幾個月前吃過天后店的滾得棧,被它新鮮高質的食材深深吸引。今天剛巧到深井探朋友,便相約來這裡打自爐!湯底揀了海底椰和胡椒豬肚海底椰香甜,胡椒豬肚就很惹味。自家制竹庶矛根不會太甜,感覺健康得多。蟶子一放入鍋,滾至離殻就可吃,味道鮮甜,質感爽彈。牛魔王拼盤一次過可以試多款部位。牛眼筋口感很特別,看似嚡口,吃起上來卻充滿肉香,口感煙un。牛𦟌薄薄的牛𦟌,滾完不會老,中間的筋位增加了不少口感。桂花蚌珊瑚蚌新鮮爽口,兩款中偏愛後者,既軟又脆口的口感,非常好吃。鮮蝦生猛鮮蝦,蝦足還在不停郁動。其實生猛的海鮮不用下多少功夫已經很好吃了。

大家都好鍾意個潮洲湯底,因為清得黎又好多紫菜,好健康。唔經唔覺食左食2個幾鐘,食得好盡興,而且發現原來呢度同旺角,我最愛的點心小店係同一老闆經營,唔怪得之餐紙咁棧鬼。

每人食到飽飽,係出面就有小巴同巴士出返地鐵站同市區,其實好方便。下次行荃元古道,可以深井落,黎食多次😋😋

整體來說,無論是火鍋配料抑或小食飯類,質素都確實不俗,但畢竟選址位於深井,如果沒有用車代步或居住該區,要轉車往來感覺上比較轉折,所以先決條件我還是覺得要視乎交通情況,方便的話,可以一試。

我們狂風掃落葉地滾至九時有多,侍應生通知各食客天文台大約會在十時三十分掛上八號波,叮囑各人要小心之餘還提示顧客店方並不會趕收工,員工會待所有顧客結帳離開後才關門下班。

葵青友為怕公共汽車會在八號波掛正時停駛,因此多謝了侍應生的厚愛,我們要更瘋更狂地把食物全掃掉以便結帳離場,乘著「海鷗」飛回家!

牛頸脊肉 -- 片片切得厚薄相稱 , 廚師的刀功可見一斑 ~   油脂分佈清晰 , 紋理分明 , 紅潤光澤 , 質感嫩滑 , 放湯稍灼 -- 五成熟即入口吃 , 鮮嫩無比 , 肉味濃郁 ~
牛眼根 -- 色澤鮮艷, 外型彪桿 , 滿有油脂 , 有咬口夠嚼勁卻又不韌 , 肉味的層次感既粗獷又軟綿 , 能刻劃出一種獨特的原始野性,  回味無窮 ~   雖則店員叮囑過牛眼根要灼十分鐘以上才會較美味, 然而我堅持稍灼即吃的習慣 ~

這店雖以火鍋見稱, 然而其小炒熟食也甚為到家, 因當晚我們還點了一些熟食.... 在此小弟只略為品評一道比較出色的食品

蠔肉肥大肉厚, 蠔味濃郁, 外層炸得夠脆口, 炸漿亦算薄身, 油份不多,  咬口感佳, 足見師傅的廚藝相當不俗 ~

總括而言, 以當晚的經驗來說, 食材夠新鮮, 職員的服務態度友善, 環境舒適, 價錢亦算合理, 這間火鍋店是值得推介 ~

最後, 小弟十分感激, 在這八號風球之夜, 伴我一起勇闖深井只為了打個邊爐的內子和友人M. ~
