侍應姐姐好好招呼亦會介紹唔同食物,食物水準中上水平,價錢以地段及環境黎講亦算抵食,睇到海景得黎又有得食,同商場落兩層食隻鮑魚都唔只呢餐飯個價啦~整體體驗唔錯,有機會可帶屋企人黎慶祝做節都不失為一個好選擇。

今晚約了從外地回港的朋友到尖沙咀的i-square 24樓的「港滙軒」晚膳,重溫久違了的維港夜景。餐廳位處高層,居高臨下,在寬廣的落地大玻璃窗前,尖沙咀和中環的熣燦夜色,一覽無遺。偶爾有張燈結彩的畫舫在海中穿梳,更為這美景平添不少色彩。餐廳為讓客人能夠清楚欣賞到漂亮的夜景,還刻意把燈光調成淡淡的藍色。茶壺用慢火暖著,保持溫度,非常貼心。打開餐牌,晚市小菜的選擇也不少,而且豐儉由人。“咕嚕明蝦球”,脆脆的外皮,包著鮮甜爽口的大蝦,配上酸甜的醬汁,好味到不能停口。伴碟的菠蘿也經過火烤,味道更濃郁。“欖菜肉鬆四季豆”,炒得香噴噴,微辣惹味,四季豆特別翠嫩可口,爽脆無渣,送飯一流。“滷水掌翼”,滷水入味,口感不錯。最後是附送的紅豆沙糖水,紅豆份量多,有質素。「港滙軒」地點方便,環境優雅,餸菜高質,真是用餐的好地方。
