住咗喺大埔咁多年,真係要寫返自己區嘅特色餐廳。如果要推介大埔嘅餐廳,呢間餐廳一定都唔會走雞。作為一個魚蛋粉忠實fans,如果你冇食過學利魚蛋,真係要試吓。雖然舖頭唔係啲咩豪華裝修,亦都冇咩特別嘅貴賓式優待,但係個魚蛋粉絕對係唔會令你失望!佢嘅魚蛋有分好多款,特別推薦係佢嗰個白魚蛋,真係爽口彈又好好味。就算你唔係喺堂食仲可以外賣出去返屋企食,喺某超級市場都會買到急凍嘅學利魚蛋,都係非常之好食。堂食份量唔少,配埋個菜同埋凍飲,真係好正 continue reading

學利魚蛋餐廳出名嘅係魚蛋潮州粉麵。之前一路都係喺餐廳食魚蛋魚片粉,今次見到餐牌多咗好多其他選擇,梗係要試一試!嗌咗兩個常餐,常餐包括雞絲奄列同埋厚多士,一個粉麵🍜,同埋一杯嘢飲,價錢合理。厚多士搽咗牛油,香脆厚度適中。至於雞絲奄列,雞蛋裏面包着嘅係一個雞絲連埋一個好厚嘅芡汁,口感同埋味道相對奇怪。豬軟骨撈麵嘅豬軟骨嘅部份都聞到十分淋,但豬軟骨瘦肉嗰方面就比較硬,醬汁味道同一般五香肉丁嘅醬汁相似。另一個常餐嗌咗芫荽皮蛋牛肉米粉,湯底由少少芫荽味,皮蛋牛肉份量多,但味道都算係普通。整體嚟講,學利嘅魚蛋粉麵都係比較出色。嚟呢度建議都係食返傳統嘢比較好。 continue reading

和家人二人食晚飯,因為今日實在太大雨,也無心機在家煮食,也沒有心機去咁遠食,唯有去家附近食完就算啦。呢間學利魚蛋位於大埔翠屏商場地下,都真係開左好多年。我地大約下午5點50分來到,無咩人。見到餐牌寫有下午茶到6點,但原來只係適用係星期一至五,星期六原來無的。(1) 五香牛腩米線: 五香味幾濃,亦好鍾意佢地會另外加好多蔥和乾蒜令到成個米線味道更加豐富。牛腩算係淋,容易咬的,但要睇佢的唔同切法。佢有幾舊牛腩切得較細,就容易咬一啲,有啲牛腩位會夾埋啲牛筋就更加好味,但有1舊牛腩切太大,而且較為硬同乾,最後都食剩左呢舊。(2)炸魚蛋米線: 呢個係佢地較出名的食物,個炸魚蛋外型好得意,大大粒、隋圓形,咬落去好爽口,而且呢個係清湯底,反而覺得淡淡地,更適合大雨天時候食。(3)腐乳通菜: 呢個都幾好食,個菜基本係新鮮無渣,個腐乳味道都唔錯。食完成餐飯都係大約用左30分鐘左右,天氣唔好,無咩心機食飯,呢個也是不錯之選擇。 continue reading
