食嘢除咗要好味之外仲要啲乜呢? 我覺得就係 service, 我冇話環境唔重要只係不過香港寸金尺土 裝修費又貴, 所以呢我覺得 service 係好重要嘅, 咁我又冇講過話要人哋鞠躬,洗死人嗰種, 我只係要求侍應生唔好黑面, 唔好話叫都唔應咁就得啦。新年過後的某一日,父母帶咗我同家姐嚟呢度食日本餐, 咁我哋如常咁嗌咗啲壽司之類嘅嘢啦, 父母就叫佐支清酒飲, 我哋主要係嗌咗啲三文魚壽司謝,海膽軍艦, 同埋一啲刺身咁啦, 其實啲味道都唔錯嘅, 啲壽司夠醋味而且又唔容易散開, 而且呢度啲魚係長個壽司飯好多嘅, 所有嘢我都覺得唔錯而且幾好味。只不過係落單嘅時候,我曾經嗌咗大鰻魚壽司,就係咁樣就出事啦,呢個壽司好耐都未嚟, 咁我就問侍應點解咁耐都未嚟呢, 我阿爸幾番追問之下,個侍應生就話,因為係個後生女嗌嘅,所以就以為唔係真係要點嘅單,我真係火都嚟埋, 喂! 我係中學生,唔係幼稚園生呀! 我點單你當我發噏風呀, 我真係唔知呢啲係乜嘢道理囉 !? 到最後 ,當然嗰件大鰻魚壽司都嚟咗, 味道係好味呀不過都大打折扣啦,心情都影響曬。 我覺得 service 好有問題。 continue reading

鍾意食日本嘢嘅我,經朋友介紹下就試下呢間!入到去有居酒屋嘅感覺,雖然地方細細個招呼好熱情,店入面都有好多日本人客所以好似去咗日本咁。味道都好地道,真係好似去咗日本食居酒屋咁,嗌番杯啤酒飲下…當然要嗌燒飯糰同燒秋葵啦!好味吖!燒飯糰好香好脆囗!我本人好鍾意!當然仲有我愛嘅秋葵…燒到剛剛好!燒甜薯仔……好甜!整體都好好味!好享受!好日本!值得再食! continue reading

一入店鋪已經有服務員親切地招待,服務員同客人就好似朋友既感覺,相識很久。店內播住日本歌曲,裝潢亦好日本風格,有一個小小既L字型bar枱。食物款式好多,本想叫4款,5款菜式,但服務員怕份量過多,貼心地建議我地食完唔夠先再點菜 有前菜附送(忘了影相),有中華沙律同類似納豆既東西。再泥玉子燒!!🍳店員建議將豉油倒進蘿蔔蓉,玉子燒熟度剛剛好,再配上蘿蔔蓉,味道非常夾,減少膩既感覺,不錯👍大跟小既assorted sushi🍣其實只差$60,分別多左海膽同拖羅壽司,用料新鮮,尤其拖羅,入口即溶,抵食之選!海鮮鍋🍜係之前見到有食評家推介,上菜後更驚喜既係,配料非常多,有三文魚,蠔,蝦,魷魚,豆腐,菜,湯底濃,整個配搭好好 剛才都講,服務員同顧客就好似朋友一樣,傾得盡興,店員送左每人一杯梅酒🍶成餐飯好完美,服務態度好好,值得番桌😊 continue reading

