這間位於龍崗道的火鍋店有齊一間火煱店的應有優點: (1)伙記服務態度親切有善,有求必應; (2)店內環境走工業風,坐位舒適,樓上又有數間VIP 房,衞生程度非常好; (3)食物質素方面,前菜小食好吃推薦麻辣雞翼,炸午餐肉等。而火煱食物種類繁多,牛肉有本地有和牛都十分高質,海鮮新鮮乾淨,刺身吃了從來不肚痛,而且此店自家製多款手打肉丸及響鈴均是必食之選。 其實本人已經去了很多很多次,早成熟客。此店一直保持高質量,我認為是九龍城最好的火鍋店, 沒之一。

因疫情要找間C 類的餐廳,以便我們可五人一齊坐。在名單上見到這間係我to go list 的餐廳,既無時間限制,corkage 也只收$100 ,即訂枱去試下。叫了個招牌火煱頭木棉魚豆腐湯底,原條大眼雞魚,甜而不腥,不錯。叫了個海鮮三寳拼盤,有帶子、聖子、蜆,都新鮮爽口。另點了極上牛肉盛,牛肉很有牛味、脂肪分佈也好,日本飛驒牛及牛胸爽尤其出色。我們後來忍不住再叫了碟安格斯牛小排,正!另外也點了一些招牌菜,梅菜王豬肉丸幾特別及好味😋、芝心蝦丸也味道不錯,其他食物也新鮮,尤其欣賞其水晶粉,最後加些入內,飽肚又吸晒湯內精華,超讚!我們食到最後一條也要夾埋!環境寬敞,共兩層高,可舒舒服服傾下偈打下邊爐,服務也不錯,收費更比預期中便宜,下次會再來
