Want to visit this restaurant for long. They are famous for their steaks which are imported from the farms in the states.

阿林💬:吃了第一口,我不禁瞪大眼睛,望向擂沙,這絕對是令人難以忘記的味道。然而,烹調上有不少扣分的地方。每塊牛肉的熟度明顯不同,而且整體過熟,溫度掌控得不夠好,受熱又不平均。盤中肉汁頗多,看見就覺可惜。不知是否因為製作過程繁複卻又不想客人久等,反犧牲了靜置時間。說真的,千多元一塊扒,我不介意要靜候,再靜候,但會追求完美的味道及烹調。這次只差一點,期望下次會吃到唔食含恨終生的出品。

擂沙💬:甜品點了兩款,第一款是Corn bread梳乎厘配pecan雪糕 ($138),同樣是用上特別食材,有別於其他梳乎厘,整體口感很是重身,就像食輕盈版的麵包布甸加入甜玉米一樣,雪糕底下還有bourbon caramel,所以整體甜度較高,較為重口味。

阿林💬:第二款甜品因店員誠心推介而選擇了Chocolate Fondant ($128),入口後倒有點後悔。的確朱古力味很濃,又有澎湃岩漿,合格有餘。然而牛扒之出色直線地拉高了期望,簡單直接的味道組合已經不足以圓滿這餐。比較有趣的是旁邊的脆脆,其中一種材料像爆炸糖不停在口腔內爆爆爆。擂沙嚐後確認是爆炸糖無誤。幾得意囉,但不覺有何提㫒。

大愛呢度既前菜Cold Smoked Steak Tartare,配搭抹上牛骨髓牛油既麵包上,令到牛味更濃郁🤤多多忍唔住食左3塊麵包呢🙈

令人驚艷既仲有呢度既side dish ,可以食到好似食主菜既side dish Mac & Cheese😻利用龍蝦湯熬製,上面有一整件龍蝦肉🤤🤤裏面加入嘅脆米同芝士互相輝影,除左食落卡滋卡滋的,非常香口,仲減少左Mac & Cheese本身既油膩感🥰直頭啲人食完想再encore添啊😳😳

不過主菜方面,肉眼排略嫌有點overcooked,灴身叫5成熟,最後黎到似7成熟🙈令肉質比較實

仲有另外2款自家制甜品Cheesecake & Chocolate Fondant ,第一次試到cheesecake入面會放雲呢拿籽,為本身味道較單一既芝士加添一點奶香,非常可口🤤而Chocolate Fondant無論味道及質感都香醇濃厚,為一餐飯劃上完滿既句號喔🥰🥰

配合埋餐廳內美式裝橫及氛圍,唔講仲以為自己置身於美國🇺🇸添🤩

希望可以找到更多的食肉獸, 去品嚐Nathan以威士忌和梣木長期熟成過後再烤的T骨牛扒. 我相信這會大大擴闊我對烤牛扒, 以至是美國菜的認知呢!

Henry 一定係近年俾人吹噓得最勁嘅一間美式德州扒房。今次就趁星期六嚟食lunch set,招牌菜Cold Smoke Steak Tartare 可以話係非常普通,唔難食但係絕對冇驚喜。主菜 350g 肉眼扒,可能因為係USDA Choice,無論肉味同油香都嚴重不足,可以話係期望越大,失望越大。全餐最好食就係佢啲牛油同homemade sauce,配麵包同埋薯條都一流!⁣

Henry was one of the newly opened steakhouses that I have been wanting to try out. Came here for the set lunch on a Saturday. The Cold Smoked Steak Tartare was just average and the Ribeye Steak was such a letdown - it was under-seasoned and poorly grilled. The only thing I would praise was the homemade sauce (the BBQ sauce and hot sauce were very nice with the fries). Overall, our experience was just so-so - definitely overrated!⁣
