我諗我有七至八年冇去到呢間酒家同屋企人食嘢
所以我決定係呢間買年糕氹下媽咪開心


入到去門面幾光鮮好大方,而我所知呢間酒家係太古城都歷史悠久~都算係老牌子酒家!!

到左攞年糕既日子了⋯入面好多人食野,下次一定帶媽媽再食一次

有好香蔗糖味道
蒸同煎一樣咁好食不痴呀有咬口,媽媽最愛的

而我最愛吃的蘿蔔糕丶芋頭糕
用料平均籮蔔粗縧的糕身不太硬,很好煎都幾好食
芓頭糕方面…五香粉味未突出粒粒芋頭襯托蝦米臘腸最好食

另外值得一讚,最懷舊嘅味道
就係馬蹄糕
馬碲一片片,啲肉非常清甜阿媽話好似以前細個食過嘅味道令人懷念

係太古飲茶又係好有難度,但我知道有一間通常會有位,就是翰騰閣.唔知點解個個都話呢間野麻麻地,不過我一日唔試過就唔可以評價既小點20蚊,特點35蚊.姐係叫特點先係抵餐牌中有個叫自選天仙配$168,似乎非常抵食,簡左個奄仔蟹粥和豉油皇炒麵.咁樣叫法,點樣唔飽死$55 魚湯菜心,用上湯浸菜,點樣都好食菜苗餃,餡唔夠鮮味,好似差左一點調味豉油皇炒麵.炒得乾爽,豉油味不算好香,但麵條還幾有口感.炒麵最緊要唔油膩是值得一讚奄仔蟹粥.呢個就讚啦,因為奄仔蟹勁爆多膏,實在食完都怕爆血管.蟹肉又甜,粥底唔算好綿,但可能因為蟹既原因,總係覺得特別美味.其實只要將奄仔蟹既數目加多一隻,將O的膏撈哂個粥度,我諗真係無得輸呢個蒜泥白肉就不懂欣賞,太甜了.別有洞天腸粉.....原來就係炸兩...仲要唔脆...整體來講,唔算差.可以再來的

上星期做冬選擇了翰騰閣,由於家人住太古城,很多酒家都已試過,唯獨這間很少機會到。因為做冬關係,我們點了十道菜,他們一併上了,枱面亦不夠地方放置,這方面安排應該可以改善。更差的是菜色本身,我們點的例牌份量少得可憐,附圖供大家參考,這是還未吃過的份量。最後,菜色非常鹹,鹹到媽媽吃完沒胃口吃其他的,希望酒家改善一下。

到太古城逛完街,餓壞了,
沒有慢慢選擇,看到了翰騰閣不用排隊,
馬上進去了!
一看餐牌,孖寶菜式特別多,
記得應該大概有6款以上,而且都很吸引!
最後選擇了燒雞+上湯龍蝦(伊麵底) ,
另外點了籠仔糯米蒸蟹!
先來的是燒雞和上湯龍蝦,
燒雞皮脆肉滑,不錯不錯,不過略咸!
上湯龍蝦味道很好,雖然龍蝦沒有很大,
但肉質彈牙,帶有甜味!
可惜的是伊麵都很散,
有一半要用湯匙幫忙才能放到咀裡呢!
糯米蒸蟹等得比較久,人多order多,
以及製作需時吧,
不過美食要等待我可不介意!
籠蓋一打開,已經流口水,
先說一下蟹吧,非常甜,而且都爆膏的,
糯米飯不硬不軟,剛剛好,
若然荷葉不只放底,能夠完全包起來蒸,
飯的荷香應該更好!
第一次來這裡吃飯,很滿足,

之前成日泥呢度飲茶,今天跟朋友去吃個下午茶,點了幾個點心,其中一樣是小籠包!當我咬了一口看見小籠包內的肉有一條彎曲像恥毛的毛髪相連著!我立刻嘔都嘔唔切,簡直係個惡夢,勁嘔心,我叫一個黑衫經理來,態度奇差...竟跟我說換過第2籠給我, 我說你傻的嗎...?這明顯是體毛, 你覺得我會仲想食嗎..? 他說那取消這個吧, 我說叫總經理來....我便打電話給衛生署,怎知打去星期日不開的....那個總經理說如果你打電話很痳煩會浪費很多時間.那個經也認了是他們公司的過失..說不如我不收費你們走吧.....當時我見衛生署又沒開, 因為朋友過2天要回英國便不想掃興轉場就算....心想永遠都不會再來!但之後一整天都覺得很嘔心....星期一有朋友約我去吃台灣小龍包...我便想起這事..心裡勁嘔心...和氣噴便在星期一打給衛生署,他叫我打給食環署...我才知道原來有廿4小時的....我一定要舉報這嘔心食市....

Deep Fried Beef Brisket ($58) - it's seemingly harder to find a restaurant that serves this dish as the place I get it at has stopping serving it. The beef brisket was fatty and tender while the outside batter was thin and crispy. Not the best but still solid here.

Fried Tofu ($42) - the fried tofu was cooked nicely as the outside was crispy while the tofu was still very soft on the inside. The tofu was flavorful with spices and pepper sprinkled on top while the vinegar dipping sauce was my preferred choice of condiment with the tofu.

Vegetarian Goose ($45) - one word: horrible! Unlike the usual fried vegetarian goose that comes with a thin bean curd skin, the dish here came with a thick batter which was limp and oily. Would not recommend.