第一次寫食評,估唔到係朋友-阿鬼做㕑師嘅一番。而以下某些圖片可能會出現係食家糖不甩Natalie 食評內,因為當晚佢係飯腳之一。今餐食嘅野係㕑師作主(Omakase),事前我係有俾當晚帶嘅餐酒阿鬼師傅即我朋友做food pairing 嘅,當晚菜單如下:前菜: 芥末八爪魚、螢光魷魚、酒糟芝士、玉子燒刺身: 日本粟米、日本空運秋刀魚燒物: 煙肉車厘茄、燒牛脷、燒大葱豬腩、燒雞肉丸、蒲燒帆立貝、燒麵豉豬朳炸物: 天婦羅大蝦和食: 汁煮漢堡朳、牛肉飯卷物: 軟殼蟹卷前菜嘅芥末八爪魚同螢光魷魚屬不過不失之作。玉子燒同酒槽芝士就相當好味!!!玉子燒係手工卷嘅,唔係日本超市買倒嘅甜蛋,手卷玉子燒如果煮果個人控制火候唔好,會做到外面燶裏面老到鞋口,但圖中嘅玉子燒外軟內嫩,真係一啲都唔容易做,極品!酒槽芝士第一次食,壽司檔師傅講呢個前菜係用酒糟混入一啲切碎嘅吞拿魚筋,再放上芝士上面,"腥"+"羶即"魚"+"羊"鮮也!呢個真係絶配!如果10分係滿分,呢兩個前菜我会俾11分!粟米刺身好甜,但個人覺得有啲渣。秋刀魚又係當晚激賞嘅菜式,魚新鮮冇腥味,入口魚肉結實,好鮮甜,飛機貨零啥唔同;街市賣10蚊3到4條果啲完全係天淵之別,果啲係比較腥同可能因為啲肉雪過,肉質好鬆。當晚秋刀刺身將我對秋刀魚嘅觀感完全扭轉!至於燒物,煙肉車厘茄、燒大葱豬腩及雞肉丸普通,雞肉丸仲比較鬆。一番招牌串燒燒牛脷保持水準,外脆內軟,非常juicy,其實一條牛脷只有大概三份一嘅肉(後舌) 部份可做串燒,要做倒一串好嘅燒牛脷成本唔輕!麵豉豬朳,入味,唔乾有肉汁,水準之作!蒲燒帆立貝,燒汁惹味,帆立貝燒至約四成熟,好嫩滑鮮甜,食得出係來自日本或加拿大嘅刺身級靚貨!天婦羅大蝦,本來係我非常期待嘅,但係就真係好失望,蝦炸得老,又冇"拉花",梗係要問下大㕑點解会失水準。得到嘅答案係佢特登按我要求買啲大隻嘅海蝦來整,但落銅鑊時就因為鑊較細炸得唔夠均勻,老左!而且拉唔倒花,至於乜野係"拉花",遲啲再寫篇食評解釋。全晚高潮所在,汁煮漢堡朳,同桌飯友讚口不絶。個人非常鍾情於呢味"日式西餐",喺香港及日本本土餐廳都食唔倒咁好味嘅!朳好入味好焾,個紅酒香草汁校得好好好味,聽聞秘訣係要炇完浸住過夜先夠入味。最尾來嘅軟殼蟹卷,蟹好鬆脆,份量幾大,當然味道亦係同行朋友亦大讚。後加左個牛肉飯,呢個飯我之前食過好多次,個牛肉汁係自家秘制嘅,本應超好食嘅,但今晚個汁校得只屬一般,牛肉係用美國安格斯牛肉,好焾滑兼有牛濃郁牛味,如果果晚唔係因為啲汁有多少失準,呢味又係神級作品!甜品係送嘅雲尼拿雪糕,普通。當晚自攜嘅飲品 continue reading

粟米刺身正呀!好鮮甜,好爽口,第一次吃留下非常好印象,完全不夠喉好想再吃,但叫得太多了。order左個assorted sushi大我們2人,都夠飽了..特別推介:海膽軍艦,拖羅個小卷不太歡喜由於本人較揀食(因為有生洋蔥)飯都做得不錯,較為chewy,不太酸。我們兩個還大膽叫了個滑蛋牛肉飯,實在太滿足了!! 雞夠滑,但飯太早到了,都凍了.可能熱吃會正好多。刺身粟米真係好好食,師傅話不是經常有的。 continue reading
