搭纜車的時候發現原本搭纜站樓下係有一間食川菜得餐廳,去完大佛之後晚上就去左食晚餐!餐廳菜式選擇頗多,連烤魚都有!!不過可惜我地得2個人怕食唔曬浪費,就叫左3個小菜。四川老譚酸菜桂花魚鮮嫩的魚肉在酸菜的襯托下別具一格,湯汁清亮容易入喉,酸菜的發酵香氣與魚肉的鮮非常融合,湯底帶有適中的酸辣,開胃解膩。魚肉切片精細,片片如桂花般舖陳,賞心悅目之餘更入口即化沒有任何魚骨。湯汁的層次感豐富,酸中帶甜,辣中有鮮,令人回味無窮。建議趁熱食用,感受魚肉的最佳口感。炒土豆絲刀土豆絲每根都均勻一致。炒製火候恰到好處,保持著清脆的口感又不生硬。色澤微微泛黃的,調味簡單卻入味!!醋香、蒜香與辣椒的香氣交織,讓這道看似普通的家常菜變得不平凡。土豆絲既不會太軟爛,又充分吸收了調味料的風味,是下飯的絕佳選擇。武隆尖椒雞這道重慶特色菜充分展現了川渝菜系的精髓。雞肉切塊大小適中,經過精心醃製,肉質鮮嫩多汁。尖椒的辣味恰到好處,不會蓋過雞肉的本味,反而將雞肉的鮮美襯托得更加出色。炒製時的高溫讓尖椒釋放出獨特的香氣,與雞肉完美融合。辣中帶香,椒香四溢卻不嗆辣配上一碗白米飯,絕對是下飯的好菜。 continue reading

上星期去東薈城逞逛街,晚上和朋友到纜車站附近的花椒八角食川菜,餐廳環境好舒服,鋪滿香港特色的相片,座位夠寬敞。四川煙燻樟茶鴨,是我很喜歡食的菜式,皮脆肉滑,鴨肉皮下油脂不多,有淡淡煙燻香味,與一般燒鴨的味道完全不同。金銀蛋浸香菜仔,白菜仔好新新鮮,入口爽甜,雖然是鹹蛋皮蛋浸煮,但不會太鹹,味道調得幾好。四川回鍋肉,相當惹味,有點辣,腩肉炸過再炒,比較乾身,不會覺得太油膩,有微微的脆感。鳳梨咕嚕蝦球,色彩豐富,蝦球好大隻,爽脆彈牙,甜酸度適中,不但蝦球好食,配菜都好好食。金銀蒜蒸扇貝,份量都算多,扇貝夠大隻,好鮮甜,粉絲更好食,入晒味,一定要試試。蒜泥白肉,蒜泥帶有天然的辛香,加上青瓜片,食起來有一種獨特的香味,完全不會感到白肉油膩。椰青冰冷鮮甜,十分解渴,食完一些帶辣的餸菜,來一個椰青,確是一流。如果7:30前埋單有6.8折,8:30埋單都可享8折,真係幾抵,like Facebook 更可免加一,超讚! continue reading

在東涌欖車站旁邊這間四川風味餐廳,名字十分有趣,叫花椒八角。坐完欖車,不容錯過。 酸辣秋葵 $55這個作為開胃菜再好不過,酸酸辣辣的醬汁襯托秋葵的清脆口感,帶著微微的香辣,非常開胃。四川回鍋肉 $118回鍋肉算是川菜代表作之一,肥瘦相間的豬肉,非常薄切,烹調到外焦裡嫩,搭配上青椒和洋蔥等,香氣四溢。乾鍋椰菜花豆乾$118一上枱令人震惊,份量十足,火紅色彩。椰菜花的清脆、豆乾口感軟淋入味,加上香辣的調味,讓這道菜在味道上非常引人注目。但辣度稍高。水煮鮮羊肉 $208鮮羊肉切片薄厚適中,浸入热燙的湯中,仍然保持肉質的鮮嫩。湯底充滿辛辣與香麻的味道,非常惹味,配上一碗白飯,再好不過。窩巴 $30窩巴非常香脆,帶少少微甜,與菜餚或肉汁一齊吃,增添了用餐的樂趣。 continue reading
