和家人二人食晚飯,因為今日實在太大雨,也無心機在家煮食,也沒有心機去咁遠食,唯有去家附近食完就算啦。呢間學利魚蛋位於大埔翠屏商場地下,都真係開左好多年。我地大約下午5點50分來到,無咩人。見到餐牌寫有下午茶到6點,但原來只係適用係星期一至五,星期六原來無的。(1) 五香牛腩米線: 五香味幾濃,亦好鍾意佢地會另外加好多蔥和乾蒜令到成個米線味道更加豐富。牛腩算係淋,容易咬的,但要睇佢的唔同切法。佢有幾舊牛腩切得較細,就容易咬一啲,有啲牛腩位會夾埋啲牛筋就更加好味,但有1舊牛腩切太大,而且較為硬同乾,最後都食剩左呢舊。(2)炸魚蛋米線: 呢個係佢地較出名的食物,個炸魚蛋外型好得意,大大粒、隋圓形,咬落去好爽口,而且呢個係清湯底,反而覺得淡淡地,更適合大雨天時候食。(3)腐乳通菜: 呢個都幾好食,個菜基本係新鮮無渣,個腐乳味道都唔錯。食完成餐飯都係大約用左30分鐘左右,天氣唔好,無咩心機食飯,呢個也是不錯之選擇。

牛筋超膠滑腍軟綿綿,濃味黏黏,可口無得輸。有條牛筋結實帶爽同樣入味非常,我最喜歡綿滑膠黏的。何解牛筋腩較室溫凍少少既?筋腩麵的質素都比早年下滑不少呢,幸好色香味還能保持頂級好味道,現時都算滿意。


三寶撈粗麵走蔥加腩汁,腩汁咸、清湯咸、魚蛋魚片魚角都咸。點解食落樣樣都好似好咸呢?到底係我食得清淡左?少煙少酒少辣?定係我熱氣呢?撈麵份量十分多,必定能夠飽飽滿足。


五香牛腩撈粗走蔥,香港 5 星級五香牛腩 ﹗鬆軟綿綿啖啖肉,大大舊不乾不鞋不硬,幼嫩沒半點渣。牛味甜美、醃醬汁濃,非讚不可。牛腩雖然有點散碎不夠完整,但五香味搭肉甜味依舊香醇美妙。牛腩凍冰冰,現時十點乍喎,預備收檔?


學利最好食並不是魚蛋,絕對係五香牛腩 ﹗撈麵沒有黐到一舊舊一餅餅,每條均乾爽彈牙而滑溜,感覺超棒﹗粗麵彎彎曲曲掛汁力特強,每一啖都嘗到香濃味美五香腩汁。辣椒油真心堅辣,就連嗜辣的我都有少少冒汗,味道濃郁帶甜甜的餘韻,不過我至愛的辣椒油還是新舊蔡潤記,勁辣勁鮮勁蒜。辣椒渣勁撈麵最開心﹗ 


手打牛丸五香牛筋牛腩撈粗走蔥,戒不掉的五香牛腩撈粗,必定要掛上大量勁辣辣椒油,再狠狠地大啖大啖地啜,辣到汗水滴滴最舒暢!手打牛丸細細粒可愛的骰,結實爽口,先彈後嚥韌,肉汁滴滴帶清香牛肉味,有著火鍋店的影子。粗麵腍腍糊糊半溶漿住我的嘴既?不是肥叔叔師傅煮理嗎,眼見後生仔淥麵喎,天呀﹗肥叔叔放假、落場架麻?


