雖然已經訂咗枱,安排極差,無伙記,態度差,唔想受氣,就免!表面可以,行入去睇,極髒,唔想肚痾,就免!望出窗外面,風光如畫!坐位入面,密密麻麻,伙記都行唔到,消防局都要上去查下,有否違反消防條例,唔想出事,就免!其實依家做餐飲服務,都非常痛苦。有經驗嘅伙記,全部老油條,應做唔做,見身郁唔見米白!後生嘅,全部都係夢遊仙境,眼光光!唔知做咩!唔想勞氣,就免!收咗咁多免,都經營下去。因為有免死金牌,大家都已經習慣咗!!!

今日嚟咗依間尖沙咀isquare入面嘅中菜廳。如果早啲訂位嘅話應該可以坐到落地玻璃位置,可以飽覽維港景色。Menu圖文並茂,而且菜式都好吸引,亦都有啲係懷舊嘅中菜,唔係咁多地方食到。個茶用小火保住溫度,感覺貼心。我哋先叫咗個當紅脆皮雞 ($168半隻)脆皮雞嘅皮仲保持住光澤,皮薄香口,唔會炸到乾晒,肉質鮮嫩多汁。客家煎釀豆腐 ($138)賣相非常之吸引,雖然只係簡單嘅食材,但係豆腐好嫩滑,上面有釀肉碎同埋香蔥,配上簡單嘅醬汁調味,仲有少少菜心伴碟,家常又健康。港滙小炒皇 ($148)睇個菜名應該似係餐廳嘅拿手菜,入邊嘅材料豐富,除咗菜蔬之外,仲有腰果、蝦仁等,夠哂入味。太好餸,我哋都有叫到白飯餸。

酒樓位處24樓,安排了直角兩邊落地玻璃位置,無敵海景,景靚不容置疑!一行12人,點了$2888片皮鴨深海大龍躉宴,加一茶芥另計,食物質素一般,龍躉是吃「頭腩」而已,片皮鴨配哈蜜瓜、京蔥和青瓜,算是最好味道了,金鑽海皇羹料比較少,鴨鬆生菜包,鴨鬆細細粒,生菜大大塊,很難包着吃,金沙大蝦球比較細粒,甜品侍應問上得未,我話10分鐘後,佢就轉頭上咗!其他食物正常味道,沒有任何驚喜。$20@位茶,$8@位芥。對於舊同學老師聚舊,此酒樓,都可以選擇。
