朋友自備一枝寧夏紅酒,完全沒有店員關心開瓶費的問題。


小菜款式不少。考量良久之後點了招牌鹵水鵝,韮菜豬紅和蠔餅, 和兩枝大啤。


菜式極速上枱。鹵水鵝的鹵水味很香! 暖暖的鵝肉又嫩滑又非常入味, 襯紅酒一流。很讚。



韮菜豬紅口感更像鵝紅,沒有想像中重口味。韮菜爽口無渣。



蠔餅炸得鬆化, 外脆內軟。不算很油膩, 蠔仔亦夠新鮮飽滿。讚。



最後點了一碟南乳豬手,味道偏向清淡,充滿著骨膠原。


埋單每人$150左右,是吃得滿意的一餐。

一月新冠疫情發生後便沒有幫襯這附近的打冷小店了,很是懷念這裡的食物。限聚令放寬到4人,今天一家四口5點半專成來個早晚飯,避開人潮,回味下這店的幾個拿手好菜。先來一個韮菜豬紅調味濃郁,豬紅嫩滑。潮州凍烏頭魚打開很是肥美,有黃油。魚肚還放入檸檬片香料,灑上鹽才蒸。絕對沒有一點魚腥味,醮上黃豆醬,份外鮮味。煎蠔餅二大塊,多蠔仔,脆卜卜,香脆帶著些蕃薯粉的烟韌, 配上幾口beer, 真是絕配。問題是太早吃晚餐,太太女兒也不太肚餓,只點了三個菜兩枝啤酒,千個人一共228元,真替我省錢。

講到打冷 除左油尖旺 元朗 荃灣外其實黃大仙都有正野 就係 雄興 , 其實 x鳳 x鳳呢幾條街既野食我都試過唔少 但就係少左呢間😂 正常打冷鋪 唔好預有乜裝修門面 最緊要野食好味 👍🏻

去完聖母醫院探病,難得黎到黃大仙慈雲山一帶,梗係要會一會呢度嘅小店,食埋飯先打道回府啦。今次揀咗呢間潮州野,店面係好舊式嘅「飯店」feel,睇落去就已經覺得好有風味。野食就叫咗鹵水鵝、蠔餅、蠔仔粥、凍烏頭。先講鹵水鵝,我覺得鹵水係一間潮州野嘅重中之重,呢間就中規中矩啦,香味唔太夠層次;蠔餅係炸嘅(其實喺香港食到嘅大部份都係炸,我自己鍾意煎嗰d多d),好彩d蠔仔都新鮮,粉漿都唔算厚;蠔仔粥幾好,有落方魚碎,粥底d飯同水分得好開,感覺比較正宗;最後係凍烏頭,我覺得咁多樣野之中呢樣最好食,價錢平又大條,而且難得有黃油,好鮮味。呢間野整體唔錯,會再幫襯。

我們大約6:30pm到雄興門外等候入座,明白週日人多。當日門外約已有兩、三組人等候,還有其他人進出餐廳,人比較多。雄興侍應看到門外有數批人在等候,但沒有記錄等候次序或派籌,只黑面叫大家”企開啲!咪阻住門口”... 過了5分鐘,我們看到侍應並沒行動處理人潮,也沒有派籌,即使等待的客人已陸續離開。我們已幫趁這打冷店多年。。。看到此接待客戶的方法,覺得實在可惜。

住咗黃大仙區咁耐,呢間街坊打冷店已經有多年歷史了。。。而我起碼幫襯有6次以上,每次來必叫嘅有,墨魚紅腸,煎蠔餅,韭菜豬紅,蠔仔粥。。。今次來,亦唔例外餐牌已在牆上見到,街坊價錢啤酒🍻都好平墨魚紅腸 墨魚一d都唔硬身,好有咬感。紅腸煑得好入味韮菜豬紅韮菜有點硬,難咬。豬紅冇臭味,易入口煎蠔餅好多蠔仔,好足料,煎得剛好,唔太過火。蠔仔粥蠔嘅size都幾大粒,好足料,啖啖入口嘅粥都充滿了蠔。埋單成為$205三個人,每人$70, 真係好底食

我同先生同女兒2個,共4人,一個三歲,一個11個月大,有一架bb車,我地好早入去,6:00左右,個時得2枱有人,咁個大姐就叫我地住最近門口既細枱仔啦,到叫野後,開始食,後來有一行5人,個大姐就叫佢地坐我隔離另一張枱,好啦,咁我地好快手都推開bb車就位比佢客坐,大前提係我地坐既位置係後面係一堆啤酒箱黎,我架車推得到既位置我都推盡,咁個5位客人自己就入左另一張枱,個呀姐就開始不停嘈,話個張枱係坐到5個人,係佢地架車阻住左,又比說話我地聽都算,不停講講講,咁人地選擇入去另一張枱坐,請問關我咩事,再者,我地一入黎時,係你叫我坐呢張枱,我冇要求過,而入黎時你都清楚見到我有bb車,好啦,到講完一陣,佢就開大個冷氣對實我地一家,我真心嬲到爆左,大佬,你想我走唔緊要,你做咩要搵冷氣吹到正我地,我2個B.B.,一個三歲一個11個月大,頭髮吹到左右搖擺,我就同個呀姐講可唔可以唔好向正我地頭吹,佢答我,人多呀,係要開大冷氣,我話,我冇叫你關冷氣,叫你唔好吹我地個頭姐,佢就兩都唔肯轉,我就話,你想我地走冇問題,我可以即走,但我唔會埋單架,你咁做法,根本就係太過份,小朋友吹到咁點算,另一個呀姐又架入,就叫我地唔

題外話,個位呀姐,似係老闆,佢地對員工真係冇得頂,我地入去時係員工食飯,得一碟煎蛋加豉油😑係呀,每個人都係一隻煎蛋配白飯/粥,由呢點已睇到你份人如何

今日本來想食 pizza之類既野,屋企人就話太熱氣 就建議去打冷🙈但我地呢個年紀就係想食熱氣野,但無法要聽大隊話,心不甘快不願就去,沒想到屋企人一講起打冷就異口同聲話去雄記啦,我有理由相信佢係打冷界有D地位😏我呢就真係唔太想食打冷,所以揀幾款我中意既泥寫,首先豬紅,好有咬口,扎實唔易散,味道也適中,再泥就係墨魚,红腸,這是小朋友係打冷店找到既安慰😂味道亦都好入味再泥就係蠔仔粥,係打冷必點,蠔仔味好出,加小小胡椒粉,正呀,老實講今次食左就明白點解呢間店係屋企人之間甘出名😂
