串燒算不貴,水準也比許多坊間的好。只是午市也要付加一服務費,有點叫人卻步。

沒有掏不盡的錢包,不能動輒往酒店餐廳跑,只能把期望托負云云小店。有時候明知在某些店找不了想要的,還是不到黃河心不死,因為我們都愛期待,期待驚喜。

燒牛舌串:超正 黑椒牛舌 用左舌尖位 夠爽口 D黑椒味到位 冇搶走油香味 不過如果對於yim尖食客 一串入面有曬舌尖同牛舌較後位置就重完美 因為咁先可以同時食曬牛舌2大特點(爽口o既位同油香味重o既位)

燒三文魚飯團 & 燒明太子飯團 :好正 由於我未食過燒飯團 所以對我黎講好玩又好食 飯團面燒到卜卜脆 有少少焦香 加上有壽司紫菜夾住食 口感好立體 燒焦左o既面脆 (食到一邊燒一塗上o既甜醬油) 入面有黏度 不過$20一客2件黎講可以多少少餡 (可能多左會散掛)

聽講燒豆腐同燒白鱔好食 今次未食到 希望下次有機會

總之作為飲野地方好正

近來表姐遷進灣仔的 office 工作,於是順理成章找個中心點,讓大家一起吃個 short lunch。「焱川」環境狹窄,幸好可以預早 book 位,也不致要等太久。本想叫兩 set 丼飯定食,但畢竟這裡是一家串燒店,定要試試串燒套餐啊。滑蛋雞肉丼定食:不錯吃,雞蛋很滑,雞肉也新鮮,份量足夠。附送一小碟枝豆、漬物、麵豉湯、珍珠米飯,非常豐富。串燒套餐:這個 set 包括了 10 串串燒,其餘的跟丼飯定食一樣。串燒是用店方決定,不能讓客人自由選擇 。當天供應的是白果 、多春魚、 蝦、 豬肉、矮瓜、冬菇、免治雞骨串 、鵪春蛋、荔枝、龍眼,水準一般,顯然有點油膩。荔枝和龍眼串燒,也不太對味,吃下去怪怪的。這裡的 lunch set $65~$90 左右,最後會送上兩粒雪米糍,清清口氣。午飯時段太迫,也不太值這個價位,偶爾吃一次還好吧。

九月二十一日 (星期三)臨出發台灣,相約了識食的許生來個三人午聚是次由他打點,很快的訂了焱川蘭杜街我們也來了不少次,不過每次都是吃別的知道這店長期排滿人,但竟不知可以訂位的許生先來取位來到這,當然要吃串燒許生首推串燒套餐內包括十款串燒,以下逐一介紹白果不是我們杯茶,不便置評燒蝦絕不馬虎,蝦肉味香而爽口東菇和蘑菇都頗新鮮,味道甘香而且水份仍能鎖入內,熱氣感覺大減豬肉爽甜煙韌,很有嚼勁豆腐和矮瓜也是水準之作,不過在眾多的燒物中實難以突圍最後要讚的是多春魚,味道鮮魚油仍能鎖入魚身內,魚肉嫩滑可口,不可多得後上的這兩款較特別免治雞軟骨,又吃到雞肉的鮮嫩,又吃到骨的爽脆兩重口感,新奇驚喜煙肉龍眼也是頗特別和夾的串燒組合咸咸的煙肉伴上鮮甜的龍眼肉,味覺的交流最低讚是龍眼肉燒了以後,仍是充滿水份的!吃完燒物,也選了一個這個定食此店雖主打燒物其他的也有一定水準就像這滑蛋雞肉,用料豐富雞肉極其嫩滑而雞味香濃加上其最佳拍檔滑蛋,令整個丼美不勝收尤其吃完燒物再吃,會覺那清純的感覺!許生真的沒介紹錯席間得知他也即將出外旅遊希望大家都玩得開心愉快!

Was in the mood for some beer and Robatayaki so made a booking for 7pm. Got there on time and the place was very small, only 3 tables of 4 and the bar tables which can fit about 8 if I remember correctly. I got there earlier than my friend so I decided to order some beer, they have Kirin and Sapporo. They also have GREAT Happy Hour special which is $68 for a large beer and a choice of 4 skewers. The choices weren't a lot, but come on, $68 inclusive of a large beer?? What more can you ask for?? Some of the choices were: chicken skin, chicken wing, chicken yakitori, mushrooms, pork neck, chicken soft bone, wasabi beef tongue (which is not grilled, it's a cold dish), bacon and cherry tomato, shishamo and rice ball. We ordered 3 of the Happy Hour specials

Chicken skin was done very well, very crispy and almost grilled till no fat. The shitake mushrooms were quite sweet and not as dry as expected, very nice. Chicken meat and chicken soft bone was good, I don't think you can go wrong on these two items.

Wasabi beef tongue was a cold dish, wasabi not overpowering, but you know it's there. I didn't like this very much, the texture is too soft and chewy for my taste. It seems like it's been stewed, put in the fridge and when you order it, they just pour the sauce on top.

We also ordered some other food, some of my all time favorites: duck tongue, beef tongue, asparagus in bacon, mushrooms wrapped in beef, grilled salmon and my ALL TIME FAVORITE ~~ chicken liver!!!! I haven't had chicken liver in aaaaaaaaaaages and every place we go to doesn't serve it anymore.

