To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

女人街內好味漢堡

今日行過女人街，裏面新開了一間餐廳，主打漢堡、牛角包、意粉及日式飯烏冬等，價錢合理，午市更有多款套餐，由六十蚊起。竹炭雙層牛肉漢堡即叫即做，竹炭包烘至香脆，中間有煙肉、煎蛋、芝士、番茄及生菜等，另外還有兩層牛肉滿堡，份量十足，一切開漢堡肉汁流出，十分juicy。竹炭軟殼蟹牛油果醬漢堡中間原隻軟殼蟹炸至金黃香脆，還夾上牛油果醬及芝士生菜，雖不及牛肉漢堡juicy，但味道都不錯。旁邊還有很多的炸粗薯及沙律。BBQ醬雞翼炸至香脆，表面淋上惹味的BBQ醬。最後飲返杯檸茶消滯。

漢堡和薯條也不錯

最近經過旺角、又發現開了一間新餐廳,就和友人去了試一下,午餐時段有各款午餐,感覺上是主打漢堡包,所以我就決定先試漢堡包吧。薯條的味道和口感不錯,麵包有先烘過、食落脆口,所以口感也不錯,配料也算多但我略嫌芝士不夠多,另外同行友人叫了牛角包的套餐,也有薯條和沙律,而且最近好像新開張送飲品（包括特飲),在旺角來說性價比算不錯~整體環境整潔企理但不算大,整體來說值得一試的。下次的話可能會試一下漢堡包以外套餐吧。
