上星期去東薈城逞逛街,晚上和朋友到纜車站附近的花椒八角食川菜,餐廳環境好舒服,鋪滿香港特色的相片,座位夠寬敞。四川煙燻樟茶鴨,是我很喜歡食的菜式,皮脆肉滑,鴨肉皮下油脂不多,有淡淡煙燻香味,與一般燒鴨的味道完全不同。金銀蛋浸香菜仔,白菜仔好新新鮮,入口爽甜,雖然是鹹蛋皮蛋浸煮,但不會太鹹,味道調得幾好。四川回鍋肉,相當惹味,有點辣,腩肉炸過再炒,比較乾身,不會覺得太油膩,有微微的脆感。鳳梨咕嚕蝦球,色彩豐富,蝦球好大隻,爽脆彈牙,甜酸度適中,不但蝦球好食,配菜都好好食。金銀蒜蒸扇貝,份量都算多,扇貝夠大隻,好鮮甜,粉絲更好食,入晒味,一定要試試。蒜泥白肉,蒜泥帶有天然的辛香,加上青瓜片,食起來有一種獨特的香味,完全不會感到白肉油膩。椰青冰冷鮮甜,十分解渴,食完一些帶辣的餸菜,來一個椰青,確是一流。如果7:30前埋單有6.8折,8:30埋單都可享8折,真係幾抵,like Facebook 更可免加一,超讚!

總的來說,花椒八角餐廳是一家值得一試的川菜餐廳。值得一提的是現在晚飯時段,由五點開始,只要在餐廳的社交平台打卡關注,結賬時就有九折,每滿100元有一個蓋印,一個月之內儲滿八個蓋印還可以小吃換領呢!
