同朋友慶生book咗呢間,本身bookmark咗好耐所以好期待,點知食物係普通到暈,完全唔明點解咁多人推薦。餐湯我哋點咗兩款,蘑菇湯係完全唔熱,餐飯一開始就要叫佢翻熱。以pasta做招徠就真係超overrated,比較好食係Beef ragu fettucine,起碼個ragu係入味。肉嘅dish非常overpriced,我哋叫咗是日special嘅和牛,只係普通牛,同個「和」字完全冇關係,冇牛脂香,肉質好韌但收和牛價錢。最差最差係服務,我地book 8pm,狂催我哋點餐,話10pm關門。差不多每上一個course就提一次,又最少催咗我哋3次快啲叫甜品。朋友生日,我哋帶咗蛋糕surprise佢,餐廳冇問就勁急上個蛋糕,破壞surprise,而當時啲main喺檯上係未食完。然後又main又蛋糕擺滿張好細嘅檯上我哋照食啦,喺正隔離嘅open kitchen開始收爐,狂噴清潔劑好大陣味!點食呀?真係嬲到癲!有得叫酒但又限2 hours用餐其實for客人都少少難做,但我哋都表示noted。去到9pm鬆少少我哋叫酒佢又照serve,但我哋未飲完又勁話要關門。我問:係咪搭正10pm我哋要全部人離場

• 手造意大利幼麵配西班牙紅蝦($388):呢個係餐廳嘅主打菜式之一,廚師煮海鮮真係有一手。紅蝦用嘅係西班牙紅蝦,餐廳先用紅蝦仔打出個汁,再用海鮮湯煮粉,煎紅蝦嘅時候仲會唧啲膏落湯度,令蝦味更加濃郁。食嘅時候,蝦身煎得香噴噴,蝦頭嘅膏精華都融入咗湯同粉裏面。呢兩隻蝦食落去同平時食嘅蝦真係唔同,口感彈牙,味道濃郁,意粉都好彈牙,充滿咗龍蝦嘅香味。不過價錢方面就有啲小貴啦,相比其他意大利餐廳嘅同類菜品,性價比唔算太高,但係偶爾奢侈一下,享受呢種精緻嘅美味,都係值得嘅。

意大利飯配日本牡丹蝦他他,海膽汁($328):個底有日本嘅松葉蟹同海膽醬,面頭係牡丹蝦刺身他他,加咗少少檸檬皮,食落去比較清新。同其他西餐廳嘅意大利飯比,呢個飯嘅調味比較獨特,海膽汁嘅鮮味同牡丹蝦嘅清甜搭配得幾好,不過飯嘅口感就稍微濕咗少少,可能係煮嘅時間或者米嘅種類可以再調整一下。

乳酪慕斯雪山($108):加咗啲荔枝玫瑰sauce,脆餅,個雪山係用原味yogurt整嘅,淡淡嘅甜味真係唔錯。同其他甜品店嘅甜品比,呢個甜品嘅造型真係好獨特,好似一座雪山咁,不過酸奶嘅酸味如果可以再平衡一下,就更加完美啦,宜家嘅酸味有啲搶咗甜味嘅風頭。

講起呢啲美食,真係勾起咗我好多回憶。以前讀書嘅時候,冇咩錢,去餐廳食飯都係一種奢侈。但係每次經過高檔餐廳,見到櫥窗裏面嘅精緻美食,都會幻想自己有一日可以坐喺裏面慢慢品嘗。而家終於有機會可以嘗試呢啲美食,真係有種夢想成真嘅感覺。每一道菜都好似一個時光膠囊,帶我返到以前嘅日子,同時又讓我珍惜而家可以享受美食嘅時刻。希望以後可以繼續探索更多嘅美食,留下更多嘅美好回憶。

跟懂得嘆好食物的朋友一年一、兩次的共 (飯) 聚,當然要揀好的食肆啦!  好友特地就我到銅鑼灣。 推薦了數間給她考慮,最後由我決定了此西式吃 Pasta 的米芝蓮餐廳🙋。我們分別點了西班牙紅蝦 Pasta 和 Special Seafood Risotto ,附送的麵包沒什麼特別,只是微溫的。反而是西班牙紅蝦 Pasta  有驚喜,一試難忘,再三回味的紅蝦鮮甜 (最近才得悉原來紅蝦很貴的😅)和自家製的 Pasta 一流👍👍👍👍👍。 Pasta 乃幼身 (是我喜歡的麵條類型) 的,蛋香味濃,因實在太好味了,反而覺得麵量不夠,若多些就 perfect 😅了。至於不太好飯和 Risotto 的我,居然把半盆飯掃光。我記得這是我第四次吃 Risotto ,之前每次吃後從沒對  Risotto  留下什麼深刻的印象! 但此海鮮 Risotto 實在太好味了,海鮮尤其青口大隻新鮮,配合飯焗後海鮮味更濃,半盆掃光後加上 pasta 也總覺得只是剛剛飽。從不大食的我也只剛剛飽,若是大食少少男士的話 .......😅😅😅😅😅。就甜品方面, 我們叫了 Yogurt Mousse Snow Mountain

訂檯時職員已叮囑須8時交檯,沒想到8時仍有客在等檯。現時已很多餐廳沒能做第二輪了! 祝生意興隆!

識左超過20年的朋友生日, 朋友要求食意大利手工麵,所以我搵左呢間小店結果無論食物同服務都令我哋好滿意,特別係個意大利飯係我香港食過最正宗的餐廳 🤝 服務都好好, 換碟換得好密 唔怪之得佢哋平日都爆滿仲要分兩輪 佢哋個雪糕好好味 好吸引佢哋呢排紅酒或白酒有promotion 第二杯有半價😳最近好多人都唔會留港消費 唔知仲有幾多人好似我咁堅持 連鎖店都出盈警 何況小店更加難捱希望可以的話 我都希望盡量堅持留港消費 食飯💕

• Cherry Tomato and Burrata
Fantastic combination with addition of pine nuts.

It gives out hints of pesto with fresh cherry tomatoes and a good portion of Burrata. Burrata is slightly on the harder side but still creamy.

• Fettuccine with Tiger Prawn and Cauliflower It's a vibrant dish with juicy and plump prawns.
Fettuccine is cooked to al dente with each strand lovingly coated in luscious seafood sauce.

• Pan-fried Red Snapper Risotto
The fish skin is crisped to perfection. Each rice grain is evenly infused with seafood broth. Just very comforting!

• Earl Grey Chocolate
It's a good combo - but I think the earl grey is too subtle and somehow overpowered by the taste of choc and cream.

• Hojicha cheesecake
It's a decent dessert but not that remarkable.

虎蝦意大利面
也不錯,虎蝦彈牙又大隻,醬汁亦香濃。意粉感覺口感特別,吃到暖心的味道

手工之作,淡淡的咸味,蟹肉之甜味,朋友說它很正宗,用蟹肉,再配上鮮味蝦肉,香濃醬汁,傳統之雲吞精緻呈上喔

精緻度滿滿甜品,用乳酪整成的慕絲雪山,口感特別,輕身中又有口感,層次滿滿,味道酸酸甜甜的,配果醬和生果。清爽解膩

飲著特調,享受和記著獨特快樂
