今日快速來回左機場一轉 拿拿林食啲野頂肚,就見到呢間聽講雲吞麵好出名嘅店 一於試下。客人出出入入咁流動得好快 但店員態度都保持到 算係咁💁🏻‍♂️佢嘅麵真係幾好 冇乜鹼水味 夠彈,雲吞需然唔係好巨型但夠鮮味 皮薄而唔易爛開👍🏻鍾意嘅可以加點醋調味。

當年街邊檔我已經聞名,我小時候住銅鑼灣,時常都去食霎東街的店,眨一眨就成30年多了,人生真的老了,價錢牌價錢更升了3倍多,現在何洪記有燒味?仲有點心?眼見就不會選擇,今日係機場分店食,實在太懷念以前種種回憶,所以就決定食麵啦!望著餐牌考慮了很久,因為在生腸及第粥,同麵掙扎了很長時間,最後由麵氣味決定,但貪心點了雲吞水餃雙拼麵,雲吞有3隻變了迷李版,水餃有3隻仍是我最愛的,不過都細隻了,首先雲吞內有一件細蝦肉同豬肉,圓圓的,充滿黑胡椒香味,鳳城水餃真的口感夠好,無令我失望有爽脆笋,薑絲,木耳絲,蝦肉2件爽口入味,豬肉胡椒味惹味,湯色濃而味道清,配上苟王清香,麵的鹼水味重,麵彈牙而煙韌,師傅放在面,以防浸得太軟,細心另外點了一杯熱洛神花茶$30,顏色淺淺粉紅,味道剛好酸甜,比眼見正常不過收茶芥$5一位,另外仲要加一,我一個人就食了$119.9,而我唔太滿意係服務不夠好,舉了多次手,職員都扮睇不到你叫佢,得門口帶位2位小姐有笑容。最後仲係門口小姐黎招呼我,我覺得裡面的人在忙什麼,行行企企無工作。嬲現在何洪記雖然同以前不同,但麵質係重點,沒有退步,只是份量細碗了,現代的人未必知道當年大細,機場

望著餐牌考慮了很久,因為在生腸及第粥,同麵掙扎了很長時間,最後由麵氣味決定,但貪心點了雲吞水餃雙拼麵,雲吞有3隻變了迷李版,水餃有3隻仍是我最愛的,不過都細隻了,首先雲吞內有一件細蝦肉同豬肉,圓圓的,充滿黑胡椒香味,鳳城水餃真的口感夠好,無令我失望有爽脆笋,薑絲,木耳絲,蝦肉2件爽口入味,豬肉胡椒味惹味,湯色濃而味道清,配上苟王清香,麵的鹼水味重,麵彈牙而煙韌,師傅放在面,以防浸得太軟,細心
另外點了一杯熱洛神花茶$30,顏色淺淺粉紅,味道剛好酸甜,比眼見正常
不過收茶芥$5一位,另外仲要加一,我一個人就食了$119.9,而我唔太滿意係服務不夠好,舉了多次手,職員都扮睇不到你叫佢,得門口帶位2位小姐有笑容。最後仲係門口小姐黎招呼我,我覺得裡面的人在忙什麼,行行企企無工作。嬲


現在何洪記雖然同以前不同,但麵質係重點,沒有退步,只是份量細碗了,現代的人未必知道當年大細,機場食物來說,比較有水準店呢!

Just traveling solo and stuck in the airport. The beef noodles were fine (broth was tasty). The shrimp dim sum were fine. But the egg yolk buns were fantastic! I should've just gotten two orders of these. Or maybe three orders and then passed out. They were filled with a rich, buttery sweet yolk. Watch out! They are hot so let them cool a little first then. Be careful as you bite into them lest that yolky goodness squirt onto your shirt. I'll be back for those buns!

下雨天回到港,香港機場餐廳可選什多,本想去食翡翠拉麵小籠包,但見到隔離有間新開的何洪記,決定一試。食物係中式餐廳,食雲吞麵類型為主,最後叫左碗豬潤麵。豬潤好大塊,食落好爽口,但味道好像有點怪,可能唔入味,未算香,加點醋會比較好湯底有點豬潤味,面較硬身,沒有簡水味,相比起,面會比豬潤更加好食!同時間,店舖充滿著水餃的香味,特別係麻油味,本身叫一份嘗試,但經豬潤一試,最後還是打消念頭,擔心都是睇得,落肚麻麻地飲品可選餐單,機場的一餐,價錢一定比外面貴,但可選擇尚算好

