朋友和我都是手工意粉控Book mark 左好耐襯佢離開香港之前同佢一齊來試睇餐廳介紹我哋就絕對係衝着個紅蝦意粉而來當晚我哋都有預早喺OpenRice book位嘅環境座位唔算好舒適地方都係細細哋咁先來睇吓個紅蝦意粉$388 份量真係唔算多醬汁個味道唔係唔濃郁但我自己就略嫌個意粉唔卦汁除咗呢款之外店員推介左佢哋經典款式卡邦尼俾我感覺應該不屬於傳統嘅冇忌廉版本以有忌廉版本嚟講佢個cream未有不算好突出前菜八爪魚本身八爪魚味道不錯但加咗下面嘅紫薯蓉味道有啲奇怪🤔️最後我哋都有點返個甜品Tiramisu不過不失啦叫埋兩杯飲品其實都千幾蚊埋單唔係話平6:00食到8:00有限時整體個性價比不算很高如果未黎食過可以一試回頭率就略低了

性價比:我地嗌既手工意粉價錢由$168-約$200不等,而意大利飯甚至要$308,份量全部都係一人份,我地5個女仔人均$250(大概5成-7成飽),個人認為CP值就真係唔高。味道係幾好同正宗既,材料都係食得出有質素既,個人認為有慶祝日子食好西既話可以一試,但就未必會Encore啦。

「Today's Special - 香烤和牛西冷」最後壓軸上台,本身對塊扒沒有太大期望,始終不屬 Involtini 最出名的菜式,但試了,吃過一口後,便打倒了幾秒前的自己。喂,可以話好食過好多坊間所謂扒房,個人而言,質素高嘅扒根本唔需要咩花巧嘢,簡單調味先可以食到塊扒本身的原汁原味。呢塊扒,所有嘢都做到恰到好處,西冷雖油脂不多,但肉質食落非常幼嫩,扒身煎至微微脆口,外脆內嫩﹐食到停唔到口… 如果排次序,我哋一致都投呢塊牛扒做 No. 1,就係好食到咁 😌

最後想講,今次餐飯絕對係一個出色嘅 Dining Experience,雖然餐廳唔大,環境亦唔算好舒適,但食物同侍應質素真係好出色,寧願畀錢食好西,好過畀錢食裝修靚 Site(當然環境好係 Bonus,但身為吃貨的我,一定係好食行先,認同嗎?😜)

呢個意粉真係好似每枱食客都有點,蛋味相當濃郁,鍾意卡邦尼以蛋味重的人一定喜歡。意大利粉方面,意粉有咬口而且很掛汁,整體相當不錯。

呢間餐廳好適合情侶嚟,環境好舒服,又唔會太過嘈吵。而且食物都不錯,基本上每款意粉都係即叫即整,確保上枱時係熱辣辣,意粉都係好彈牙,做到AL DENTE嘅口感,果然係手工意粉。如果鍾意食蝦嘅朋友,可以試佢地招牌嘅紅蝦意粉,幾乎每枱都有ORDER!

餐廳有大玻璃欣賞窗外街景,亦係一番享受😉😉
由於考慮到我倆都幾細食,簡單叫咗兩個意粉。
