聞其名專程黎食,

到這裏不會期望有很好的服務, 比較著重環境氣氛多啲, 很久以前已光顧, 從以前只賣煲仔飯(路邊檔), 到現在加有小菜(路邊檔加店檔), 和極推介的蠔仔餅, 從煲仔飯專門店到現在轉形至菜館, 從中也看到香港的鋭變, 整體來說食品還可以吧,不算太差, 我個人還是喜歡吃鳯爪排骨煲仔飯 OK, 現在想吃多些時會點極力推介的蠔仔餅 Very Good, 感覺是 Simple and Tasty.

雖然這間興記菜館說不上是必食的,亦不敢推薦,但實際情況應該比網上的評價為好...煎蠔餅嘛...其實應該係炸蠔餅...算係幾好食,但稍為唔太足料...煲仔飯嘛...不過不失啦,不過飯有少少乾...而且真的沒有什麼值得讚的地方...尼個蠔粥就真係唔多得...淡淡地都唔係問題...重點係...有蠔殼...這我比較不太接受...另一方面亦好少蠔下~辣酒蟶子唔錯,辣度適中而且蟶子沒有沙XD個人上唔多中意...一來D蜆好像死左,二來好多都唔開口,三來無鑊氣....家庭式的水準,亦無渣,都可以一試既~不過係果度係野,環境同服務都無可能要求D咩,如果要求看得到的衛生真的是傻了~反正果度的感覺真的是"人與人"而不純粹是"人與錢",同真正的朋友吹水的話,的確係唔錯的XD

因為冬天嘅關係,所以就好想食煲仔飯,自然就約埋三五朋友一齊去,不過朋友都唔知邊到好食,所以好自然就諗起廟街,二擇其一下就決定挑戰「興記」。因為鋪位多,一去到就可以入座,不過其實座位都幾逼。腐乳通菜炒鮮魷 ,通菜算嫩口無起渣,不過鮮魷就唔係太新鮮,無咩魷魚味,而且都幾水汪汪下。炸蠔餅 ,粉厚蠔細,蠔味亦無乜,而且應該唔係用鴨蛋所以蛋香無咁勁,品質一般。白鱔煲仔飯 ,份量跟價錢真係差得太遠,豉油唔太覺有調味,飯焦唔多,感覺就係整得唔夠時間,白鱔亦只屬一般。滑雞牛肉煲仔飯 ,兩者都有啲Overcook,不過調味還好,算勉強合格。太多太濃味好難唔叫嘢飲

冬天除了想到打邊爐之外,當然還有煲仔飯吧^^所以就約了一天和朋友去廟街那邊吃了~除了煲仔飯外,也有小菜可以吃。第一道小菜是 - 腐乳通菜炒鮮魷   味道比想像中更惹味 第2道是蠔餅~ 這塊的尺寸是小   還有一個大尺寸可選擇。味道普普通通吧~桌上放有吃煲仔飯用的豉油~記得別加太多~XD 不然變飯焦好超重口味~!!!朋友點了 - 白鱔煲仔飯  我跟朋友則Share了這個滑雞牛肉煲仔飯  雞確實很滑~牛肉也是易入口~!!這裡有支裝的可樂~!!

Yau Ma Tei, the must-going place for travelers and also for locals in chili seasons. The Hong Kong style street foods and local restaurants there offers super cheap seafood, fried foods, casserole and Chinese desserts. Hing Kee, has quite huge business, almost cover the whole bottom area of the whole street. Eaters prefer sitting outdoor and enjoying really local foods and services. Everything is noisy and loud, typically street-style.
Hing Kee's casserole is not so delicious, but it's cheap anyway with so many choices. Normally they have sausage, chicken, pork ribs, beef (quite fake meat), squid or other seafood. As to the taste, personally, they don't differentiate a lot from each other, coz whatever you order, you will 'pour' some Hing Kee brand black soy sauce to enrich the flavor. Salty sauce but a little sweet meanwhile, separated and chewy rice with yummy meat. Casserole, always a good deal.

Besides, I always order this famous Deep Fried Baby Oyster Omelette. Baby oysters are mixed into flour and eggs to become a huge omelette. I really love the biting experience for its crispy and loose texture, actually it's not so greasy as its looking. Don't expect too high towards those baby oysters, but I shall say it never let me down in terms of quantity.

Spicy Mantis Shrimp, why ugly-looking dishes can be such tasty?! Well, that time I didn't quite satisfied to it, coz the shrimp is not fat enough so that it affects overall taste. But I admit the chef knows well about the sauce, spicy, salty and a little bit sweet, very rich taste.

It's my first time to try Fried Pig Intestines, such big courage to order this for it's too fat and feel a little disgusting. To my surprise, the dish looks nice with orange cover and fatty greasy milky color inside. I strongly suggest to order this one only if you have at least 4 persons to share for its big potion. With sweet and sour sauce balances the greasy and fatty feeling, while I have to say, it's delicious. Crispy of fried skin, fatty and melted texture when chewing, and that strong taste can drive pork-lover crazy.

我地叫左煲仔飯,蠔餅點知北菇滑雞黎到冇北菇,要另外比返!後來加單叫多兩個煲仔飯,蠔餅,炒通菜過左成三、四個字先黎左煲仔飯咸魚雞煲仔飯竟然冇咸魚!!叫個姐姐過黎,佢仲話:比我聞下,我聞到有咸魚味喎!!阿姐,唔係以為我地連舊咸魚仔都要呃你掛跟住又叫我地同老細講,我地叫佢嗌老細過黎,佢仲發悔氣話:冇咸魚咪退返5蚊比你囉!咁既服務態度都得,永久black list啊!

This was a very simple dish, the conches were boil with water and went with dipping sauce. The conches were fresh and had great texture.

田鸡煲仔饭 (4/10)
The rice was cooked in a clay pot, and it was rather disappointing. The rice wasn’t cooked long enough, where it doesn’t burnt at the bottom. The frog legs were extremely tender and perfectly cooked.

The services as expected, rather poor but they did the job for it purpose to get the orders right. However, the cook was slow, perhaps during winter has a lot of dinners to look after.