旅遊完畢回港,辦好有關手續是時候醫肚,隨便選了間粥麵餐館,座位挺舒適的,看看宣傳照,方發現原來是間米芝蓮餐廳,據說有七十年歷史我們各自點了一碗粥,加了碟义燒腸粉皮蛋瘦肉粥粥底過稠,鹹瘦肉是一團沒有煮開的,且帶點雪氣味,唯一可取是粥㡳非常綿滑,透著米花香氣艇仔粥又是杰杰的一碗,餸碼少得可憐,只有幾乎看不到的丁點肉碎及第粥算是較好的一碗,總算有幾片厚切的豬潤片义燒腸只有微弱的溫度,叫人勉強吃下去,一碗在坊間三十多元的出品,在這裏連加一茶錢,收費要七十元,我們的消費都被租金蠶食了。

出發去旅行,一早去到機場,check in櫃檯未開,餐廳又未開,又唔想食美式快餐!呢間開得最早!大家在門口等了15分鐘先開門!店家有地方放行李車!入內好開揚(樓底超高)有卡位同圓枱!地方乾淨,食品價錢幾貴!用落單總交店員,好快到!薑蔥腰潤撈麵:豬潤剛熟,好爽口彈牙!當然會有啲內臟腥味!只有輕微!麵淥得偏淋!加蔥花同清甜大地魚湯!好味懷舊鮮蝦餃:估唔到有點心!即蒸外皮煙韌!蝦肉爽口!白灼鮮牛肉湯麵:牛肉唔韌,牛味重!湯底清甜!麵爽口,鹼味唔重!好味!正斗鮮蝦雲吞麵:雲吞唔大隻,蝦肉爽口,豬肉味甜!雲吞皮滑!麵彈牙爽口!湯底清甜!食物好吃,不過招呼我呼嘅女店員就明顯黑口黑面兼唔客氣!佢打好單攞張點餐紙係拋到枱面!到我哋舉手埋單,佢睥一睥我!然後行開,再攞單牌比我哋!只有佢係咁,其他人有笑容同正常服務!機場都唔使食快餐早餐!好開心!!

只有佢係咁,其他人有笑容同正常服務!
機場都唔使食快餐早餐!好開心!!

週年不成文的年度旅行,今年由於有大姨一家的突入的關係因而變得熱鬧,一行十多人浩浩蕩蕩闖進機場大差,您一言我一語吱吱喳喳嚷個不停....就連在上機前要祭五臟廟也因人太多而要分開坐。而事實上這間雲吞麵名店在機場內的分舖,生意確是好得離奇....平常去機場都刻意不欲在此開餐,原因只有一個 : "又貴又不值吃"。再加上大多的食肆都可以在市區內找到分店,價錢又比外頭貴接近二到三十個巴仙。除非是迫不得已地要跟大隊的話,小弟寧願是去禁食好過....但就算要吃,橫豎都係要捱貴嘢了,那當然是要揀間水準夠穩陣的啦....今天,沒有點這兒的招牌雲吞麵及干炒牛河,原因是在前陣子剛在其young line店那邊吃過,故取而代之的便是一碟燒肉叉飯....實在沒料到,這裡的燒味也做得如斯出色,尤其是那皮極鬆化脆啪啪而肉實淨有彈性的燒肉。肥瘦相間的它入口既有肉鮮亦具脂香,是一流水平的廣東燒肉;叉燒蜜味非常濃重,肉不死硬而軟綿。用來送飯實是一絕....偷了一件舅父仔碗內的牛筋,炆得入味有咬勁膠質極重黏黏的,是美妙牛筋的代表....以這樣的水準,就算要我俾多五十個巴仙的價錢也願了....

有小朋友後,習慣午機抵港,因為這裡逛逛,那裡等等,其實回家執拾好已天黑,要是再玩到咁盡,選擇10,11pm抵港的,無疑是化算得多,但精神體力就難控制得多;見航班上的餐點不合心意,落機後還是想先回味港式食物,就步入人來人往的何洪記,整個用餐時間都維持在全滿的狀態。機場價錢,只挑了幾個簡單麵食和點心,填飽肚皮就算了,免得一回港就破費魚子醬的馬拉糕,應該是即點即蒸的關係吧?兩個粉麵都吃得8899才姍姍來遲,但質素是不俗的,鬆軟少甜,吃得大滿足不吝嗇地下了蠻多炸醬,鹹、甜、辣於一身,是拌麵的永遠首選!魚子媽要忠於基本,吃細蓉,兩個麵底都無甚鹼水味,雲吞小巧,肉餡爽彈,湯底清晰帶來大地魚獨有的味道。但得承認,身處異地之後,吃回香港味,是會較平時滿足的入座時行李車有呀姨看管著,憑牌取行李,人客都吃得放心,因為部份店舖就只會草草的請你放於欄旁,要靠自己不時看看;每次抵港,都幾乎會選翡翠,但以後應該會改變一下心水了。
