拌麵超香濃撲鼻,能看到每條麵條都充滿了油香,不過吃落又不算太油膩。
伊麵將醬汁的精華全吸收,再加上一堆配菜令口感更有層次。

對於吃完一堆較濃味的菜式,有個清淡一點的菜式緩和一下就恰到好處囉。

雖然佢都可以即場入座,但係我自己都會建議訂咗位先,咁就確保食到想食嘅菜式,同埋有位👍🏻Walk in可能冇位,亦都有好多嘢可能冇材料就食唔到🥹


店家都好友善,傾談過程都好舒服,亦都感受到佢哋對食材嘅用心,同埋都有唔少嘅建議可以就住客人而調動,例如份量☺️


環境方面,呢間私房菜有啲特別,佢喺觀塘工廈入邊,近麗港城公園嗰邊,不過APM行過去都算近。大家就唔好俾工廈嘅氣氛嚇親😂上到去雖然去到門口都會覺得平平無奇,同埋唔算好華麗🙈🤣 入到去都似係酒樓嘅格局,不過容納嘅人數就可能6-7枱圓枱左右 (有大枱&細枱),所以其實私隱度都幾高,同埋唔會太嘈吵 (唔知仲有冇另一間房,但我坐個邊係大概呢個size )🙆🏼‍♀️

最後見到門口黐住一個寫住日文魔法xXx嘅貼紙,多口問吓店佢哋呢個係咩意思🫣 佢哋話原來呢個係日本電視台既人扮客人,食勻全香港私房菜,然後就揀咗御膳拍左一個特輯,估唔到日本人都咁識貨,睇得出御膳真係好有料子。令我對佢哋更加有信心,一定會再encore 😍 雖然食得好飽,但係都真係好滿足,又可以同到朋友聚聚,真係好開心嘅一晚🫶
