早幾日夜晚去機場接囝囝,佢班機21:40先登陸,但係佢返到香港已經好想食地道的腸粉同炸両,何洪記22:45截單,可以坐到23:20.佢在等行李時,就通知我攞位及落單,我點左雲吞水餃湯麵、炸醬麵、蝦腸粉、炸両及艇仔粥。蝦腸粉好好食,又滑又熱,豉油味道適中。炸両令我有點驚喜,因為油炸鬼很脆👏🏾水餃雲吞湯麵正常、炸醬麵好味、跟麵的韭黃湯好好味、夠火喉。最後艇仔粥、粥底好吾掂,好似係用攪拌機打碎白米再加一些粉漿㷛的!粥料都吾多、水晶尤、魚片、咸瘦肉。如此老字號,呢碗粥實在令人失望😵‍💫

今日晚上去咗機場何洪記食蝦子撈麵勁難食又乾又凍又硬簡直不知所謂。員工又不是好禮貌我們還未食完已收我的筷子碗碟,我們即是叫他停止還有食物還未來。還有我們的熱水沒有職員來幫我們家加茶。Tonight we went to the airport Ho Hong Kee to eat shrimp stir-fried noodles. It was very disappointing. It was dry, cold and hard..I simply do not know what to say. The staff was not very polite. We have not finished eating and she tried to collect my chopsticks and plates. Also our hot water no staff came to help us refill it.

星期五晚機場晚餐, 晚上大約七點半, 去到已經可以入座, 唔使等位.雲吞麵,  雲吞一啖一粒, 蝦肉爽口, 湯清甜, 麵亦無乜梘水味, 好似, 但有點奇怪個侍應係隔住個欄傳過來 唔係行到枱面放低, 干炒牛河, 來到已經即食, 都只算係微熱, 唔係大熱, 所以覺得係電爐炒唔係明火, 河粉有色水但無乜焦香味,  最差就係牛肉, 係有用鬆肉粉"嗱"過的, 所以唔好食, 招呼一般, 我們入座的那個卡位上一枱客剛走, 侍應收捨碗碟就叫我們坐, 但枱面有漬的, 要叫先來抹不過期間有兩次來主動斟茶, 算係甘了.埋單240左右, 原來有加一服務費的, 機場價格係偏貴, 但服務及出品都好普通, 下次唔會再揀呢一家.

下次唔會再揀呢一家.

今日夜晚7點左右去完旅行返香港,所以被逼系機場食埋飯至返屋企,因為吾系好肚餓,所以就食粉麵。

— 湯底真系幾好,還有大地魚味,

— 雲吞味道勉強還可以,但吾彈口。

—水餃就非常吾得,一來吾飽滿,二來邊皮好厚又好似未煮夠時間,好硬

—麵系無粗麵,以粉麵店來講真系未見過。幼麵亦吾爽。

—值得贊系佢有一個好似酒店寄存行李服務,比個號碼牌你就幫你推埋一邊,睇到大部分時間亦有人睇住,幾放心

—睇表面系好乾淨,但可能洗碗服務商太乾淨,湯匙好重漂白水味道。


抵食(2分)

— 價錢一定比普通粉麵店高好多啦,以佢名氣,環境等本來都OK,但因為味道實在比普通粉麵鋪差,所以低分。

飛完台北和富國島回來,機上沒有飛機餐,所以回到香港就超餓。拿到行李出了禁區後就要找間餐廳醫肚子 (`・ω・´) 因為太久沒吃港式料理,所以一秒鎖定了何洪記。一直以來都以為這間只是吃粥麵,然後發現原來有點心和小菜。🍜豬潤撈麵 (HKD 92)豬潤都切得夠厚身,口感鮮嫩,吃落不會粉粉或怪味。配撈麵的蠔油帶少許甜味,有提鮮的作用喔。🍜正斗鮮蝦雲吞麵 (HKD 67)一上桌就只看到麵,原來雲吞都在麵的下方。雲吞皮不會很厚,餡料也很豐富,鮮蝦和肉的比例剛好。加上大地魚熬製的湯底,整碗很解美。✨蛋黃千層糕 (HKD 50)甜而不膩的千層糕,口感也夠鬆軟。✨黃金流沙包 (HKD 46) 味道來說頗為鹹香可口,但沒有「流沙」。

