今日因工作需要入烏溪沙,但Lunch期間發覺衣海薈沒什麼選擇,所以同事提議不如搭車出馬鞍山飲茶。最後選了豪宴,因為同事食過,說那裡燒腩仔不錯。我當然要試試真味,所以點了一客燒腩仔瀨粉,怕唔飽,又點了客鳳爪排骨飯。排骨飯中規中矩,飯未夠分明,而排骨真的只有骨而無肉,幸好不太貴。 至於燒腩仔就真係有水準,個皮真的十分脆,肥瘦剛好👍🏻👍🏻同事點的叉燒也十分穩扎穩打。總體來說頗滿意。

至於燒腩仔就真係有水準,個皮真的十分脆,肥瘦剛好👍🏻👍🏻同事點的叉燒也十分穩扎穩打。總體來說頗滿意。

每人送一隻蝦同生飽魚,食物黎到都新鮮,一張單既食物都會放哂入一個碟,牛肉較肥,魚新鮮,叫既野都黎齊

我最鍾意食牛肚魚,新鮮好滑
蝦好鮮甜,好實肉
鮑魚煮得岩岩好,好爽口同甜

其實係馬安山黎講佢算幾抵食,服務又ok,好過另外個幾間酒樓,叫極都唔會有人應,同埋佢個場夠大,所以坐都幾舒服

我個人較喜歡來這間飲下午茶,因為即叫即整,每籠點心一上檯都睇到啲蒸氣係咁湧出嚟。我覺得佢地既蝦腸,鳳爪,牛肉球同菜餃都好好食,唔會太死咸同太甜,蝦腸啲蝦夠爽口,又大粒,鳳爪又蒸得剛剛好,唔會一咬落去就爛曬皮既感覺,佢啲甜品都唔錯架,例如有糖不甩,無間道等。。。都可以一試,唔會太甜。。。😊不過酒樓既服務始終都係出名一般,不過可以體諒下既,咁大間酒樓咁多人要服侍,確實難做到100分😉

Asked 3rd manager who went away and came back and advise they will charge us 138 hkd each. We were more puzzled as normal as dont know why they charged us 20 dollars less but decided it was still better than paying 158 dollars. Service after that went downhill from there as we had 3 managers standing near us keeping an eye on us. One manager then approached us and wanted us to pay for the bill first while still eating. After told them that we will finish eating first he kept on staring at us and not going away. I told him we will pay bill once finished our dinner but this manager was being very rude to us. 
After this experience we would not go to this restaurant anymore as service was terrible and managers showed no sign of customer service skills. I dont know where they learned there customer service from but they certainly need to go back to retrain and maybe rethink if they are suited to working in a restaurant. One unhappy customer and one lousy restaurant that is has poor standards.

星期日中午,同老豆兩個人去咗附近既茶樓 - 豪宴 飲茶。可能因為馬鞍山冇咩茶樓飲茶,哩邊都比較多人,邊玩手機邊行下街,等咗大概四十分鐘先入得。入到去,兩個人食,冇咩嗌太多既點心,嗌咗兩籠點心,同一碟面。煎蘿蔔糕,少少凍咗,但都ok既,可以煎耐啲鮮竹卷,同蘿蔔糕同一毛病,少少凍咗,唔夠脆,不過係大茶樓既通病,ok仲有一碟芝士蝦球面,冇影到相不過幾好食,蝦球幾足料,爽口,唔似有啲係用隔夜賣剩,一食就食得出,份量幾足,不過芝士汁就冇咩芝士味,同埋有啲濟。人多但人手有啲唔夠,好多伙記都好忙唔太得閒應你。整體嚟講,係一間平平無奇既茶樓,係馬鞍山哩個缺乏飲茶地方既地方,不失為一個選擇。

Sweet sour pork
-pork had been deep fried again so was hard and dry
-very little sweet sour sauce as more would have compensated for the dry and tough texture of the pork
-pork also came with a lot of bones so there was less meat on the plate than expected
-portion was decent but the dish was overall disappointing


Stir fried celery with cashews and prawns

-celery and carrot slices were fresh and young
-cashews were aplenty 
-prawns were large, fresh and tasty
-decent portion

