我去之前係睇左好多好評才決定去. 不過, 這在東京有米之蓮一星的餐廳真係令人好失望, 中價餐廳表現得比佢好好多.是日和家人同去慶祝家父生日. 本來滿心期待食物豐富, 然而卻是一次又一次的失望. 全晚共付了$1,782叫了一個dinner set 和4個散叫的食物.本來門口的裝修是很不錯, 但坐下來就發現其抽風系統很差, 3塊用來煎壽喜燒的鐵板就放了在我們隔離, 侍應一煎那個牛肉, 煙就直沖到我們枱上來, 搞到我地一身油煙味, 影響食物觀感, 全晚濃煙不散傳來陣陣惡臭.先來個前菜, 正正常常, 但佢地都好唔大方, 比得幾條海草同牛肉碎再來一個sashimi, 嘩....一共3樣, 每樣得4塊, 仲要薄到得3mm /塊, 個盤就大, 啲魚生就少. 講真, 收個客$498加一比得8塊sashimi, 4塊海膽, 佢地都真係好離譜, 直頭係搶錢.  蟹肉豆腐, 西京燒同海膽魚生飯都只係正常味道, 但份量一樣都係少得可憐, 我怕我爸吃不飽, 自己只吃了一口飯, 其他留比佢老人家食. 西京燒我吃了一片, 冇錯, 真係得一片雪魚肉都覺得道唔錯, 係成晚唯一食得過既野.最得人驚係呢個豚肉溫野菜, 嘩!

最得人驚係呢個豚肉溫野菜, 嘩!! 得十片肉!? 豬肉真係太貴啦, 幾乎白烚就拎上枱, 等左佢成40分鐘睇來真係要等佢地煲水咁話.

今次又係因為海港城coupon而食既餐廳。其實早兩年已經間唔時黎食,但當時一位難求。開關之後book位易左好多,今次揀左平日午市。日山午市有12:30及1:30兩個時段,1:30比較少人入座,餐廳安排了海景位,十分貼心。前菜分別有三款。櫻花蝦茶碗蒸好足料,唔會食完兩啖就冇哂櫻花蝦,蛋味都好香。中間既柚子味菇味道特別,但醬料未必貼菇好夾。煙肉薯蓉creamy香滑,唔錯。其中一個主菜係seabass。肉質嫩滑,味道不錯。但麵豉湯同飯既份量明顯比以前少左,但都夠飽。身2款主菜係最出名既和牛壽喜燒。燒之前職員會介紹肉同埋煮法。今次職員會煮到7成熟。佢地都好貼心主動分兩份比我地share。入口好滑又香,keep到水準,必食。甜品係柚子味雪糕,一如既往有柚子肉,雪糕糕身唔會過硬。1000蚊左右二人lunch係偏貴,但食物質素高,服務好,有coupon值得再次光顧。

刺身係魚類為主,個蒸蛋足粒兼滑身

牛肉每一個set共有2大塊,會提供生雞蛋俾你沾醬汁食,肥肉油脂唔會太多,壽喜燒汁係重點,味道好夾唔會太咸。
