好好味,啲餸好有鑊氣,又夠大碟,有埋湯同野飲送,仲有啲服務員態度好好,超有禮貌又風趣,會無喇喇同啲客傾偈,好搞笑好好味,不過個煲太熱搞到痴晒底,如果下次用個無咁熱既煲上就好,好多痴晒底燶左食唔到,好浪費小炒皇都係,好有鑊氣好好味今次第三次幫襯,應該會一星期幫襯一次,真係值得再幫襯!👍👍👍👍👍

好好味,不過個煲太熱搞到痴晒底,如果下次用個無咁熱既煲上就好,好多痴晒底燶左食唔到,好浪費

這天沒有特別節目和飯局,週末懶懶閒的,便在家附近找家茶餐廳吃個便飯算了。進來這個地區的餐廳不停新舊替換,茶餐廳是大多數。在眾多新開的茶餐廳中,我選了平時早餐和午飯時間最多人拍隊的紅磡冰室,但原來發現排隊是不能左為選餐廳的好指標。 店內提供很多選擇,我只看了常餐和午飯套餐而已。最後我選了自以為最安全的吞拿魚意粉,來到的時候就十分後悔。如圖,用水煮好的意大利粉上面鋪了一堆罐頭吞拿魚汁,水汪汪,賣相相當差,看完之後完全不想吃。我吃了幾口,味道就是:罐頭吞拿魚撈水撈醬,加熱放到麵上面,過程應該是很快的,味道連我自己在家煮的都不如,差中之差。以後都不會再來。 “永不錄用”!

樓下這家紅磡冰室經常路過,每次都排隊,很好奇裡面的味道,想必很地道。今天問了下朋友說味道確實不錯,決定試一下。下午茶確實挺實惠,力薦蜜汁豬扒公仔面,豬扒煎得剛剛好,香噴噴脆,公仔面可能用瑞士汁炒的吧,味道也沒的說。香蒜烤麵包也很夠味,番茄螺絲粉因為沒有螺絲粉轉通粉,味道一般呢。咖啡也OK的。要說下這裡的服務,兩位服務的阿叔,年紀大些的阿伯,看得出應該很有經驗,點餐時問的很仔細,看他寫了一手好字,應該是有點文採。另一位先生就不敢恭維了,送菜基本上是丟到桌子上,後面發現我們點了豬扒沒有叉子,幾乎將叉子插到桌面。這種技巧我以為只有澳洲牛奶公司才有的。不過香港食店就是如此自信,味道好服務差,這種反差更能對比出味道的稀有。

不過香港食店就是如此自信,味道好服務差,這種反差更能對比出味道的稀有。

每次去紅磡冰室,總會吃他的常餐,一定要配蒜蓉多士。茶餐廳來說,這個價錢實在不便宜,但每次都抵擋不了其蒜蓉多士的誘惑。他並非平時跟餐硬硬的蒜蓉包,表面塗上蒜茸醬烤脆,內裡依然軟熟,吃上一口充滿蒜香。炒蛋也不錯,每次吃都不會過老。跟餐的麵餐我最愛是瑞士雞翼,一端上桌就知道其瑞士汁撈得剛剛好,雞翼亦夠入味。其次是叉燒米粉,叉燒沒有鞋十十,亦不會痴牙。最不喜歡的是茄牛通,湯底像是罐頭湯,牛肉過韌。

同屋企人黎食晚飯,叫左兩個餸一個麵。食左個肉片炒麵,個麵炒都好乾身,唔會話又濕又林咁啲麵有小小偏林,鐘意食硬身嘅朋友應該就唔會鐘意喇豉椒牛仔骨,個汁好濃,用黎撈飯岩岩好,不過如果就咁食就有啲鹹啲牛仔骨口感軟棉棉,但係又冇去到一咬就斷咁誇張,都幾有咬口。個粟米斑塊真係好正!必叫item 啲斑塊好厚,有成節手指咁厚 好足料而且上枱嘅時候啲斑塊仲係脆嘅,配埋個汁滿分真係一定要試下!

當我仲沾沾自喜緊自己不加思索咁落order呢件事,成個常餐已經出現喺我眼前:蒜蓉包好厚身,烘得外脆內軟,蒜蓉搽得平均,仲加左啲香草,滋味十足。炒蛋香滑,杯茶走就茶味略淡,不過不失啦。至於主角瑞士雞翼呢,一睇佢黝黑嘅肌膚就知道好入味。的確,一口咬落去,肉嫩味濃,兩個字,高質。公仔麵爽口,唔會太稔或者太硬,有人話覺得啲瑞士汁太甜,不過嗜甜嘅我就覺得好正啦,呢鋪真係學Dr. tree gun 話齋,「食碗底反碗面」,我直頭想舐乾淨埋碗底啲瑞士汁呀!

喺北角嘅分店都咁高水平,唔知總店嘅質素會係點呢? 「所謂伊人,在水一方」,睇黎之後真係要的起心肝過海會一會「紅磡冰室」呢位佳人啦!