香蔥撈魚皮,中辣竟然無味既?檯面那樽辣椒油辣多倍啦。爽皮勁厚似豬皮囉,味道質素跟魚滑、陳漢記相差非常遠。傳統用薑蔥麻油豉油撈已好好味,依家不輪不類,好采跟餐係細份啫。千奇不要誤會是刺身,魚皮已經灼熟再浸冰水,所以非常爽脆濕潤。淡水鯇魚怎可以生食架﹗神州肥媽有抗體特別唔同,千奇唔好傻到學肥媽返大媽區食鯇魚刺身呀﹗


黃金炸墨丸,招牌菜?有料到,炸得內外滾熱辣,香口散發鮮墨味,足料無欺場。沾上蜂蜜,輕甜的別有一翻風味。五香牛腩撈麵走蔥,碗清湯落味重了一點點,過咸免強還頂得住。幼麵唔洗剪架,不要剪我的長壽麵,下次必定要記得講呢。幼麵爽爽,不過學利似乎粗麵更出色,狂撈勁辣辣椒渣,啜晒入口激辣暢快!辣椒油辣味出眾,幼麵爽彈,牛腩鬆軟美味,辣能使您感到快樂!


牛筋丸五香牛筋牛腩撈麵走蔥,牛筋丸平平凡凡沒有過人之處,輕描淡寫的淡淡牛肉味道,微微的肉汁,足料合格。特濃蒜蓉腩汁湯,好飲到忘我﹗加埋特級香辣辣椒渣,搭上牛腩熱騰騰不停地吸啜,燙親嘴仔都不理,越熱越好味,無得頂呀﹗香辣雞翼,似乎原味更加好喎,炸粉硬掘掘人造盔甲,醃味尚可。


水餃五香牛筋牛腩撈麵走蔥,永續高質五香牛筋腩撈大大量辣椒渣,絕頂配搭無投訴。優質粗麵烹煮得宜,蛋香突出,滑彈乾爽,不過腍不濕不黏,淋上勁辣辣椒渣,興奮無比,美味刺激。奀滋滋的水餃,少食多滋味?條形水餃夠有趣。細細粒而且味道平平,餃皮麵粉味濃到蓋過水餃味,食完唔會開心的。食慣一口水餃,其呎碼係可以塞得我嘴仔滿滿充實的。


香茅雞中翼,完全無味白炸雞翼,裡面藏著濃厚雪藏味道,辛好肉質還嫩,外皮略脆。但有點油膩,呎碼細小發育不良。炸完洒上少許香茅粉嗎?某幾啖有超微弱香茅味道,非常不平均。


炸雲吞,方形炸雲吞有創意,但食得唔方便,唔可以一啖啪入口,極大塊皮,食皮都飽。即叫即炸仍有點油光,煎炸感極濃,肉餡又太少,好采未去到大陸雲吞得粒肉丁那麼細。試一舊原味,其他全部浸湯,淨食餡算咯,皮唔食喇。


五香牛筋牛腩撈河走蔥,撈粗撈幼食到厭,無伊麵供應,轉下口味撈河粉。師傅烚到河粉溶晒碎濕濕,用筷子根本夾唔到,撈河只能灼灼,烚到一劈劈點撈呀?倒落辣椒渣,求其連汁掃晒落口,是但消滅,完。


五香牛筋牛腩撈粗走蔥,撈粗煮到成餅出現,何解沒有兜散既?師傅太忙唔記得,還是已換掉帥傅?粗麵濕淋淋,漿漿糊喎,師傅忘記要過冰河嗎?微弱爽腍,雖然不過冷河可以保持溫度熱辣辣啫。粗麵彈滑掛上甜美腩汁香辣辣椒渣,惹味開胃食到停唔到口,啜啜啜迅間消滅,辣得刺激額頭冒汗,爽到震﹗


涼拌脆豬手片,還幻想係豬手片,原來真身係燻蹄黎喎。有幾塊依然入晒雪,趙到索索聲,砂冰係特色來的?燻蹄主要為豬皮,非常少瘦肉,所以特別爽脆。跟麻油甜豉油撈得均勻,整體平凡可以,早知撈埋辣椒油,應該會更好食。紫菜湯走蔥,最初好似有少少霉味,但攪勻後就消失左喎。爽爽紫菜,海藻味加炸蒜混魚湯,濃郁甜美香口,幾乎比我飲晒。