All in all, I love this new little hideout!!!! It's very cozy and the staff are very nice and they have enough people so they are very hands on and someone walking by your table literally every 5 mins. They're open till late, but make a reservation because if you don't, you'll be standing outside waiting quite a while because of the limited seating.

we (2 people) had waited for half an hour before we could be seatedso hungry but it took a long time before the food arrived!the rice was no longer hot after we had finished the mushrooms and before the next dish came.but i guess the chef knew we had been waiting for long so he comforted us again and againhe even offered to give us two new bowls of *HOT* new rice *v* (for free of course)in general the food was yummy but my suggestion is that they should try to serve the food faster!

前陣子在土瓜灣吃到一家非常好吃的串燒店, 一直努力在尋找其他隱世的串燒店, 在網上看到這家的評語還不錯, 就來試一試午市的串燒套餐...不過兩個人share一個餐好像很奇怪, 所以我們另外點單點了芝士牛肉卷和露荀豬肉卷串燒套餐好像九十元, 有十串串燒, 飯, 沙律和麵豉湯...印象中有鵪春蛋, 多春魚, 煙肉車厘茄, 茄子, 雞肉棒, 銀杏, 冬菇, 磨菇, 蝦, 還有一樣我忘記了...份量一點都不少, 頗抵食, 只是那種串燒熱熱辣辣的感覺卻欠奉, 可能是因為要等好幾串一齊燒好才上檯吧....而調味和整體味道方面沒太大驚喜...只可以說是還不錯...但沒有一串要特別介紹的....相反, 單點的兩款就比較好, 芝士牛肉卷和平常的金菇牛肉卷一樣, 只是餡不同...熱辣辣的肯定加分...只是其實芝士沒有和牛肉很搭了...反正他們在起沒有變得更加好...而且裡面包的芝士質素一般...沒有芝士該有的香濃...不過如果喜愛吃芝士的人也可以試試看...另外的露荀豬肉卷就好好吃了, 露荀很新鮮juicy...豬肉切得薄薄的, 燒過之後帶點微脆, 非常香口.....最後送來兩粒芋頭雪米糍...雪得硬硬的

串燒套餐好像九十元, 有十串串燒, 飯, 沙律和麵豉湯...印象中有鵪春蛋, 多春魚, 煙肉車厘茄, 茄子, 雞肉棒, 銀杏, 冬菇, 磨菇, 蝦, 還有一樣我忘記了...份量一點都不少, 頗抵食, 只是那種串燒熱熱辣辣的感覺卻欠奉, 可能是因為要等好幾串一齊燒好才上檯吧....而調味和整體味道方面沒太大驚喜...只可以說是還不錯...但沒有一串要特別介紹的....

相反, 單點的兩款就比較好, 芝士牛肉卷和平常的金菇牛肉卷一樣, 只是餡不同...熱辣辣的肯定加分...只是其實芝士沒有和牛肉很搭了...反正他們在起沒有變得更加好...而且裡面包的芝士質素一般...沒有芝士該有的香濃...不過如果喜愛吃芝士的人也可以試試看...

另外的露荀豬肉卷就好好吃了, 露荀很新鮮juicy...豬肉切得薄薄的, 燒過之後帶點微脆, 非常香口.....

最後送來兩粒芋頭雪米糍...雪得硬硬的和平常吃到的沒分別....

以價錢來說這個套餐是還可以的了, 只是未必會再來, 單點好像更好...而且不知道是否晚上的師傅會燒得更加好呢?

吃過菜蔬類,再來便是吃肉的時間了
豚肉串沒有想像中的淰身;免治雞肉棒內藏有不少的雞軟骨粒,肉香之中滲入了嗦嗦聲的咬口感覺,一向是吃這雞肉棒的賣點及吸引之處
大葱雞肉也是不俗 --- 雞肉軟熟多汁,大葱帶清甜,略帶微燶的就更好吃
大蝦外皮沒有被燒焦,可以放心的連殼也吃掉
。肉很鮮甜彈牙.....

值得一提是這裡的燒汁甜而不膩,不太稠,調得有點水準....

好久沒有吃日式串燒了。今日可以在毫無拘束底下大快朶頤,實在暢快
....

happy hour 時段$58 (另加加一) 就有4串串燒和一枝大kirin啤酒在等串燒的時間,侍應小姐突然給了我一碗沙律,原來是免費送的,有椰菜和紅蘿蔔,有一碟沙律dressing ,很新鮮很好吃串燒我點了白菌﹑煙肉車厘茄﹑雞肉和豬頸肉全部上菜的時候也是熱辣辣的~ 值得一提的是,白菌外脆內軟,很多汁而且很鮮甜其實灣仔做串燒的店舖不多,這間的氣氛真的很有居酒屋的FEEL絕對會再幫襯!

We had

Beef - Super!!! it's very juicy, tender (but not too much) and the flavour keep in my mouth for a while, still miss it ;)

Eel - crispy and nice

sweet potato - not bad

Rice cake (Lin Go) very very nice, the sauce is just fit


Oyster - my another favourite

rice cake (the triangle one) - i like it's brown and crispy

Anyway, we've been very excited to find this resto and we'll definitely go again.

Most importantly, the chef and the waiters are very kind!

Besides, we surprise it 's not expensive at all.
