我係napoleon既超級fans!食過paris既作品~一試愛上..誓要尋找最好食既拿破崙! 好食既宗旨係:新鮮既酥皮唔會有水氣~要crispy鬆化脆口+蛋香奶油味既custard!而非cream+sponge cake!入到元朗,爭扎緊今次試邊間甜品好,最後揀左「伯爵茶奶凍」同「星星月亮太陽」!唔知點解個奶凍又有雪糕又有cream同栗米片。。其實簡單d好!而我怕拿破崙唔好食,所以冇單點,叫個招牌一次試三味!酥皮0鬆脆+吉士0香同極少雲呢拿籽!幸好不是單點!雪糕很普通,楊枝甘露還可以!應該冇下次!

< 和蜂抹茶心太軟配雪糕 $52 >和峰心太軟係用上優質進口抹茶粉,加上本地新鮮峰蜜,減少日常所用既砂糖,更加健康!食落去的確係食到香香既蜂蜜味,而內餡流心程度適中,抹茶味亦頗濃,冇被白朱古力喧賓奪主,絕對食唔有偷工減料既情況,而旁邊係豆腐雪糕,冰感重,豆腐味偏淡!

好日都唔會入黎元朗,唔系今次去接朋友放工都唔會入元朗。朋友到,有d肚餓,食個甜品先,見到呢間叫蜜密嘅甜品店就入去試試。兩人點左兩個,一個系黑糖姜汁綠茶湯圓,一個系佢地嘅主打Honey Secert。湯圓賣相都幾好,好晶瑩剔透,可以睇到入面嘅綠茶餡,食落d皮煙煙韌韌,個餡好有綠茶味,同我覺得最正系個湯,好濃郁嘅黑糖同姜汁。到主打個Honey Secert上,外形好吸引,好靚,成個用糖整成嘅金絲球波波,呢個系真係要d技術,都幾好食。波波裡面系好多粒朱古力酥,朱古力酥都夠鬆脆,但可惜裡面朱古力醬唔夠多,傍邊個雪糕都唔錯,好重奶味。

元朗多美食 係香港人都知啦~尤其是係甜品呢!所以今個星期六晚就約左好朋友去食糖水兼吹水喇!呢間店係元朗西鐵站附近~過條橋就到!很方便架!去到大概9點半,入面已經坐滿人了!不過好快就入得去得蜜密 緊係要食佢地嘅綠茶蜂蜜心太軟&星星·月亮·太陽啦!呢2個甜品係排係頭2位,唔食 好像對唔住自己~講下個綠茶蜂蜜心太軟先!嘩嘩嘩~真正的外脆內軟,d 綠茶醬好溫暖,唔算甜,但綠茶味都算濃,連埋外皮一齊食,有種窩心嘅感覺~另外仲有豆腐雪糕~個雪糕雪得好夠~唔會好快溶食完心太軟先食都唔怕而且食完濃濃的綠茶心太軟 食返個清香豆腐雪糕,又是一種感覺跟住講下星星月亮大陽呢個星星係楊枝金露,有芒果肉, 柚子肉,西米露~芒果味不算濃, 可能是時令的問題, 但都算清甜的如果有吸管會方便點, 因為用匙羹有排"不"好似我呢d咁心急ge朋友, 應該好想一手拎起, 然後一啖飲哂佢!!!哈哈!!月亮是芒果拿破倫最喜歡食酥皮, 呢個皮好鬆脆,連埋d cream都芒果真的很夾!而且有3層!! 真係好夠皮呀!! 哈哈 至於呢個芒果雪糕, 就有好濃的芒果味啦!!!而且又係雪得好硬下!!唔會好快溶!!喜歡抹茶同芒果ge朋友仔~可以試下佢地!走果陣10點幾~有好多人等緊位啦!!下次有機會再試下佢其他甜品!!
