上星期見完營養師,都九點,諗住去食裕民牛雜粉面,但佢閂咗啦。因為泊車嘅關係,去咗天文台8號,上OpenRice 睇過呢間係食蒸氣火鍋。入到去同普通舊式海鮮酒樓冇咩分別。可能星期一又夜既關係,無咩人。蒸氣火鍋剩係得一個餐,成五百幾一個人。但價錢差唔多,有螺頭湯、龍蝦、鮑魚等等。個部長叫我哋叫餸食,佢哋出名潮州菜喎!咁就叫咗以下菜式:1. 麻油海蜇(一般,有麻油味)2. 鵝片豆腐片底(鵝片好淋,一啲都唔鞋。同我食開嘅朝滙館差唔多,但係豆腐就比較滑同好食,有豆香)👍3.脆蠔爽(係蔥粒炒蠔仔粒。呢個有驚喜!好香口,好好食😋)4. 自家手打墨魚丸芥菜煲(粒墨魚丸好有墨魚味。如果食過啲好食嘅墨魚丸同好難食嘅,就會分得到咩叫墨魚味,但得4粒! )😏5.潮州粥(佢唔係潮州粥,無一粒粒既飯粒,係一碗普通白粥,但配脆蠔仔粒一流)
