大角咀有好多美食, 今次我地就去試一個新樓盤商場既餐廳慶記。呢間餐廳有好多選擇, 主打上海嘢。出面天氣太熱了, 所以我地都揀左滷肉慶面, 配香酥排骨同菜燻煎軟雞。小食方面就揀左口水醉雞卷同紅油百花抄手。口水醉雞卷份量比想像中多, 賣相都好好。雞肉卷好滑又彈牙,麻辣味啱啱好, 唔會搶左花雕既味道,辣辣地好醒胃。主食既滷肉慶面,面條好Q, 滷肉少肥多瘦,滷汁好味。香酥排骨炸得啱啱好, 外脆內軟, 好juicy, 再配埋特制酸辣汁, 非常惹味。食完都唔會覺得好熱氣。最驚喜的反而係菜燻煎軟雞,剛上枱既時候見到以為好乾好柴,心諗又中伏啦。結果咬左一口之後,嚇左一跳,雞皮好脆,好似食燒肉咁,雞肉仲係好滑,帶一點茶葉香,非常好味。紅油百花抄手好特別, 通常出面D紅油抄手都係豬肉餡,但百花抄手係花枝同蝦肉, 味道好好味又特別。主菜仲配埋汔水同豆漿,或者其他飲品。以呢個咁平既價錢黎講,食物既水準又咁高,性價比非常高。

朋友想平平地食個小籠包,就帶了她去大角咀這間慶記。兩個人叫了兩個飯麵及兩個小食,都是二百多元,非常抵食。茶燻煎軟雞拼滷肉菜飯雞扒有淡淡煙燻香味,炸至外皮香脆,滷肉用了半肥瘦的豬肉,入口都不算太肥。巴東牛肋條慶麵牛肋條炆至入口嫩腍,牛肉味濃郁,湯底有點香辣及香料味道,豆卜吸收了湯汁非常惹味,蘿蔔香甜又腍,慶麵麵質爽口。XO醬蟹肉小籠包小籠包外皮超薄但不易穿,裏面有蟹肉湯汁,不過未算多,味道鮮甜。紅油百花抄手帶點辣椒香味,慢慢滲出來的辣,抄手裏面餡料十足。最後飲返支豆漿解辣。

今日突然間想食上海野,上網搜尋,發現大角咀有一間唔錯的上海餐廳,橫掂在附近,一於就去打卡,奧運站C一出口,行大約5分鐘,在奧利芳地下。地方簡潔,簡簡單單,而且餐廳用QR曲落單,既環保又方便,而且不收加一。由於時間尚早,雖然人客並不多,但見廚房不停出外賣,唔☺️⋯⋯應該無來錯地方。😉😉👍⋯⋯我地order兩個小食,雖然選擇唔多,但好野。,一樣就夠啦😋😋。尤其是雞翼,有好多選擇,一於叫一款兩隻來品嚐下。蒜香雞翼,外皮香脆,色澤均勻,樣子飽滿,保持嫩滑,多汁。未食完,已經叫朋友追加😋😋😋,簡直冇得輸呀。另外叫了個好特別的流心叉燒包,食的時侯真的要小心,汁隨時四濺🤣好多汁,叉燒好入味,無(乾曾曾)的感覺⋯⋯又一個傑出的小食。那碗巴東牛肋條麵,有少少辣,但係越辣越想食,面的口感,恰到好處,牛肋條好入味。加多1⃣️個麻辣青瓜冷面,一冷一熱,中和番的辣味。再加多罐冰凍的可樂!咁就完美啦!好滿足的一餐👍👍

大角嘴真係好多嘢食!
除左出名的「老掌櫃」,Lost star,
還有好多小店,
例如之後我介紹的日本餐廳「未之千」
仲有這間慶記!

因為佢的位置較為偏向重建那邊,

上海小食第一名來不開小籠包。別以為慶記的小籠包只是一般貨色,但食落真的非常驚喜,其小籠包湯汁可以在夾落時清晰見到,一口咬下去時湯汁爆出,小籠包的精華滲入口中。加上,小籠包皮薄而肉滑,絕對不比其他連鎖大店輸蝕。

繼小籠包後,第二名上海小食就是生煎包。餐廳新鮮煎起生煎包,到桌時仍是熱辣辣。食點心最重要是要趁熱食,亦是可以食得出生煎包的湯汁,因為我們點的是生煎胡椒包,所以湯汁有些微椒辣味,非常過癮。生煎包的底部煎得爽脆,完美地可以食到由上層香軟到下層爽脆的口感,餡料則帶比較強胡椒味,大家亦可以選擇原味一試。
