这恐怕是来香港以来对dimsum最失望的一次!点了一桌,没有照全,后来又上了两道菜!不得不说几乎没有一个好吃的!最爱吃的是最后上的豆腐皮包裹着里边是虾的一道,其他真的几乎都不好吃。点了一个鸡爪排骨饭,鸡爪和排骨是我最爱吃的两个点心,满心欢喜这里有这两个双拼,结果特别难吃。同来的外国朋友希望尝尝鸡爪,结果吃一口就扔了,以后估计我再说好吃他也不信了。。萝卜糕吃起来粘粘的,口感也不对叉烧更怪,酱特别稠。烧卖勉强中规中矩潮州感觉也跟其他家有差距萝卜酥特别腻,吃了一口就吃不下了不喜欢,但是真心便宜!点了一大桌,最后才人均70

今日年三十決定同同事去食中式午餐。一路以來都好想試吓公司附近呢間點心專門店,期望比起大酒樓更有特色。唔知係唔係我哋早去或是很多人已經休假,去到竟然不用排隊。點心紙上的選擇沒有添好運那麼有特色,我們便選了蝦醬豬頸肉蒸飯,薑汁糕,紅油抄手,小籠包試一試。可能是香港點心餐廳,紅油抄手沒有上海餐廳那麼吸引,味道交淡,但是皮仍然很滑,內裏餡料很足,尚算合格。 蝦醬豬頸肉蒸飯則非常出,色蝦醬味濃郁卻不過鹹,飯裏加入南瓜令到味道層次更佳,極力推薦薑汁年糕味道濃郁,薑汁落重本,喜歡吃薑的朋友一定要試。小籠包和紅油抄手一樣不是香港點心專門店的強項令人失望。如果大家想食一個又平又抵的點心餐,這裏仍是一個不錯的選擇。

家住灣仔其實一直都對小店情有獨鍾,成日經過都會望下依間店,依間店開係最旺的地段,但又沒對面金牌XX 咁高調,可見佢係低調得黎又苦心經營。小店特色係自家經營,食物做得用心食客就會睇到,依度坦白講款式唔係好多比你選擇,但勝在食物用心,即叫即做,點心上枱重熱辣辣,和比預期中大件。即係大件夾抵食。另外服務一流,店員好留意細節,一個點心上枱跟手佢會問你要唔要果隻醬。如果你去開大酒樓食黎食去 d 點心咁公式化,依度會比到你驚喜。我會極力推薦依間良心小店!

經過灣仔軒尼詩道,見到一家喚「點點心思」的點心小店,饑腸轆轆的我二話不說跑進去,隨意點了數款點心,包括一道我從未嚐過的「薑汁千層糕」。一籠薑汁千層糕有四塊,擺設成一個銅錢的形象,直如一件工藝品。每塊薑汁糕長長方方,遠看像一塊紅燒肥豬肉,仔細看會發現啡白相間的條紋,與椰汁千層糕有點像樣。最初不以為然,把它當一般中式甜點看待,但拈一塊放入口中,很意外,心中莫名的感動一時半刻說不清。向來認為只有高級餐廳才有人間美食,想不到一家小店也有這種隱世佳餚。薑汁糕在口中散發出陣陣薑香之餘,還有淡淡椰香,甜而不膩,味道既樸實又簡單。然而,這甜點的可愛之處豈止於它的味道,這味道背後的製作工序更令人着迷。上網翻翻資料,原來製作一底薑汁糕動輒要花上一個多小時。一方面先為薑塊去皮洗淨,然後切成小塊,放入攪拌機加小量開水打成糊狀,再將薑糊內的薑水壓出備用。另一方面要把片糖加水煮溶,然後與薑水混合,再把薑糖水加入由木薯粉、麵粉、澄麵拌勻而成的粉漿,倒入模具之後隔水蒸六至八分鐘。可這只是完成了千層糕的其中一層而已,要在啡色層上加一層白色還要把花奶、椰漿、砂糖、粘米粉、糯米粉、木薯粉混和製成粉漿,澆上剛放涼了的啡色層,

