經過開源道望到呢間餐廳嘅外觀非常之文青又帶點日系,比呢個外觀吸引咙入佐去食晚飯。入到去發現入面嘅座位格局分咗學生枱凳同埋梳化枱,遲咗入嚟嘅我注定要坐學生枱,環境同氣氛係好好,但係呢倜座位真係好唔舒服,食咗成程飯先唔講食物嘅情況,真係坐到腰酸骨痛,希望餐廳見到,睇吓會唔會係啲學生枱凳度加返啲咕𠱸峇。今次叫咗個山藥燒扇貝鳥冬,個餐一嚟到,感覺上好豐富,有兩個前菜同一碗湯,分別係醃蘿蔔同埋青菜,但兩個味道一般,青菜甚至乎有怪味,麵豉湯冇問題,而且蜆肉菲常大舊,喺度加返分。去到主菜山藥燒,上面配咗幾嚿細份嘅鰻魚,味道道正常,略嫌上面嘅鰻魚汁唔夠多,同埋鰻魚燒得比較乾身,下面嘅山藥燒反而好好食,末到冇一般大阪燒咁多蔬菜嘅口感,反而似係淋身薄撐嘅感覺,但係感覺幾特別。講埋最後個鳥冬真係令人非常失望,鳥冬嘅清湯完全有味,所以你食緊嘅烏冬都係有味,連舊扇貝都係布乜味,計埋價錢性價比嘅話,相當不推薦,以上。

作為香港人平時都鍾意去茶餐廳食早餐,但粉面食得耐都想轉下口味,之前經過見到間Hibi Cafe幾靚,裝修好有心機,行日式懷舊風,比人一種好homey、舒服、放鬆嘅感覺。忙完一輪,今日終於有機會去試試佢嘅早餐,食下d和風料理治癒一下身心。

$68蚊嘅定食唔單止有一大碗白飯、毛豆、三文魚同牛乳炒滑蛋,仲有足料麵豉湯!

佢嘅麵豉湯聞落香噴噴,裏面有原條昆布、紅白蘿蔔同蜆隻,鮮甜暖胃,飲落好舒服

而麵豉、枝豆、三文魚又富有營養,對自己好一定要食尼d色香味俱全嘅早餐 ❤️

平時食開三文魚嘅set起碼都要三位數,估唔到宜家70蚊有找就食到咁大塊三文魚,簡單嘅調味(鹽同白芝麻)加上三文魚本身自帶嘅油香對早餐黎講剛剛好,唔會太重口味。

另外佢d飯充滿米香,配上脆脆飯素真係好好味,咬落可以享受煙韌加脆脆兩種口感~

炒蛋有淡淡嘅牛奶香味,加上香蔥,簡簡單單但食到食材最原本嘅味道,唔需要太花俏都可以係美食

胡麻唐揚炸雞皮薄香脆,裏面嘅肉多汁又嫩,唔會炸到乾曬,好好食

至於鮮果乳酪嘅哈密瓜超級甜,勁好食,配上greek yogurt酸酸地解膩,係尼個早餐嘅完美wrap up!

凍抹茶牛奶同涷焙茶牛奶茶味香濃,加上香滑牛奶就係good morning~

不過大家要留意返用餐時間係一個鐘,好推薦大家有機會就黎食個早餐幫自己打氣充電~ 係繁華鬧市仲得到療癒嘅空間,俾自己嘅身體休息下,食下d和風家常早餐

記得這位置以前是茶餐廳,轉做日式cafe後因為門面有點神秘一直未有嘗試。直至知道它的裝修很有日式校園風後決定同朋友去體驗一下日本部活片子中的角色身份。不得不讚餐廳環境與裝修好有風格坐位好舒適。但採用手機落單的方式,又同時要收加一服費我認為係對客人的一種剝削,絕對不是扮高級餐廳應有的經營手法,而因朋友唔肯自己落單,結果多花了十分鐘。所以服務方面會直接扣兩粒星(手機落單同加一服費各一粒)定食套餐上枱,擺盤非常打卡able。味噌湯湯料豐富有兩隻鮮蜆子,正!題外話 - 見過食評有些人會因不滿味噌湯不夠滾熱而作出劣評,但只要Google下就知加了味噌就不可以煮滾,可惜我不是當時的侍應。 至於兩碟前菜小食相對就好失色,白烚支豆~我冇說話好講,蛋沙律也過於普通蛋黄醬又太多。扣一粒星。 日式野菜洋蔥紅酒燒汁慢煮牛舌飯~薯仔同番薯都煎過,很好!牛舌厚切舖滿碗面,都係水準之作,只不過紅酒燒汁比較少,唔夠食完碗飯,原來這個時候加返蛋沙律佐飯食就不覺太單調,我估大廚都冇諗過。 凍焙茶鮮奶好飲。最後來多個後排扣殺!加個紅豆㭑茶雪榚作這場課外活動的總結! 完場檢討:戓者租金同裝修成本都唔少,而價錢又唔想set得過

完場檢討:戓者租金同裝修成本都唔少,而價錢又唔想set得過高,所以始終有點將貨就價,前菜小食就比較簡單,人手也作出遷就吧。幸好給人的體驗都好好,係回頭率幾高的餐廳