豬手撈麵走蔥加腩汁,食得五香牛腩多想轉下口味,豬手都係近年才有得供應。我最有冒險精神,首次交手 ﹗豬腳有修甲但無修腳皮,食落倍感壓力,腳板底鞋鞋的。唯有食晒上面既肉,腳皮吐出,使得我打晒冷震。豬皮膠黏飽滿味濃可口,肉絲鬆化陣陣五香,蠻滿意啊﹗腳毛要剃得乾淨一點,有少少刮嘴呢。


學利自家辣椒油一向有料到,激辣又夠香,越食越想食,越食越起勁,幼麵爽爽掛起五香腩汁連辣椒肉,天下無敵,食得過癮﹗食多幾件豬手,補一補隻手先﹗


貢丸五香牛腩粗麵走蔥,超讚炸蒜五香腩汁湯,勁爽滑彈蛋香粗麵,微菇味微爽貢丸都不錯。上湯浸什菌娃娃菜,奶湯香香甜甜還有濃郁菜甜味。什菌?只有爽爽雞髀菇片乍喎。娃娃菜鮮嫩爽甜高質,飲魚湯悶悶地,浸晒落辣椒腩汁湯再食,惹味刺激飈晒汗,最憎用大陸旺菜扮娃娃菜,鞋烚烚。


至尊三寶麵走蔥,魚片比魚蛋滑漏富彈性更有魚香,魚片頭彈力十足,魚蛋依舊麻麻地,粒魚蛋勁假囉,no good!爽爽彈彈幼麵咬到索索聲真過癮,鹼水麵充滿蛋香油香無異味好味道。掛上大量激辣辣椒油,啜啜啜出晒汗流晒鼻水爽到震。


黑椒汁雜扒飯,師傅叔叔親手傳上刀叉羹,麻煩晒。食太陽蛋的我,全熟蛋我不喜歡的,唯有搗爛撈飯。驚喜味道不錯,焦香蛋白脆脆,還有蛋黃碎,非常好撈飯。腸仔熱騰騰皮脆,肉嫩肉香不過咸剛剛好。


翻炸煎雞扒淡淡然的香茅味道,雞皮嚥韌,外硬實略乾內裡嫩滑有汁。翻炸煎豬扒惹味香噴噴,質地有嚼勁過得去。煎火腿咸香特出,好味道。我要少飯的呢,成碗飯送上。乾爽的飯粒配上黑椒汁,微辣黑椒香,甜甜作餘韻,差點兒比我全部消滅掉。好鬼衰架,人家唔想食太多飯麻。


新推出獨能火鍋,非常適合我啦 ﹗金菇鮮冬菇特 AAA 肥牛粟米生菜大辣麻辣湯烏冬,黎個麻辣火鍋醒下先,劇獨火鍋打自己,只需 $80 蚊真的有點削,雖然夠飽肚。大快活大家樂真的抵食夾大件,種類多款又有海鮮又有高檔次食材,吉野家都係平靚正,就連昌運老地方都大大鍋又好味呢。


麻辣湯大辣,滾起立即呷兩啖,淡茂茂的辣椒水微辣,即刻隊兩大羹學利勁辣自家辣椒渣啦,得左!香辣兼備,不過無麻囉。鮮冬菇爽爽滑啫啫微微菇味,金菇正常爽爽甜甜。特 AAA 肥牛唔係掛,笑死我咩﹗普通平民貨色,硬掘掘成碌上,烚烚下終於散開。外邊過熟,中間剛剛熟,有牛味但鞋韌兼備。


樣衰衰的墨魚滑,似鼻涕又似漿糊,滾起浮面就食得,彈彈的膠感十足,輕輕的墨魚香,合格。廉價即食烏冬要睇緊一點,好似會過腍繼而溶掉呢。散開熄火浸一浸剛剛好,連湯滾滾倒入口,滑嘟嘟有米香有香辣有菜味有肉味,甜美可口好食呀﹗

呢間魚蛋粉都算幾西利,差唔多20年前已經開始食。味道咁多年黎都差唔多,唔算最好食,但都非常值得一試。魚蛋同魚片都彈牙有魚味。最好味係個炸墨丸河😋 可惜不斷加價,不過間唔中食一餐都ok既!👍🏻
