今日中環行完街,去呢間食飯。呢間豬扒真係出晒名。餐廳好靚嘅裝修,但呈現出黎係7,80年代嘅感覺。睇到呢個舊嘅保溫水壺,回憶都返左黎。叫左個叉燒豆角蔥花炒蛋幼麵。都係咁大碗。果然豪氣。炒蛋係我最鍾意個個味道,好似媽咪整嘅味道。炒蛋真係好香,幼麵都好彈牙。好有細個食麵個種感覺。仲有超級大豬扒肉燥飯。豬扒好似唔洗錢咁,勁大塊!咬一啖,豬扒炸得好脆好脆。入邊仲有好多水份。真係炸得好好味,又厚!肉燥飯好好味,唔會太甜。又係大大碗,食完超飽。仲有小食炸雞。啱啱炸出黎,熱辣辣。點埋個蛋黃醬,真係超邪惡。炸雞好夠味,呢間餐廳嘅野食係真係正!唔怪得開左幾間分店。真係好大份好好味!飲埋杯熱嘅蜂蜜柚子茶,好舒服。下次再黎!

是日到中環做身體檢查,完成後下午三點鐘,順道在附近找一間餐廳吃下午茶。剛好看見附近這間門面挺有特色的小店,便進去一試。餐廳佈置小巧玲瓏, 餐桌都是木製的 ,有一種台式風味。 餐廳的餐牌相當簡潔,主打豬肉。豬扒好像是這裏很出名的食物,但當日我比較想吃它的酒槽豬手,貪它骨膠原較多,亦不會太飽。 另外還叫了一個芽菜。芽菜是小小的 一碗,上面還有幾塊豆卜,是涼菜的做法。還有一些麻辣的味道,吃少許還可以,但自己一個吃一碗感覺好像比較多。酒槽豬手甜甜的,一點也不油膩。另外白飯是比較軟身的,有點像日本的珍珠米飯,還配有一條小棠菜。小小一碗有四至五塊豬手,份量十分足料呢。另外因為豬手會有骨,所以餐廳還特別附上一隻空碟讓我放骨,非常貼心。

原先都冇諗住寫食評,但之後睇返其他人食評就越睇越嬲。點解你地可以講到咁好食,係咪我得罪左廚師?(難啲係咁囉😅)我叫既係《大阪燒豬扒飯》,係我唔啱無問清楚,原來貴過普通豬扒飯$6就係吱左啲大阪燒果兩種醬汁,再加薄切鰹魚碎片。啲醬汁就係喺豬扒上面,而且不多,食起來個飯乾曾曾的...塊豬扒先係敗筆,點解可以咁多炸漿!我不能接受塊扒每2啖就食到一團膠質物體🙄廚師你咁樣煮野對唔對得住間舖頭個名?另外我仲叫左個餐肉炒蛋,普通到無輪,當你成碗飯得豬扒係餸,汁又唔多果陣,你有多個餸食下實好味架。 我知有人會話塊餐肉好厚,做人易滿足絕對係好事黎🙂 但塊餐肉厚得黎唔見得質素有幾好,而且只是係咁易煎左兩面,我個人認為就唔值得叫了。最後想講隔離枱仲好笑,佢叫蔥油豬扒飯,竟然無俾蔥油佢。好彩佢唔係傻傻下照食,要成$64架蔥油😂😂

原先都冇諗住寫食評,但之後睇返其他人食評就越睇越嬲。點解你地可以講到咁好食,係咪我得罪左廚師?(難啲係咁囉😅)

我叫既係《大阪燒豬扒飯》,係我唔啱無問清楚,原來貴過普通豬扒飯$6就係吱左啲大阪燒果兩種醬汁,再加薄切鰹魚碎片。啲醬汁就係喺豬扒上面,而且不多,食起來個飯乾曾曾的...

塊豬扒先係敗筆,點解可以咁多炸漿!我不能接受塊扒每2啖就食到一團膠質物體🙄廚師你咁樣煮野對唔對得住間舖頭個名?

另外我仲叫左個餐肉炒蛋,普通到無輪,當你成碗飯得豬扒係餸,汁又唔多果陣,你有多個餸食下實好味架。

我知有人會話塊餐肉好厚,做人易滿足絕對係好事黎🙂 但塊餐肉厚得黎唔見得質素有幾好,而且只是係咁易煎左兩面,我個人認為就唔值得叫了。

最後想講隔離枱仲好笑,佢叫蔥油豬扒飯,竟然無俾蔥油佢。好彩佢唔係傻傻下照食,要成$64架蔥油😂😂
