同爸爸飲茶,揀咗間係屋企附近,即叫即蒸嘅茶館。熱點蝦餃皇蝦餃同燒賣都係呢度嘅招牌,而且可以兩粒咁樣叫,就可以試多幾款食物,蝦餃皮好薄,入面有原隻蝦,而且非常彈牙,好鮮甜。蟹籽燒賣皇餡有蝦、蟹籽同埋豬肉,非常新鮮,肉質彈牙。鮮蝦菜苗餃餃皮薄餡靚,有大大隻蝦,菜苗好新鮮,幾值得食。魚翅灌湯餃有一舊魚翅,湯底好鮮甜,灌湯餃皮都係好薄,內餡有豬肉、冬菇等,好豐富。蜜汁叉燒腸叉燒餡好多,好香。腸粉皮唔會太厚,而且好滑。蜆介鯪魚球新鮮炸起,熱辣辣,外脆內軟,而且好彈牙。蒜香蝦春卷炸得好脆口,蒜香唔算好濃,但配搭蝦肉好香口!八寶籠仔蒸飯有8款材料,鳳爪、排骨、芋頭、臘腸、雞粒、肉燥、冬菇粒同粟米,好豐富,尤其加咗臘腸之後。而且係用咗荷葉蒸飯,食落好香,有淡淡荷葉味。

魚翅灌湯餃 – 餡料不多,無味

鳳爪排骨飯 – 說鳳爪必食,但味道一般,飯嫌略乾

燒賣皇 – 口感一般,只能叫燒賣,不值叫燒賣”皇”

豬嘜流沙奶皇包 - 這個外貌有趣,不過不失

食物質素一般,坐位擠迫,近牆壁的雅座還好,如坐在中間位置感覺十分差勁,眼見有不少被安排坐在中間的食客,都要求調去雅座卡位。

這裡勝在價錢相宜,可是侍應服務差勁,安排坐位先後次序混亂,侍應沒禮貌,上點心時經常粗心大意把餸汁弄污檯椅,甚至弄污食客衣服,當晚眼見還因此與食客起爭執,而侍應的態度卻十分惡劣。

其實太子附近都有幾間不錯的點心專門店,坐位較寬敞,服務也不錯,吃東西的環境會影響心情,所以,應該不會再幫襯這間食店了。

總結來講呢間點心舖嘢食味道係中上,而且價錢十分之抵,我見到佢仲有好多套餐可以揀,而且仲有湯水飲,茶錢只係每人$4,下次一定會再幫襯!

呢度啲嘢食上菜速度都幾快, 全部點心都係即叫即蒸, 大約等十分鐘左右啲點心就會陸陸續續上到枱呢度啲蝦餃同燒賣可以兩粒, 兩粒咁叫, 可以食多啲款式蝦餃裏面啲肉同埋啲蝦都幾飽滿, 絕對冇偷工減料糯米包唔係度度酒樓都有㗎, 呢個懷舊小食吾錯, 裏面啲糯米飯煙煙靭靭, 又夠飽肚楊枝甘露糕, 適合啲飲完茶食完點心, 想食下啲甜品嘅朋友, 一碟有三嚿, 份量都唔少, 足夠2个人一齊食呢間餐廳冇加一, 而且茶錢係4元一位, 所以價錢會比一般嘅酒樓平啲

牛柏葉唔係好多地方有得食,呢間煮到好爽口而且仲有幾舊豆腐卜係入邊,啲豆腐卜吸晒啲甜味。

嗌左成10碟野,埋單都唔使兩舊水,喺太子區好少有咁平,又咁好食😋性價比高,啱晒我哋喺附近返工嘅人。

疫情之後都有成年冇去過飲茶,因為平時飲茶通常都會坐好耐,同朋友家人談天說地,今日去完太子嘅價真棧買嘢,望過對面見到好多人等位,呢間點心專門店,即刻過馬路去試吓咁啱係午餐時段,人流非常多要等位,等咗大約10分鐘就可以入去入面地方好光猛,有四人枱同兩人枱蜂巢炸芋角$24,有三隻平均為到$8隻,同出邊嘅價錢都差唔多,但佢最優勝之處就係餡料好多,芋角係用芋泥來作皮,啲碎肉調味啱啱好唔會太咸,外皮炸到好脆,金黃色,表層小眼密佈,形狀如蜂巢內層軟滑,食落啲餡仲有少少肉汁有種鹹鹹甜甜嘅味道雞扎係茶樓非常多人叫嘅一種點心雞扎出邊以腐皮卷煮一舊雞肉同魚肚,加埋芋頭,魚肚吸收左湯汁同埋雞油,咬落每一啖都充滿着湯汁,味道香濃叉燒腸$24,腸粉嘅皮非常薄,加咗層薄薄嘅油,食落口軟綿綿又非常滑溜叉燒切到非常細容易入口餡料都非常多蝦餃$30有兩隻,見到入面既蝦肉非常大,又爽口,蝦餃係我最鍾意嘅點心,出面層皮又薄,又煙韌又彈牙,沒有甚麼味道,但口感好好
