重裝後的麗晶酒店港畔餐廳,預訂了約2個月終於試到啦,樓底高座位闊落感覺好放鬆。約6點入座,落地玻璃天然光好舒服,望向對面海好靚。而食物區方面個設計都好簡單,一字排開,主要分3部份,冷盤,熱葷及最後面嘅甜品區。冷盤區方面我幾鐘意嘅刺身有拖羅,油甘魚同三文魚籽,另外麵包蟹,風乾火腿同芝都唔錯。龍蝦新鮮,簡簡單單,蒸熟後,有客黎再淥一淥整熱就好正啦,另外咖喱羊及海鮮千層麵,仲有花膠鮑魚都妏得好入味,花雕南瓜浸鴨肝同出面嘅好唔同,花鵰浸滲鴨肝再加上南瓜汁好夾同時解膩。燒羊架同西冷都非常高‘’汁”,牛有牛味,羊有羊味。但甜品就不太是我們杯茶,因為朱古力款為多,再加上份量較大同味道較濃,有點heavy,不過樣子係吸引嘅。留意雪糕有八款咁多,仲要係自家制味道,值得讚!出面嘅街燈同室內柔和嘅燈光令個氣氛都好chill 好浪漫!個人覺得只係靠食物我個人覺得唔值得這價位,但加上環境氣氛及服務,係可以一試,尤其係一些週年慶祝節日,港畔係一間坐得舒服,可以慢條斯理咁去食嘅自助餐。

裝修之前的港畔餐廳都幫襯過幾次,無論環境、服務或食物都相當滿意因此裝修重開之後一直非常期待再次光顧,所以特別預早兩個月在網站訂位慶祝本喵的生日係Youtube已經睇過一些Youtuber嘅影片,知道之前一直心心念嘅蟹肉燕窩羮已經無再提供。我哋大約六點三到左餐廳,其實自助晚餐六點開始,所以一入到去已經見到冷盤區有一條人龍。先講環境,裝修之後座位沒以前那麼擠迫,而且還有一些是梳化位,景觀依然是餐廳的一大賣點,每位客人只包一杯餐飲,之前會提供的welcome drink已沒有提供首先冷盤刺身,凍海鮮都係一般水準,有面包蟹,蟹腳,蝦,螺和青口刺身有拖羅,油金魚,甜蝦,帶子,三文魚和三文魚子。帶子算鮮甜,拖羅唔係好肥,仲有一些現成壽司其中有海膽小卷不過無乜鮮味。熱盤唔見有鮑魚茶碗蒸有啲失望,食左燒牛肉和龍蝦,正常發揮。熱食無乜選擇,唔係好多人排隊。海參花膠果啲一早比人夾走哂之後唔覺有re-fill。花鵰南瓜鴨肝好想試但早排整親手要戒口唔食得,豬弟弟食了三次應該幾唔錯自助餐中段侍應送上每位顧客每人一客鮑魚罐湯餃,個湯底鮮甜唔錯,但有啲飽所以無食隻餃甜品試左自家製雪糕和馬卡龍,馬卡龍唔甜真係好好甜味

食物叫做冷盤比以前好啲,但熱食令人失望和以前比爭好遠。服務方面差不多,但餐飲上以前有啤酒(都係得一杯)現在連果汁都要加錢
係環境比以前好,價錢以前都係貴但物有所值。

整體黎講, 呢度自助餐真係俾人吹得太大, 我網上訂位, 都唔係一號入去同人搶果種, 係過咗一號入去睇下仲有無位,平常心有就有無就算, 竟然仲有喎....嗯, 係咪有少少古怪呢?? 而當晚其他食客亦唔係特別狂攞狂食果種, 剌身區成日都無人排隊, 未到8點已經好多人攞甜品(我食果晚唔使分時段). 咁既價錢($888+ free flow champagne $438), 我覺得半島食物真係精緻好多, 而且半島環境...唔使講啦. 所以下次都應該唔會揀呢度了.