不停重複一啡一白又蒸又摻又放涼的製作步驟,最後才會得到一底層次分明的薑汁千層糕。這不但花功夫,花時間,還考心思。
傳統上薑汁千層糕有九層,寓意長長久久。又因為千層糕層層疊疊,有步步高升的意思。但是現代人生活忙碌,曾見過網上有文章教授一種簡易製作法,認為不用過份講究,省去摻入花奶、椰漿等的步驟,結果令原本色彩悅目的千層糕變成單調乏味啡色一片的普通糕點。心思?算什麼。
幸好有人堅持古老的製作方法,不但令傳統手藝得以保存,還讓新生一代明白小小糕點裡埋藏着的一點心思。一塊薑汁千層糕食在口裡卻暖在心頭。在即食文化氾濫的都市中,偶爾停一停,用味蕾細嚐一下,可能會感到霎時幸福的感覺。

星期日的早上,話說今日去行書展,而12點前入場又平D喎,所以就早早地同女朋友去食早餐,openrice見到呢間點心好似ok,所以一試間鋪就吾係好大,有D迫,我地10點入去都坐左2/3人。打開餐牌,選擇不算很多,所以很容易便點好菜了。仲有套餐tim, 計返平左架雪影叉燒包個外皮夠鬆夠香 叉燒包兩邊份量 & 肉汁啱啱好。香煎蘿蔔糕煎得火候岩岩好 食到蘿蔔的甜味 用心心碟裝好得意腸粉腸粉滑 滑 滑 ,要講三次,但可惜一夾就斷。蟹子燒賣王燒賣啖啖肉,拍得住酒樓嘅水準馳名鮮蝦餃蝦餃好食,內藏的蝦肉大隻鮮嫩彈牙,有點似食雲吞。蟲草花野菌餃完全分吾到食左D咩 可惜。蠔皇鮮竹卷三條鮮竹卷浸在濃湯中,咬落肉汁豐腴,出色!鮮蝦菜苗餃靚靚的水晶皮,用料都十足,咬落去味道ok。2個人食左$168,結果一直行書展,中午完全無餓過

今次食第2次,因為得一個人嘅關係,所以只order咗2款點心,上次食過叉燒腸好好食😋😋,今次忍唔住要再order,腸粉保持到水準,Good👍🏻另一款點心就係雞扎,最估唔到嚿冬菇係多汁,仲要厚切(我估嚿冬菇應該好大隻),可能我好少見到雞扎用原條蟹柳,都覺得幾有新鮮感。另外店員亦好好禮貌,值得一讚👍🏻👍🏻

Other Info. : 店舖嘅服務認真唔好,員工好似第一日出黎做野咁,成日漏單,一d好簡單嘅野例如加水、攞辣椒油冇試過可以系唔駛吹幾次嘅情況下送黎,仲要態度唔好!!!!

Fried Melon Rice Rolls ($24). I really didn't enjoy this at all. However, boyfriend loved it. It tasted like those Korean melon icecream sticks that everyone around me seems to love except me. It had the same exact flavor of artificial melon. Combine that it had a rubbery texture wrapped around crispy coating, it was perhaps one of the grossest things I've ever put into my mouth.

Beancurd Wraps in Tomato Sauce ($17). This combination didn't work at all. The beancurd was wrapped with shrimp and pork meat which was tasted fine. But it was the combination of the tomato sauce that tasted like watered down ketchup that made it all go wrong.

Wonton in Chilli Oil ($38). This wasn't spicy at all even though it was in chilli oil. The wontons were ok but for some strange reason it wouldn't coat the sauce at all and just slid off. I believe it was due to the wrong type of wonton skin used.

Average dim sum. The classics were better than the new modern types. The new modern dim sum were inventive but the combinations didn't work at all. Place is clean and tidy and service is alright. I wouldn't return again on my own but would probably return again with boyfriend as he seemed to like this place a lot more than me.
