瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵($42)都係個句,愈簡單既野愈難好食。不過尼到就相當唔錯,上枱熱辣辣已經冇得輸,其實真係好簡單既味道,不過係細節上都做得好好,雞翼夠入味,麵撈得好均勻,每條都沾滿瑞士汁,甜甜地好入味,絕對唔係hea上。炒蛋都幾滑。另外+$9轉左奶油酥,牛角酥焗過,入面有大量煉奶同牛油,正啊!

次次經過,呢間野都一定有人排緊隊,雖然已經開左業一段時間,但係人流依然不減。今日LUNCH,我決定點都要一試!!點左個常餐,$44但係包3樣野 (瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵、嫩滑炒蛋 + 香烤蒜蓉包),仲要包一杯餐飲點解佢個炒蛋咁好食架,佢真係可以做到嫩滑既感覺,不過好似咸味稍重。香烤蒜蓉包都好香,好好味,麵包好香軟,有D位仲因為佢烤過所以有少少脆,蒜蓉毫不吝嗇,成個包都搽滿左蒜蓉。瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵有3隻瑞士雞翼,瑞士準甜甜地,不過個人就係唔係咁鐘意太甜,加左少少佢地既辣椒油去調味,又有另一種味道WOR。呢倉常餐咁多野食,食完真係飽哂。

不得不說,我已經變左紅磡冰室既粉絲,每日諗唔到食咩就去到樓下既呢間紅磡冰室食飯。早午餐就食得多,今次就第一次試佢既晚餐。我覺得呢到既菜式真係有返咁上下水準,不過就價錢有點偏貴。以呢隻豉油皇雞為例,已經要$90,不過幸好有半隻,另外仲叫左個椒鹽豬扒$60。豉油雞既肉質偏淋,食得出係冰鮮雞,不過我都知呢個價係無可能食到鮮雞。雞味唔太濃,豉油味都唔係好入味,有少少失望。雞既脂肪同皮都幾厚。整體有少少失望,亦可能係我太高期望。而呢碟椒鹽豬扒水準就維持到,食落好香脆好夠味,而且份量都幾大份,送飯真係一流。而呢兩個餐都係包野飲既,呢個價同呢個水準,我覺得真係幾抵食。除左食物之後,呢到既環境裝修其實都好靚,有少少英式風味,不過我覺得D waiters有少少粗魯,講野都偏大聲,我知道係茶餐廳特色,不過就有少少破壞氣氛咁囉!

很久沒有吃過菠蘿油$10,故要來了一客。菠蘿包經烘焙過後表面金黃色、凹凸的脆皮狀,因貌似菠蘿而得名。挺身圓拱的菠蘿包,質感十分鬆軟富彈性,新鮮之作。只是,菠蘿包外層表面的的脆皮,未夠香甜酥脆。此外,牛油太細塊了,牛油香氣不足﹗牛油瑟縮在菠蘿包內,因熱度不走,牛油並沒有融化,故沒有與菠蘿包融為一體。換言之,這是一個沒有靈魂的菠蘿包。

我本來對新式既茶餐廳無咩好感,多數都係好似好多花款,裝修好靚,但係又貴又細份,而且唔係特別好味。但係,北角紅磡冰室既晚餐真係好好味。肉餅口感非常好,有少少彈牙,好大塊,超正。韮菜唔會有渣,肉絲夠滑夠林,個餐湯好足料,好味,豬骨仲要無骨碎。我對白飯都有D要求,白飯唔會有乾硬。本身無咩心機食野既我,開晒胃,最終兩個人都食到好飽。服務員既態度也不錯~

我本來對新式既茶餐廳無咩好感,多數都係好似好多花款,裝修好靚,但係又貴又細份,而且唔係特別好味。但係,北角紅磡冰室既晚餐真係好好味
肉餅口感非常好,有少少彈牙,好大塊,超正。韮菜唔會有渣,肉絲夠滑夠林,個餐湯好足料,好味,豬骨仲要無骨碎。我對白飯
都有D要求,白飯唔會有乾硬。本身無咩心機食野既我,開晒胃,最終兩個人都食到好飽。服務員既態度也不錯~

印象中紅磡冰室係炮台山開左唔係好耐, 今次第一次試其實而家好左咁多所謂懷舊冰室, 賣到貴一貴, 最慘d野又難食....今次都驚會唔好食拎起個午餐牌, 冰室黎講唔算貴我就揀左個瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵, 公仔麵夠晒味! 如果可以淋少少仲好, 個雞翼非常入味!! 好耐冇試過係出面食到個咁入味既瑞士雞翼!! 嫩滑炒蛋, 牛油多士, 個炒蛋好好味!! 好多都話自己d炒蛋好滑, 呢間真係唔錯, 真係滑! 牛油多宜就冇咩特別同事就揀左個生滾牛肉鮮茄湯通心粉, 我試完覺得幾好! 第1, 個蕃茄湯唔會太酸, 第2, d牛肉係新鮮牛肉, 食落勁香! 唔錯! 另外朋友叫既紅豆冰, 我就冇試喇, 不過望落好似好多奶咁唔錯, 好過天后果間冰室好多! 又唔貴, 食得過(不過男仔應該唔夠飽喇)
