Hing Kee Restaurant is one of many restaurants on Temple Street that serve claypot rice. Hygiene? Not really. But I guess you don't expect this place to be the Ritz Carlton. Menu is in English and Chinese with photos. They have a huge variety of claypot rice and other side dishes. When all your food is served, the waiter will come up to you and ask you to pay right there and then. It's cash only and there is no 10% service charge.
