放工行到太子附近, 原本諗住食茶餐廳的, 見到烚時滾動好想入去試下, 於是就即興打邊爐了。 餐廳有地下和樓上兩層, 店員帶我們到上一層, 一坐低已經有9款不同的調味料給我們選擇,首先就叫咗一個蕃茄薯仔鍋$88,之後點的火鍋配料有美國肥牛$68,餃餃拼盤$78,芥末沙律球$42, 雜丸拼盤$58,午餐肉$22,紅薯粉$28, 油麥菜$38,青島$28。當晚突然很想吃蕃茄薯仔鍋, 紅卜卜的蕃茄湯底味道濃郁。 美國肥牛只需要$68很抵吃,肥瘦適中, 這個價錢算是不錯的了。 餃餃拼盤和雜丸拼盤都是打邊爐必備的, 還有我最愛的午餐肉必點!但芥末沙律球的味道反而不太喜歡, 感覺味道怪怪的,不是我杯茶。 紅薯粉吸了蕃茄濃湯的味道,真是好正!第一次來這裏打邊爐,店員們招呼周到,價錢抵吃,當晚見這間餐廳有很多熟客,氣氛非常熱鬧。

第一次來這裏打邊爐,店員們招呼周到,價錢抵吃,當晚見這間餐廳有很多熟客,氣氛非常熱鬧。

好多好靚嘅海鮮今日同太太行旺角太子,以前喺同一個位置食個小炒,今次嚟到已經變咗一間火鍋店,有新野都想試一試。先食咗個鹹蛋魚皮,好味,但係都好邪惡,出街食冇辦法啦,返到屋企先至食返清淡啲。仲有我都係鍾意個調味料,好多選擇,我鍾意勁多蒜頭。湯底我哋揀咗鴛鴦鍋,一邊麻辣一邊番茄,我都係鍾意蕃茄嗰邊多啲,因為我唔食辣,留俾太太。好多好靚嘅海鮮,我哋兩個人,淨係叫咗鮑魚仔同埋廣島蠔,鮑魚仔好新鮮,都吾細隻,廣島蠔都吾差。手切肥牛都好食,有幾舊有少少筋,仲有手打四寶丸,我最鍾意啲墨魚丸,最後叫咗少少菜,有半分叫幾好。好飽 😁

今日同老公去太子買順勢療法嘅療劑,突然間好想打邊爐,就入咗去烚時滾動,個名改得好得意,我哋坐低左叫咗個鴛鴦湯底,一邊係我老公最鍾意嘅蕃茄薯仔湯底,另一邊係我最鍾意嘅麻辣湯底,打邊爐梗係唔少得牛肉啦,我哋叫左手切嘅,啲牛肉超級淋,又有牛肉味,我哋仲叫咗佢有廚師推介嘅幾樣食品,廣島蠔,上枱時見佢雪到硬晒,諗住一定唔好食啦,點知好甜,又有鮮蠔味,雖然沒有筒蠔咁大隻,但係都有十隻,好抵。另外,不得不提嘅係即炸嘅鹹蛋黃炸魚皮,好新鮮好脆,差不多成碟我食晒,好邪惡呀!另外我哋叫左鮑魚,每人兩隻,好鮮甜呀!如果係生日聚會唔收切餅費又唔收開瓶費,可以自己帶蛋糕同酒黎開hotpot party.

首先一定要試嘅就係黃金炸魚皮,入口香軟鬆脆又有強烈嘅鹹蛋味,唔使放落個鍋度都已經食到舐舐脷。

跟住落黎就係手打蝦滑同埋四寶丸,雖然食落口感覺唔係特別突出,但食得出係誠意之作。

打邊爐我就一定要食牛,呢款美國肥牛雖然大大塊,但係"錄"完之後仍然入口鬆軟十分嫩滑可口。

仲有係第一次食嘅西班牙豬梅肉,入口好有質感,而且好快溶喺口腔入面,直達喉嚨。

無錯係4個大大嚿豬筒骨,同埋有粟米,白蘿蔔,紅棗熬製而成,湯底奶白色的確係好濃既豬骨味
,就咁飲左一碗,飲完唔口渴,無味精!
另外餐廳用石鍋煲,好快滾,唔洗等到頸都長都仲未有得食,d野放落去就熟,慳唔少時間又唔會煲到癡晒底。

黃芽白就嗌咗半份,金菇就嗌咗一份,其實份量都唔係差好遠,鍾意食菜嘅可以嗌多幾款唔同嘅蔬菜,不過最緊要係食得晒唔好浪費食物啊。

竹笙喺打邊爐必食,因為竹笙會吸晒湯底嘅精華,唔使點醬料都好夠味道!濃郁嘅豬骨味滲晒出嚟。。。

手切肥牛(小)已經有咁上下份量,要脂肪有脂肪,要瘦肉有瘦肉,好有牛味,完全唔會韌,鍾意食肥牛嘅你絕對唔可以錯過,極力推介,好好味x10
兩個人竟然可以清晒所有食物,因為真係每樣野都好好食好新鮮,餐廳環境佈置簡約,有電視睇又唔會好逼夾,感覺好似係屋企打邊爐咁!
岀品夠快而且用心經營,下次打邊爐一定會再光顧!

早期係嗰頭經嗰,見新開,同埋烚時滾動個名幾搞笑就搵左日去試下,個人黎講食材新鮮乾淨,價錢公道,環境都企理,個蛋黃炸魚皮我覺得係必食,自己食完都忍唔住叫多個手切肥牛好正,仲有估唔到有刺身食,刺身都唔差,我地一行十個人咁啱佢俾左間房我地,講野大聲啲都唔怕騷擾到其他人,有電視睇又有wifi,坐得幾舒服,聚會一流,服務都幾好,定時可能有人留意到我地需要加湯都會有人自動問我地洗唔洗加湯,唔洗等地叫不足地方我地有個小朋友不過佢冇bb凳希望佢地會改善到之後會再去食

當烚時想打邊爐又無訂座真的有點頭痕,在太子附近被多間邊爐店拒絕時,幸好行行下見到這間,即刻飛入去食!餐廳新裝修很乾淨,服務員態度很好,只是枱面有點細,不過都可以放到很多碟的。一黎叫咗三個小食:炸魚皮,魚片頭,拍青瓜。炸魚皮超好食,係即整黃金炸魚皮,帶點咸蛋黃的香味,停唔到手!最後叫了兩碟湯底叫了麻辣,芫茜及豬湯。麻辣很細心,可由小辣開始,再慢慢加辣,照顧到不同顧客的需要。食材方面亦很好食,手切牛及安格斯都好有牛味。芝士牛丸就更加無得頂!另外還有很多不同的配料,可order半份及一份,照顧小人的客戶。希望這有心的小店可繼續經營!支持小店!
