To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走入餐廳，◻️◻️的環境俾人一種賓至如歸嘅感覺，海景正，氣氛悠閒得令。沙律新鮮爽口，配上啲麵包脆到不得了，真係開胃。前菜龍蝦湯味美物廣，但正如港人講，"濃過頭"，多喝兩口可能會覺得"喉乾"。不過呢，芝士焗蠔就冇得頂！芝士香口溶牙，蠔肉鮮美肥美，我食得心花怒放，啱晒啲愛食肉嘅食神。主菜嘅龍蝦拼牛扒，簡直係一場味覺嘅饗宴！龍蝦咬落去彈牙又甜，牛扒熟度恰到好處，啖啖肉汁，摻上餐廳秘製嘅醬料，唔多唔少，正好！配菜，薯仔彈牙又富層次，炒菇亦係惹味。來到甜品，火焰雪山配上拉長過程嘅小火焰，場面震撼！可惜就係燒得有啲燶頂，雪糕都似乎有啲"濕咗頭"，不過，俾客人一份驚喜嘅小煙花蠟燭，又點亮晚餐嘅氣氛。總括來講，體驗整體算係稱心滿意，畀人一個味覺同視覺上嘅double享受！🍽️🎉👏🏻
