To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我就叫咗個星洲炒米,星洲炒米d米粉好爽口喎祌好大碟添👍真係成碟食曬😅😅米粉係最好味佢比出面嗰啲茶餐廳米粉好味好多,因茶餐廳用白色米粉,但呢到用星加坡米粉所以食落去係好爽口好彈牙架👍👍裏面有好多叉燒粒、火鴨絲、火腿同埋腸仔都幾多料😁70蚊呢個價錢算係低食啦咁啦 👍
咁如果第時你哋去到灣仔會展附近有啲咩餐廳選擇我諗都係呢間呀😋😋
1. 叉燒蝦仁炒飯
蝦仁同叉燒都俾到好足,蝦仁仲要大大粒。炒飯炒到粒粒分明,係幾抵讚👍🏻可惜雖然夠晒味,但食多幾啖會覺得略嫌偏鹹,所以我食到一半就停咗口,無食晒💔
整體味道普通,茶記嚟講價錢真係偏貴,性價比低😟
真係有得選都唔好來!收得咁貴,仲要態度奇差!
年輕人還可以!啲老嘢個個黑口黑面!!食餐飯者,使錢仲要成肚氣
最驚喜系個西多,裡面係流心奶黃,新鮮即造熱辣辣。仲要切成細細塊先去炸,一啖一個食好方便。
環境乾淨闊落,服務態度OK,但執碟執得好快,唔知係咪趕住比下一枱。另外一般茶記嘅燒味, 潮州粉麵,炒飯都有賣。
枱面午市套餐,決定燒汁雞扒飯,無。 星洲炒腸粉$ 79,轉頭10分鐘,又話賣曬,叫主餐牌,照送飲品 ,又要揀過,最快捷簡單~叉燒煎蛋飯,吓、 點解蛋白咁少,拎咗去做蛋白三文治 ,义燒又唔太甜又唔太咸,中間有啫哩粒先正,bbq香,飯好好食,粒粒分明,有米香,煙靱
食完杯熱檸茶都未來,追,等,催,到咗,女經理才問我飲乜!
疫情現在展覧都好少,人流又少,都如此這般,如回復正常,仲有排等!
個飯好好味,我都係見到隔離檯叫午餐A,看到賣相很不錯,才改變主意的。焗飯是炒飯底,夠乾身,撈汁吃口感剛剛好。咖哩不算很辣,普通人都可以接受。
加六蚊轉菠蘿檸檬氣泡茶,幾好味,不過菠蘿味不突出,你當它是有氣的立頓檸檬茶喝,也算值得。
蘑菇汁焗魚柳飯~ 魚柳幾大塊,蘑菇汁的味道偏鹹, 但又吃不到蘑菇汁的味道。
崧子欖菜肉碎炒飯~ 味道普通, 這一款偏淡。
魚片魚蛋撈麵~ 望落賣相唔錯, 不過魚蛋和魚片都是比較普通的品質。
整體來說這間餐廳食物質素非常普通,但價錢就比較貴,服務也不算好,我們叫侍應送上幾杯水要叫好多次才有, 如果下次到會展, 選擇出去外面吃會比較好。
JT要$79.00嘅午餐A,唔記得係咪肉醬焗腸仔飯,飲熱咖啡.老公要$65.00嘅叉燒煎蛋飯.我就因為唔肚餓咩都唔要喇,但店員話每位位最低消費$22.00.咁我要熱杏霜啦.
叉燒煎蛋飯到嚟, 我冇理亦有冇食到,只顧飲我杯熱杏霜,個杯係好大個.唔係好似o衣o家嗰啲咁細,味道中規中矩啦.
我亦冇問JT覺得佢嗰份點,佢亦都冇俾任何評價.
而老公喺之後至同我講,叉燒煎蛋飯唔得,煎蛋嘅蛋汁好少,全瘦叉燒又乾又硬,好差,真係食到佢黯然消魂.