Stir fried spicy snails with vermicelli 

-plenty of snails and vermicelli in a large bowl of spicy soup 
-snails were fresh and flesh was tender
-soup was a little too spicy for me but just right for others

Stir fried pippies with peppers in black bean sauce

-there were lots of pippies on the plate 
-pippies were abundant, fresh and no sand in the flesh
-capsicum and onion slices were also fresh
-sauce tasted great with the pippies

Stir fried morning glory in shrimp paste sauce
-large portion of morning glory that was young and fresh
-sauce was a bit too salty but went well with the rice

Steamed sea fish

-absolutely delicious and everybody's favourite tonight
-fish was very fresh and cooked just right; flesh was tender and skin was silky 
-sweet soy sauce was perfect for the fish 
-lots of fresh ginger and spring onion slices 

Plain steamed rice 
-light and fluffy, simply delicious! 


Chinese tea

早了出門,大家一定會猜到我的指定動作啦,沒錯,就是去食。而且,當時間非常非常之充足時,喜歡飲茶的我一定會上茶樓,坐小巴來到馬鞍山,轉車前,我選了《豪宴》飲茶食點心。昔日的這個位置,是美心酒樓,後來,由大變細,一間變兩間,兩間變三間,現在《豪宴》的空間,比起當年全盛時期的美心酒樓,只有1/3或更少的佔地吧。不要緊,有位坐就好,而且早上的早茶,大多都是一兩個人,搭檯冇難度。早上的蒸飯,十間有十間都有優惠,最平的鳳爪排骨飯不設點心紙,有就有,冇就冇,而我亦沒有太多時間去這樣的等待,所以寧願剔紙仔點別的。剔紙仔點了咸魚肉片飯,是很少見的茶樓盅飯,小小的一片咸魚,味道夠香,肉片帶著薑絲,飲底亦充滿了咸魚的獨得香味,可以說是不錯的一個飯。在點心紙中,我看見了一個很少見,很傳統的食品,這一個就是香芋燒腩卷了,不過,腩的肥度就沒以前老爸年青時食的肥美,但同樣地是一個非常邪惡的點心。入口啖啖肉,啖啖酒脂,YAH!我覺得,飲茶食點心,最重要食的,都是燒賣,而燒賣最重要就是味道香,蝦味同豬肉味均勻,這一點,這酒樓的燒賣做得到。地方舒適,味道也不錯,難怪這酒樓開張不久,立即成為了人龍好店啦....不過固中的原

不要緊,有位坐就好,而且早上的早茶,大多都是一兩個人,搭檯冇難度。

早上的蒸飯,十間有十間都有優惠,最平的鳳爪排骨飯不設點心紙,有就有,冇就冇,而我亦沒有太多時間去這樣的等待,所以寧願剔紙仔點別的。

剔紙仔點了咸魚肉片飯,是很少見的茶樓盅飯,小小的一片咸魚,味道夠香,肉片帶著薑絲,飲底亦充滿了咸魚的獨得香味,可以說是不錯的一個飯。

我覺得,飲茶食點心,最重要食的,都是燒賣,而燒賣最重要就是味道香,蝦味同豬肉味均勻,這一點,這酒樓的燒賣做得到。

星期六,兩位搭枱不用等。$7位茶,點普洱,來水仙。沖茶阿姐應是藝術家:壺蓋只是半開,她照沖水,那怕倒在枱上,沖完水後不帶走一片雲彩,飄走於剎那間,壼蓋請自行蓋上。點了6樣點心。豬膶腸:腸粉皮黏黏的,都黏到筷子上。豬膶粒過老。墨魚餅:煎得香口頗彈牙,不過太油。鲍汁鳳爪:硬身,完全吃不到鮑汁味,極差。叉燒包:皮身軟熟叉燒餡味道不錯,迷你size 兩口吃完。鮮蝦菜苗餃:菜苗味道厚,不太嚐到有蝦。棉花雞:追單才上枱。雞件滑溜不過無味,棉花內全是油,蟹柳是超平貨色,完全不及格的點心。埋單$155,無下次。
