等緊打邊爐嘅時候,首先食咗個刺身拼盤先☺️個人對蕃茄湯真係情有獨鍾,所以叫左個鮮茄鮮蜆龍蝦鍋。蕃茄加埋海鮮的鮮味,呢個湯底味道真係啱啱好,唔酸亦唔太濃。原隻龍蝦都令個湯底吸引唔少,龍蝦好貼心有事先破過殼,所以食起上黎都唔困難。今次主要試左手切嘅安格斯牛小排同海鮮拼盤。叫左兩種唔同脂肪比例的安格斯牛,切得厚薄適中,稍為灼一下,口感好柔軟,但我就比較鐘諗脂肪比例多d,嘅冇油膩感,有食極都唔肥嘅滿足感覺。而海鮮拼盤真係不得不提,所有野都好新鮮,海蝦食落好爽口;原隻帶子一放入口就覺得好滿足,好實在;仲有南非鮑魚切左片,咬落幾彈牙。另外仲叫左手打粒粒墨魚丸,完全食到「自家製」嘅果種足料,墨魚丸完全冇粉嘅感覺,食得出成粒都有滿滿嘅墨魚粒,好爽好有咬口,下次都一定會再叫。

今次主要試左手切嘅安格斯牛小排同海鮮拼盤。
叫左兩種唔同脂肪比例的安格斯牛,切得厚薄適中,稍為灼一下,口感好柔軟,但我就比較鐘諗脂肪比例多d,嘅冇油膩感,有食極都唔肥嘅滿足感覺。

平時唔多打邊爐,任食個d又唔好食,出街食又唔知邊間好,最怕又貴又難食。今次見到呢間火鍋頭咁多好評,環境又唔錯咁,所以係openrice book位試下,有驚喜環境舒服,book 2人,都比張三人檯,可以有位放野我們order 左牛三寶,有牛肉粒 (好味) ,牛爽肉(未試過,好特別,牛味濃), 牛骨髓 (一向我至愛), 份量剛好, 2個人打邊爐想試多d野,叫呢d combo最好,再叫多左個海鮮同牛拼盤,海鮮好新鮮,牛肉好靚,另叫左菜,響鈴,鮮淮山 ...等,都好好味。湯底叫芫茜皮蛋豆腐湯,好足料,正!

招牌手打蟹籽蝦滑,蟹籽卜卜脆,蝦滑彈牙。

特級手切安格斯肥牛,雪花脂肪多,牛脂味十足,肉質軟嫩。

金牛,忌廉汽水配芒果雪糕,香港特色嘅新地樂。

巨蜂梳打,味道香甜,飲落好清爽。

荔枝燒酌,荔枝果香味濃,果酒配火鍋完美結合。

威士忌梳打,酒精濃度雖然唔算高,但都有D苦,篤下青檸之後再飲,會更易入口。

九龍城好吃的小店很多,小編最近試了一間高質火鍋店-火鍋頭。店內有兩層,環境舒適座位寬敞,重點是他們的材料非常新鮮!湯頭方面我選了雙拼(HKD166),蘿蔔牛腩清湯鍋和鹹酸菜胡椒豬肚湯,蘿蔔牛腩清湯鍋裡面的牛腩很好吃,煮得軟,牛味重,一點也不難嚼,好好吃!半鍋大概有十多塊左右,但湯頭方面較喜歡另外一款。個人私心推薦日本飛驒和牛肩頸肉(HKD368),脂肪紋分佈平均,多油花,稍微入鍋汆燙一會便可夾起,其口感確實非常柔軟,有入口即溶的體驗,非常非常美味👍🏻另外點了海鮮拼盤(HKD398),拼盤有一隻五頭鮑魚、八隻海棕蝦、四隻花甲和兩隻大聖子皇, 每款都是超級新鮮,上桌後還在盤裡動著,鮑魚和聖子皇肉質彈牙,令人垂涎,再給我一盤也不嫌多呀,哈哈!小食方面有燒汁一口牛(HKD98),燒汁味帶點甜香味,牛是有彈性的那種,不錯吃!記得也別錯過他們的香炸金響鈴(HKD58),響鈴卷由師傅即炸,外脆內酥,十分出色😋讚啊!整體來說,小食和食材我都覺得很不錯,食材新鮮,有一定的水準與品質,寬敞的環境更是讓人可以悠閒的享用數小時火鍋,絕對能得到充份的滿足感。

點解我會咁鍾意呢間火鍋店?除咗佢嘅食材新鮮乾淨之外,最特別嘅一定係佢哋嘅湯底,今次我點左天麻燉魚頭湯,有冇聽過打邊爐之前先飲湯底?呢度就係有一個咁特別嘅要求,湯頭放咗一個超大個魚頭,而且湯底裏面嘅配料都好足, 入口帶有天麻香味,唔知過嚟唔打邊爐淨係飲佢個湯可唔可以嘅呢?🤣

海鮮拼盤 - 用新鮮鮑魚嚟打邊爐大家有冇試過呢?平時係屋企都唔捨得食新鮮鮑魚,今日估唔到用上新鮮嘅鮑魚打邊爐,將鮑魚切片,煙韌彈牙口感帶有鮑魚味,新鮮嘅食材當然要食佢嘅原汁原味啦,就咁食已經好好味,唔需要再點任何醬料

除咗鮑魚,仲有聖子,蜆,同埋花竹蝦, 新鮮既花竹蝦上枱嘅時候仲好生猛,而聖子同蜆都係一樣咁新鮮,所以話只要材料新鮮,食到佢原有嘅味道就係最好味㗎啦!

每款食材都係有餐廳悉心挑選,因為本身自己比較鍾意脂肪含量冇咁高嘅牛肉,所以個人比較鍾意食本地牛肩肉同本地手切牛邊抓,始終新鮮牛肉關係,個人覺得牛香味比較重!

雪花牛立方因為脂肪含量比較高,所以肉質都呈現粉紅色狀態,相對地食落去口感比較軟身,但相對亦比較油膩。

果鍾意食有口感嘅嘢食,又唔怕肥嘅,可以試吓牛胸爽,牛胸爽其實係牛嘅脂肪,不過有別於一般脂肪嘅口感,口感極之爽脆!完全估唔到脂肪原來可以有咁嘅口感😆 好神奇

兩個人食呢個牛肉拼盤同海鮮拼盤真係超級多,真係超級正!如果可以嘅話覺得同3-4人食更佳,同男朋友今日捧住個肚走人,超滿足
