晚上踢波前,匆匆找東西吃,經過這間冰室,裝修外觀很好。常餐不是全時間供應,至18:30,晚餐全是飯,所以單叫了xo醬乾炒豬頸肉公仔麵,$63。 分量很多很多,好像用了兩個公仔麵, 豬頸肉可以接受,公仔麵和醬汁很鹹很鹹很鹹, 要重複三次因為真的很鹹,鹹到要叫杯凍檸茶,抒發一下情感,凍飲加$9。吃了大半碟走人。

日期:9月26日人數:3人呢日打算同同事去銅鑼灣食午飯,但因為途中巴士太塞車,所以喺半路中途落咗車,來到灣仔同銅鑼灣之間嘅紅磡冰室食午餐。入到去剛好仲有張四人枱,我哋啱啱好坐埋入去。作為冰室,餐廳當然提供好多選擇啦。常餐午餐炒粉麵飯應有盡有。同事選擇咗蠔仔泡飯午餐,同埋炒粉麵,而我就睇中左蘿蔔牛腩飯。冰室比起一般茶餐廳,喺細節嘅處理上係做得好一點。蘿蔔切晒一嚿嚿,剛好一口一件。牛腩炆得夠入味,亦都夠腍。仲有幾舊牛筋,同樣都係好腍的。汁都好送得飯。環境方面,始終都係冰室,座位都算寬敞衛生。服務水平都係正常。餐廳就係軒尼詩道,所以交通尚算方便。一個午餐都要$60左右,價錢方面其實唔平,比起連鎖快餐店都要貴。雖然相對來講味道會好食少少,但抵唔抵食就真係見仁見智了。

冰室比起一般茶餐廳,喺細節嘅處理上係做得好一點。蘿蔔切晒一嚿嚿,剛好一口一件。牛腩炆得夠入味,亦都夠腍。仲有幾舊牛筋,同樣都係好腍的。汁都好送得飯。


環境方面,始終都係冰室,座位都算寬敞衛生。服務水平都係正常。餐廳就係軒尼詩道,所以交通尚算方便。一個午餐都要$60左右,價錢方面其實唔平,比起連鎖快餐店都要貴。雖然相對來講味道會好食少少,但抵唔抵食就真係見仁見智了。

現在百物騰貴,舖租、食材、人工……要經營食肆,一點都不容易。所以,今天來到銅鑼灣鬧市「紅磡冰室」,六十、七十元的午餐,大大碟,簡直是童叟無欺!我叫了方魚肉碎湯飯:我不知道今天午餐,就是方魚肉碎湯飯。本來是散叫的,但是店員提醒我,有午餐,我可以多一個餐飲……店員真老實!!湯飯好大碗,唯一美中不足的是,肉碎是半肥瘦豬肉,肥的部分,肥豬肉粒粒全部浮面 。不過湯頭很甜,冬瓜粒湯飯好清新。Honey就叫了乾炒牛河:正常貨色,好多牛肉,不太油膩,好大碟!不過,Honey說他叫「央走」,就不夠滑,茶有點「鞋」。

今日行過灣仔,順便食個下午茶,見到呢間紅磡冰室,見到人不多便入去試下,呢輪成日食常餐(炒蛋+公仔麵+多士),所以今日想試下其他,揀左個鴛鴦炒飯,因為巳經好耐無食過,另外再點左杯凍檸茶,5分鐘左右,炒飯到了,一邊紅色蕃茄汁配雞絲,另一邊白汁配蝦球,蝦球有3件,彈牙爽口,白汁味道麻麻,紅色蕃茄汁個邊,雞絲夠滑,加上甜甜酸酸慨蕃茄汁,味道還可以,可惜炒飯份量太少,而且炒飯好硬,好似生米一樣,冇蛋香,d汁多到好似食湯飯咁,失敗!食左大半放棄左.

今日去灣仔行街,順便食過下午茶,見到有間茶餐廳,門面幾吸引,所以走左入去試下。我點了下午茶餐,夏威夷豬扒菠蘿包。菠蘿包內夾著豬扒和一塊真菠蘿,大大份,外表相當吸引。味道如何?要試過先知。菠蘿包加豬扒非常好食,豬扒夠腍易嚼,配上菠蘿包很有特色。不過,我建議不用加上一塊真菠蘿,因為醬汁用了沙律醬,再加菠蘿會有少少 over 左。雖然麥記有類似的包款,但麥記用炸蝦,配菠蘿就剛好,配豬扒就可以不用了。奶茶味道正常,一般茶餐廳的水準,也算不錯。成個下午茶餐盛惠 $36, 好抵食,而且幾好食。

今日同同事一齊出左銅鑼灣做野,做完野都要食番個Lunch,就選擇了入去紅磡冰室試試入到去見到好多人都食撈麵,我同同事都直接睇左落去撈麵系統了,但睇番常餐/特餐其實都有不少的選擇如:叉燒通粉、沙嗲牛肉麵、鮑魚汁花膠撈公仔麵等等......香煎豬扒撈公仔麵 - $52豬扒比較厚身,十分香口且口感十足。瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵 - $52瑞士雞翼很味道適中,不會太咸,但肉質比較‘鞋口’。2個套餐都跟餐配上,多士十分香口,蒜味非常奶茶、咖啡味道比較澀口,且不是太滑。

今晚收工冇約,自己一個就食完飯先返屋企啦!見七點幾間餐廳都唔係太多客,入去仲唔洗搭枱添,跟住就叫左個咸魚雞粒炒飯、熱檸茶…杯茶就好快嚟到,不過個炒飯就等左十幾分鐘先到…杯茶就稍為細杯左少少,不過碟飯就夠晒大碟自己一個,真係食唔晒碟飯…飯就炒得夠乾身,不過啲雞粒似白烚咁淡、又食唔到有咸魚,所以只食到一半,食唔落了本來想坐多一陣,但係見啲烏蠅仔飛飛下,唔知同天氣有沒有關係呢?!都係快啲飲完杯茶,早點回家算吧!

今晚收工冇約,自己一個就食完飯先返屋企啦!見七點幾間餐廳都唔係太多客,入去仲唔洗搭枱添,跟住就叫左個咸魚雞粒炒飯、熱檸茶…杯茶就好快嚟到,不過個炒飯就等左十幾分鐘先到…杯茶就稍為細杯左少少,不過碟飯就夠晒大碟

自己一個,真係食唔晒碟飯…飯就炒得夠乾身,不過啲雞粒似白烚咁淡、又食唔到有咸魚,所以只食到一半,食唔落了

本來想坐多一陣,但係見啲烏蠅仔飛飛下,唔知同天氣有沒有關係呢?!都係快啲飲完杯茶,早點回家算吧!