一上桌就只看到麵,原來雲吞都在麵的下方。
雲吞皮不會很厚,餡料也很豐富,鮮蝦和肉的比例剛好。

幾個禮拜前去送朋友機。朋友見到呢間嘢有燒味食諗住最後衝刺食燒味。 點知一肚氣。首先食物質素唔算好食。 叉燒,燒腩仔尤其差,得個鹹字又乾又鞋。食左一舊已經唔想食第二舊。 淨雲吞係細細粒果種雲吞仲要得幾粒。一個食飯碗裝晒。好啦,喺機場食野都預咗啲野又貴又唔好食。 咁都算啦,講戲玉。我哋仲有叫左兩樣蒸點心,就係馬拉糕同叉燒包。 等左20分鐘都未黎,其他野已經到哂好耐咁我就搵個阿姐請佢幫忙跟一跟張單啦。 點知佢冷冷掉出一句“你都見到個廚房出菜位未有啦,有就拎比你啦”。 嘩! 當堂個人有啲㷫㷫哋。 跟住我走去出菜位問第二個阿姐我果兩樣點心幾時有。 佢答話有入機既, 所以只係等緊蒸啫。 好啦咁我放心返埋位坐啦。 點知一等再等。。 25 分鐘,30分鐘, 40分鐘。。都係未有。 大佬呀! 蒸兩碟點心真係要咁耐架咩? 就當我正想去取消個兩樣嘢既時候突然聽到有個阿姐話“死啦! 原來部機壞咗呀,入左既單無印到出去比廚房呀!” 大佬,你哋班人玩夠未? 叫你跟一跟張單又嫌啲客煩唔處理。 開得喺機場就預咗個個都趕搭飛機趕時間㗎啦。 最後梗係嗱嗱聲取消未黎個兩樣野埋單走人。 呢間野真係冇下次。

一家人開開心心旅遊返來,時間已經係香港八點幾想就腳機場食完返屋企直接休息,已取七人籌於門口候座(15/11/2023 D009),有位男經理安排就座,當然自然隨後跟據安排位置入場就座,就在坐低之時,忽然有另外一位女服務員(戴眼鏡金色短髮,豬髮夾)喝道「喂 未叫你啊 坐咩啊」當時還不以為意,以為有其他人打尖並未有理會,但呢位女服務員越發大聲「坐咩坐啊,叫你起身啊,未叫到你啊」原來係對我大聲呼喝,立即令全場目光注視十分尷尬!明顯樓面內部溝通混亂,事後其他職員過來開枱亦沒有任何一人來作解釋/道歉,我地因為唔想影響老人家心情並沒有任何即時既追究,唯有硬啃一頓臭罵一邊安撫老人家心情無謂破壞難得一次既家庭旅行,真係無下次呢間嘢!順道食評公道一言,唔難食,但米芝蓮級別就真係遠遠不及,一般般水平

從外國回來機場入境後, 很多時會在機場的餐廳解決回港的第一餐, 身心疲倦, 不想煮也不想選擇, 更不想搬着行李周圍去, 何洪記除了是在機場內少有的米芝蓮餐廳分店, 菜式選擇也和銅鑼灣本店差不多, 而非只有Grab to Go的輕食. 其著名的乾炒牛河和雲吞麵定價和本店相差不遠, 以粵式麵食來說並不便宜, 以星級餐廳來說,當然不能說是昂貴, 作為門面擔當的它, 水準依然參差, 如果是旅客覺得香港的粵式麵食思如此水準, 那就真的有點罪過.先說雲吞麵等的湯麵, 銀絲麵麵身夠爽, 也沒有令人討厭的鹼水味, 但湯頭味道平淡如水, 沒有大地魚等熬製的鹹鮮味, 只有淡然而平庸的鹹味. 雲吞蝦味不夠, 而且內餡一咬就散. 豬潤煮得過熟, 如紙皮一般, 沒有剛好熟的細嫩. 豬腰的問題更大, 就是內裡尿餲味還未清理, 吃了一口就差不多要放棄. 叉燒腸粉的腸皮夠薄, 內餡澎湃, 但少了米香而叉燒味道平庸. 唯一要稱讚的是乾炒牛河的鑊氣, 和河粉的完整性, 就是你應該期待的水準. 對餐廳而言, 機場分店也許是邊際利潤較高的, 而且食肆水準也不會要求太多, 但作為粵式麵食的代表, 也是作為旅客來到香港, 對香港
