Went to this place some time ago and I fell in love with their ham choi!! It tasted divine. You cannot eat your Chiu Chow rice porridge without a faithful plate of ham choi, can you? The braised goose was delicious. Their braising stock was rich and complex and the tofu beneath the nicely carved goose was silky smooth. This classic delicacy of braised goose certainly left more than a favourable impression. It is a superbly tasty dish that not only emphasizes the tender and succulent goose but also the delicious sauce imbued with the aromatic nuances of Chinese spices. Other noteworthy specialties I found equally delicious were the baby oyster omelette, braised chicken feet and the pig's blood cube with Chinese chives.
All in all, Hung Hing Restaurant is a good place to come to for something light. Excellent value for money!

聽過朋友介紹黃大仙個邊有間細細地ge潮州菜館唔錯,

一試之下果然有驚喜!!!!
舗頭唔算大,應該係做街坊生意,

It is nearly impossible to have high-quality Chaozhou cuisine under HK$100. Hung Hing has been a surprise to me since it offers a wide range of special Chaozhou dishes in its menu integrated with many choices of drinks, suitable for a diverse range of people from different age groups. This is certainly one that has to be recommended if you are into Chaozhou cuisine.

一行六人, 由於吾記得了這間鋪頭的位置, 所以要到附近找, 但似乎都幾易找.鹵水鵝: 肉味好好, 不太肥, 不太"un"蠔仔粥: 真係幾多蠔食, 吾明之前點解有人話少蠔....煎蠔餅: 又一傑作, 不可不叫.九菜豬紅: 這碟, 可能我沒有 太大感覺...烏頭魚: 凍食, 好好味, 加埋佢 d 醬汁, 一流...油麥菜: 多油了一點, 但 $20 幾大碟...各人都覺得食物真的一流, 加上價錢... hehe...

上星期6同女朋友去完街...佢住WTS ge..佢之前同我講過話間野好味..由細食到大...講到好鬼正...咪去試下囉...細蠔仔粥 $25/ 一個湯碗仔裝住..2個人絕對夠食...蠔仔算係新鮮..仲好足料添!剪蠔餅 $ 35 / 2層蠔餅..份量10足...多到嚇死妳..蠔仔又多又鮮墨魚紅腸 $45 / 呢個就普普通通啦..,不過都算好味 ge 九菜豬紅 $20 / 豬紅夠實正..又大碗汽水 $ 6 呢個唔駛講啦...埋單 $131 , 老闆娘話收$130算.. 不過如果你唔食得咁多野 ge..就唔好叫啦...我地2個食到捧住個肚走...仲要係食唔哂果隻...份量足夠4個人食都冇問題...真係一個超值之選....下次一定會再去...^^~

仲要係食唔哂果隻...份量足夠4個人食都冇問題...
真係一個超值之選....下次一定會再去...^^~

住係鳳凰村咁多年, 邊個唔識雄興, 見到佢重開就即刻要試, 星期五同剛剛先幫襯完, 老細都好好招呼, 人手可能唔夠, 叫侍應係麻煩d, 但食物依舊同以前一樣好味, 頭先試左隻凍蟹, 80元, 價錢相宜好味道, 我最欣賞佢係少見之潮州店, 吃完不太口渴, 不會像好多食店咁樣狂倒味精!!蠔餅有好多蠔, 隻隻肥美, 放入口唔會感覺一口粉漿, 好香脆!!還要了客豬紅蘿蔔, 難得是真正豬紅, 坊間已經有太多地方用雞紅頂替, 蘿蔔似挑選過, 入口無根, 很有驚喜.大部份食物三四十元, 大大碟, 平平地已經吃得飽飽, 抵!!
