旺角一向都有好多食肆,競爭都相當大,所以一定要好食先做得住,呢間泰國菜,一連三間,就去試一試。冬陰公豬頸肉河泰式粉類有好多不同配撘,揀啱肉類/海鮮再配粉類,再配湯底,湯底有三個選擇,清湯、牛骨湯同冬陰公湯,今次就揀左冬陰公湯。個湯底好香,好多香料既味道,帶有少少辣,又咁會太辣,豬頸肉燒得好香,醃得入味,入囗彈牙,每一片切得厚薄度適中,口感啱啱好,河粉爽身,唔會索哂湯底,整體不俗。碗粉堅.地道同幾好味,值得一試。

泰式粉類有好多不同配撘,揀啱肉類/海鮮再配粉類,再配湯底,湯底有三個選擇,清湯、牛骨湯同冬陰公湯,今次就揀左冬陰公湯。個湯底好香,好多香料既味道,帶有少少辣,又咁會太辣,豬頸肉燒得好香,醃得入味,入囗彈牙,每一片切得厚薄度適中,口感啱啱好,河粉爽身,唔會索哂湯底,整體不俗。

在Pai Thai上加上蛋皮,蛋皮偏乾,對食味起不了作用。金邊粉尚算煙靱,口感算是不錯,甜酸度還是可以再加強。配料用上鮮甜的大蝦,再加上粗身芽菜、花生碎、長蔥等,挺地道正宗的一道。

自從韓國風盛行,要係鬧市中揾到泰國菜餐廳真係愈來愈難~~ 呢間泰國菜餐館我久唔久就會黎食Lunch 享受午餐快樂時光。呢到既待應全部都係識講廣東話既泰國人~ 容易溝通,但口味正宗,午餐大約50蚊,咁當然你可以唔叫午餐,就咁散叫啦,好豐儉由人既~今次我同友人Z黎食午餐。。介紹一下我地今日既午餐先啦!青咖哩雞肉飯呢個青咖哩咖哩可配牛/豬/雞, 咖哩外觀勁青BB~ 有別於平時見到既暗綠色~咖哩偏甜, 奶味濃,加了香葉調味。雞肉滑嫩,我黎5次都會有2-3次係叫青咖哩~個人覺得佢香料味唔會過濃,用黎撈飯最正, 就算齋飲啲汁都唔會過咸黃咖哩豬排撈面呢個係即炸,所以要等耐啲。但呢個豬扒真係好好食,滑嫩多汁又香口,港人至愛。生面因為淡口,一定要倒曬啲黃咖哩汁落去,令每一條面都要沾上醬汁,食落就變成好惹味~ 加上香口豬扒~ mama mia ~ 好正丫! 不過如果你唔係好鍾意黃薑味既話, 個汁對你黎講就可能差少少喇! 總括黎講,佢既份量係偏少既~ 如果食late lunch ~ 又唔想食太飽,怕食唔落夜晚,呢到都岩份量。但如果你係大胃王,可能要叫多樣野食或者加飯底喇。

星期六晚上,約了幾個朋友到這間泰國菜館吃晚飯,味道非常一般,東陰公非常咸,衞生非常差,茶杯內竟然發現柚子,非常嘔心,食到中尾段時(約一小時),餐廳侍應竟然催促我們要吃快點,好讓外面等待的顧客快點進來,簡直匪夷所思,真是一個不愉快的晚餐。

昨晚好想食泰國菜,發現廣華街有間新開,價又親民,就入去試試。太好了,旺角終於有間給香港人的好味泰菜餐廳!不過,這篇食評寫的是**今天的午餐**。係呀,昨晚食完,今天又食過昨晚試過估唔到咁好味的雞絲冬陰湯金邊粉,今日試青咖哩豬頸肉飯+凍奶茶 (+$10)。是我最愛的泰國奶茶,味濃,但不太甜青咖哩改良過,只有一點點辣,但充滿清新的椰香味,豬頸肉燒過的,好香。份量以為好小,但食完好飽…………下次再試其他

昨晚試過估唔到咁好味的雞絲冬陰湯金邊粉,今日試青咖哩豬頸肉飯+凍奶茶 (+$10)。是我最愛的泰國奶茶,味濃,但不太甜

青咖哩改良過,只有一點點辣,但充滿清新的椰香味,豬頸肉燒過的,好香。
份量以為好小,但食完好飽…………

差不多每次約朋友/ 家人外出食飯, 我總會上網做一下資料搜集,以減低”中伏”的機會。當然不少得參考openrice的食評。儘管如此,偶爾還是會中一次伏。是次選擇到旺角的金滿象和家人吃泰菜,見OPENRICE好評甚多,便BOOK位訂台。用餐日為星期日晚上大約7點30分。到達時客人並不多,應該沒有訂位的須要吧。打開菜單,價錢略貴。普通的一碟小菜近百元,比起一般泰國菜館貴。這個價錢不如去美麗華so thai so good或是I square 新曼谷泰菜,環境會更寬敞舒適。點了冬陰功,豬頸肉,椰王海鮮飯,生蝦,海南雞等,共6碟菜式。每道菜的份量都偏少,吃不飽,因為價錢偏貴但味道只是中規中矩的關係,沒追加其他菜式。當中冬陰功最合我口味,夠辣夠開胃。用料豐富,有不同的海鮮如青口,海蝦等。生蝦蠻大隻,新鮮,6隻,價錢略貴。海鮮飯味道偏淡,所以吃了不多。其他菜式如豬頸肉和海南雞的質數不過不失。海南雞沒什麼雞味,偏鞋。服務方面,服務員應該為泰國人,態度普通,沒有笑容,可能是因為疲累的關係吧。環境方面,裝修簡單,坐得比較迫。總括而言不會再去,因為此餐廳的環境,味道,份量,服務質數都不值得這個價錢。
