夠厚同肉質鮮嫩,仍保持羊肉味。襯托海景,枱同枱之間闊落坐得舒服。

未分享Set Dinner時,先講講餐廳另一種CP值超高的晚餐。

由星期一至五,餐廳每晚都有不同的優惠。

星期一是All You Can Eat 法國生蠔,仲可以選擇熟食,都只不過是$208,無聽錯,真係$208,當然,並不包頭盤、前菜及飲品,另外仲要加一,但試想下一隻生蠔要幾錢?食一打有幾難?

星期二又係任食 French Bouchot Mussel($208),仲要加埋薯條,死未?家陣係一間普通餐廳炒碟本地蜆都要一百幾十啦,係咪?

前餐先送上煙肉包及芝麻包,兩款同樣是Homemade的,誠意十足,而且做得相當有水準,上檯時仍帶微溫,而且外脆內軟,陣陣芳香,塗點牛油食,真係人間美味。

單係 Appetizers 已經有5款選擇,有沙律、Balik Salmon配法式酸奶油及 Beluga caviar、帶子配藍蟹餅、法國田螺及法國鴿肉,已帶來無限驚喜。

其實最有驚喜的,就一定是香煎白鴿卷配黑松露汁。

足足有兩大件鴿肉,以煙肉緊密包好,鴿肉柔軟嫩滑,質感上佳,而且吸收了煙肉的香味,又有黑松露汁的點綴,實在精彩。

表面用炭火烤至有網紋,多了一陣炭香,而medium rare的控制,肉質呈嫣紅色 ,相當對辦,肉味豐富有嚼口,個人喜好蘸點海鹽,增添鮮味,伴碟的蒜片脆卜卜,又是不可錯過。

勾起了小小拍拖回憶,當年跟太太食Buffet,其中一個亮點就是每晚都有火焰雪山的出現,當然,二人份大極有限,或者下次同太太慶祝結婚周年,又多了一個選擇。

最後當然要來杯 Earl Grey Tea,好讓幽香的佛手柑味道,清洗一下味蕾。

連加一都只不過$1000左右,但由餐包至餐飲都令人有滿意的感覺,而且冷眼旁觀,侍應的服務相當到位,可能餐廳內的桌數不多,能顧及每檯客人的需要,又是一個加分點。

實在忍不住 All You Can Eat 的誘惑,跟幾位朋友已經即時 book 定食蠔同扒,未知大家又會選那一天?

同我高太打完個lunch 邊爐,跟住又又又同我高太去試下club lounge 我地今日去九龍海逸君綽酒店試下依度個club lounge 得七八張枱,有三張window set 手快有手慢無window set 對住個景都幾唔錯酒精類飲品就自已出去自由添飲紅酒白酒,威仕己都有咸甜點就會係你坐低左之後就會一人一份甘送到你面前食物種類唔太多,亦都無咩邊樣食完印像深刻啲既可能岩岩同高太打完邊爐唔太餓不過飲下酒,傾下計都算ok既
